More Hollow Order. After deciding to sit back and wait for Remus and Romulus to fight and weaken the other so they could go in and kill the survivor...nothing happens between them and they each come to request Chaldea support them against the other.

Which doesn't exactly make sense. Romulus historically won, hence why it's 'ROMA!', it's named after him. He should know that he will win, because, remember, the Heroic Spirits are affected by modern perceptions of their myth.

Remus believes he is receiving aid from Gaia and both of them have built up armies to fight with. They're both aware that Chaldea is fighting the other Servants as both are aware that they interfered in the fight between the Casters and Caligula and Spartacus. Both also knows that something else is going on wiping out Roman cities outside the area, top theory is currently Attila or evil Nero.

Romulus also wants them to join his army as generals and help take over the world and eventually other worlds after he kills Remus. Reenacting myths outcome is also not treated as completely impossible to avoid if its not 100% reenacting it, as in the sort of prequel Mordred managed to kill Arturia Alter and I think surivive? Not sure on that, while in Hollow Order itself Yamato-no-Orochi managed to kill Susanoo thanks to Shielder buffing him with a Command Seal and not being drunk.

Did this experimental drabble for "Lost Memories" where Shizuri Isemi plays the wise old magi timer who offers advice to a couple of anti-paranormal investigators in Fuyuki.

Say, I just had a crazy thought. We know that Artoria continues to exist in Avalon, frozen aging and all, so that she may fulfill the prophecy of returning to Britain's aid in its Darkest Hour in the future.

So... how about Artoria returning during WH40K's Age of Strife on Earth, to fight as a warlord for the successor to her time's Britain and our modern era's United Kingdom? How do you think would an encounter between her and the future Emperor of Mankind transpire? Would the power of a Hero's Noble Phantasm, empowered by over 20,000 years worth of mystery and fame, be enough to bitchslap Emps into physical submission and allow Artoria to verbally tear him a new one? If not... what if Gilgamesh gets summoned by Alaya as a Counter Guardian (a la Fate/EXTRA CCC) to support Artoria (much to her great and justifiable consternation), and the Hero-King sets aside his lust for the Knight-King to deal with this mongrel who dares to play king in his presence?

My knowledge of Warhammer 40k is bare minimum at best but, going by his title, Gilgamesh would certainly gun for the God Emperor of Mankind without anyone having to ask. As for whether or not Artoria could solo him, I have no idea since I don't know what kind of power scaling I'm dealing with. However, if he's deemed a threat to the planet and Excalibur's nature as the Last Phantasm is unleashed then I'm willing to bet that she could.

Okay, one, what you described does not happen in CCC at all. Gilgamesh was made like any other normal servant by the Moon Cell and it realized far too late that it created something it really couldn't handle when it reproduced his massive ego (an ego so powerful that it allowed him to break free from the Moon Cell's control, something which takes the three playable servants in the original EXTRA all the way to the last week to do, and even then, by that point Nero is head over heels in love with Hakuno, Tamamo is comfortable with being herself alongside her partner (unlike her relationship with Twice which had her playing someone she was not in terror of being thrown away because of how shitty of a servant she was at the time) and EMIYA has come to terms with the fact that he's developed Undying Loyalty for Hakuno).

And two... Gilgamesh cannot be summoned as a Counter Guardian by Alaya because he is not a Counter Guardian to begin with.

Three, Gilgamesh will never see something else as more important than what he wants. Because what he wants is the most important thing in the world, no matter what.

Incidentally, Gilgamesh probably would be the God Emperor of Mankind in the WH 40 K universe. Particularly because the version we see in the Archer class container is incredibly nerfed, and if the rest of the Grand Servants are introduced in Grand Order, it's almost certain we'll see a Full Power Gilgamesh in there somewhere, likely as Grand Archer.

Keep in mind Solomon, even as ridiculously strong as he is, is still definitely inferior to Gilgamesh (and realistically, the only reason Gilgamesh doesn't completely break the story is because the protagonist isn't supposed to have Gilgamesh as a servant plot-wise).

While this is true, I would see it more as him shifting his priorities like he does with Archer and Shirou and UBW. He'll get to Artoria eventually but this mongrel needs to be taken care of first.

Gilgamesh can prioritize, yes, but he's very bad at it.

My knowledge of 40k is kind of spotty, but I was under the impression the Emperor has been around since Humans were hunter gatherers. If this is the case, Gilgamesh would find out for the first time what it means to face something older and stronger than himself.

Also- Emps ...let's just say he takes exception to anything that makes claims to divinity. Violent exception.

Thing is, Gilgamesh hates the gods so much that he lowers his own divinity rating because of it. No joke, his real Divinity ranking is A+, but it's at effectively E because of how much he denies his own divinity. So that's something they have in common.

Furthermore, the God Emperor of Mankind, in a fusion with the Nasuverse, would be one and the same with Alaya, which, in the Nasuverse, is the collective consciousness of humanity. Even Gaia isn't exactly going to go and anger Gilgamesh.

How useful is the divinity stat anyway?

IIRC, it gives Rank Ups to your regular stats, and in some cases can either lolnope or at least provide resistance to certain other skills.

Oh yeah, and it also makes you a valid target for Gil's anti-God restraining NP.

It's not a stat, it's a skill, and it provides a variety of benefits, but for the most part, it can be safely ignored even at high ranking. It's actually mostly a weakness since it makes God Killer heroes and weapons more effective against you for what basically amounts to minimal benefit.

"Path of the King" updated again.

While I enjoyed the time is Misaki, I'm really loving the story again now that we're back in Fuyuki and we can see Shirou and Medea interact. This chapter in particular has some absolutely hilarious moments.

Hollow Order updated. The end of the Rome Singularity is rapidly approaching. Now they just need to kill Rider Nero and get the Grail away from her before its fully charged by Remus and Romulus killing one another.

I just realized something about Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA. While Kuro is a foil for Illya she's also one to the FSN Shiro from the UBW route, which is fitting since her story arc is essentially Prisma Illya's rendion of UBW. She's the female to his male, the young to his old(er), the heir to a Magus tradition to his inexperienced first generation, is forwardly lustful as opposed to his prudish (H-Scenes sorta rendered non-camon by Realta Nua not withstanding) main-characterishness, actively pursuing an Illya Route as opposed to him having no significant invovlement with Illya, he believes in 'save everyone' while she believes in 'save myself and the people I care about', and even their names are diametrically opposing colors. And while he starts as a relatively normal human and grows up to be Archer, she starts as Archer and tries to move towards being relatively normal.

I wonder how a meeting between EMIYA and Kuro would go.

Which one? there are two now, the Archer one and the Assassin one.

Whenever someone says EMIYA, they're pretty much always going to mean Fate/stay night Archer.

Not to someone who plays Grand Order, where they are BOTH named Emiya, and you have to specify the class.
