read Sunrise Stardust and The Burned World by Jason Epsilon 725!Dude, I honestly have no idea what you want to know about. Please clarify.
In a manga I am making, about college students with magical superpowers...
The "Sea Siblings" are from a rival magical college. They enter the tournament during the Tournament Arc, and fight the main characters. However, near the end, the Sea Siblings start attacking everyone, while the other students from their college, and their staff, start fighting their way inside.
This is because the tournament was a set-up, right from the beginning, and it was all just a plan to get the three strongest students from their college into the tournament room, which is right in the middle of the hero's magical college. War breaks out, and everybody fights, the heros trying to protect their school, and the rivals trying to destroy it.
The heros win, and Defeat Means Friendship.
However, I have not decided on characterisation for the Sea Siblings, the three kids from the rival college that enter the tournament.
There are three of them, and they are all related. "Sea Siblings". There's a little girls, her older sister, and her older brother. All three of them have blue hair. The eldest brother(18-ish) will be some sort of Jerk Jock or Knight Templar Big Brother, The middle sister(17) will be a Hot Librarian Alpha Bitch, and the youngest girl(13) has Ice and Water powers, is completely insane, and does creepy evil giggling a lot when she fights. She's also Night Invulnerable thanks to the ice and water constantly reforming and shifting to protect her and block attacks, and while the other two are supossed to protect her, all they really do is take out the minor threats so that she doesn't go too crazy too quickly. They are both terrified of her, even though they are pretty powerful as well.
Now, while I have figured out some of it, I can't decide on characterisation for the older brother and sister. I don't know what powers or weapons they will have, but I'm thinking probably of something ice/cold themed.

read Sunrise Stardust and The Burned World by Jason Epsilon 725!Hmmmm... how about a "freeze" power? "Freeze" as in "stop". So you can stun people, outright freeze time, etc.
You can also have one character make ice weapons.
Actually, forget the water/ice theme. Only the young girl has ice powers, the other two can have different powers.
How about the guy having something involving polar bears?
read Sunrise Stardust and The Burned World by Jason Epsilon 725!You mean like conjuring polar bears out of nowhere? That would be hilarious.
Camouflage/invisibility?
So, either the guy will summon polar bears out of nowhere. Or, he'll be a polar bear Petting-Zoo People.
Maybe I could do both, looking like a polar-bear person, being strong, and summoning regular polar bears made of ice?
read Sunrise Stardust and The Burned World by Jason Epsilon 725!Ah, yeah, I guess.
Still, polar bears. That kind of weird power registers around a 3 out of 10 on the Jojo scale, and that's a lot for something that isn't actually Jojo.
Jojo scale?
What are you talking about?
read Sunrise Stardust and The Burned World by Jason Epsilon 725!In reference to this Jojo. It's my personal scale for "weirdness of powers".

In a manga I'm writing, about people at college having magical superpowers, there is a team of three kids from a rival college that show up for the Tournament Arc. They all have blue hair, go by the collective nickname "Sea Siblings", but I'm trying to make each one of them a seperate character in their own right, even though they were introduced together. There's a The Brute Jerk Jock, who is on the american-football team, a Hot Librarian Alpha Bitch on the Ping-Pong team, and a creepy short kid who's hair always covers her eyes, and never speaks. I've already decided that she'll have Making a Splash and An Ice Person, but what about the other two? I'd like them to be somewhat water/ice-themed, but it isn't really an issue.
In the story arc they are introduced in, in the middle of their respective matches, they start attacking the other students. It then turns out to have all been a set-up, and the two pretty much go to war, with huge fight sequences and Crowning Moments Of Awesome every few pages.
The show is slightly cynical of the Sliding Scale of Idealism vs. Cynicism, and the main characters are a Shock and Awe Tall Darkand Snarky Bishonen, and a Blood Magic Nec Romantic. The manga starts with Grey And Gray Morality, but eventualy becomes Blue-and-Orange Morality as the show progresses. Also, everyone is pretty much a Person of Mass Destruction. The age rating for the show is PG-13, and the Nercomancer's blood isn't his own, it comes out of a portal at high speed, like an evil blood-related version of Making a Splash.
