Post about how happy you are and the good things going in your life.
Sonic Generations, my first self-christmas gift(the other being Mario Kart 7) arrived today, along with Rayman Origins, which I can't play until the big "X". My Lady Gaga concert Blu-Ray movie(Over two hours long with an amazing set list) is on its way, and next week my complete Harry Potter Years 1-7(8 pc) Blu Ray set will ship.
And finally, I'm getting back into writing. Inspiration has struck and I'm working on my book, my play, my screenplay, and I've written three more songs. Not only that, but I'm back to painting and drawing. I've realized that the reason I can't create art I'm happy with is because I'm an abstract artist. When I experiment and strive to create what I feel, I'm finally happy with my work.

Kitty!
Everybody's all "Jerry's old and feeble" till they see him run down a skyscraper and hijack a helicopter mid-flight.Just met the China Uncensored crew today on their visit to Manila.Slight nitpick
They were a pretty chill bunch, gamely meeting the Filipino fans of the show (this troper included) and answering fans' questions despite the jet lag. (And thank goodness I remembered that episode about Chinese bootleg toys, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to answer that one question during the "Super Fan Contest" and get a prize.)
May they continue the good work of uncensoring the Chinese regime, and I wish them good fortune on the next stop of their "Pivot to Asia" tour.
EDIT: Also, the good old gaming/troping PC that crapped out back in October is now fixed/upgraded (with help from my brother). Though I might need to reinstall other programs that were lost (e.g.: Photoshop), adjust to Windows 8.1 (Damn You, Muscle Memory!), and need to keep an eye out in case the repaired video card gives out for good. (At least the new CPU & motherboard has a built-in graphics processor that can—theoretically—run the games I play)...

"Learn as if you will live forever, live as if you will die tomorrow."The neighborhood deli is stocking A&W Root Beer.
Funny thing that, I asked the manager whether they ever had it a few months back, they didn't, lo and behold, I found a couple in the fridge today. I bought four right off the bat.

I like to keep my audience riveted.I'm still in a good mood, thanks to the day getting off to a good start with the Disney Parade and Joel Osteen. :)
I like to keep my audience riveted. On New Year's Eve I drove back to Nashville to see one of my favorite bands. Holy shit, they counted down 2016 (one of the members brought in 2016 balloons and stabbed them once it turned midnight) and played into 2017 until like 2 AM. I was pretty up close and got to crowd surf one of the members, and another I got a high-five from. I mean I was bathed in sweat and I got a sore throat, but it was worth it.
Life is hard, that's why no one survives.Nice!
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI started talking to Ellen again. :)
I like to keep my audience riveted. As soon as I saw Nashville I knew it was The Protomen! :D Awesome!
The Protomen enhanced my life.FINALLY GOT DONE WITH MY MATH REQUIREMENTS IN COLLEGE. WILL NEVER HAVE TO TAKE MATH AGAIN.
Also, when I was filling out the application for my Associate of Arts in theater, the counselor noticed that if I wanted to, I can take one more class for a SECOND certificate in social-science. I'm trying to find a job first, but just finding out about that option is pretty dang sweet.
2017 is looking pretty good outside of politics.
I went to visit my closest friend lately, the first time I've been able to in a very long time.
She was thrilled to see me, she remembered all my little quirks and was extremely patient about them, she bought me amazing cupcakes (and remembered my favourite types of cake and bought them specifically), and everything was just so damn relaxed and easy, exactly like it always used to be.
After all this time, we're still best friends and she still loves me. Makes me feel special.
Everybody's all "Jerry's old and feeble" till they see him run down a skyscraper and hijack a helicopter mid-flight.I've been feeling super happy since yesterday. I hope things are going okay for you all, and if not, i hope they get better. :)
The Protomen enhanced my life.My niece is babysitting a friend's Maltese/poodle puppy for a couple of days, and HE IS A FLUFFY LITTLE MARSHMALLOW AHHHHHH. The only real problem is that 1) he doesn't know the difference between scarves, socks, and dog toys, and he's totally hyper and he likes trying to mouth people. Puppy teeth hurrrrrrt.
That sounds adorable. What's his name? I have a Shih Tzu/Poodle (Heh, a shittypoo) called Indy and he is the best thing ever. The only problem is he likes to chase small animals.
Everybody's all "Jerry's old and feeble" till they see him run down a skyscraper and hijack a helicopter mid-flight.He had no name—the friend just got him, but then her family didn't want him so she had to give him to someone else. Plus it turns out we only needed to babysit for one night, which is good for the new owner but bad for me because TINY PUPPIES ARE TINY.
Energetic puppies are like pogo sticks, though. If I ever get a puppy, I'm getting a quieter one.
I crossed a wall in my College which used to have the drawing of a swastika.
I reported it last semester and it hit me I hadn't seen it in a while.
Did the same today with a penis drawing elsewhere.

"Please crush me with your heels Esdeath-sama!Speaking of College I recently met a very good friend of mine from my time in high school there, I am hoping I can talk more with her.
"Please crush me with your heels Esdeath-sama!I'm actually starting to get job interviews now. One had the worst interviewer ever but the others were fine. Cautious yay?
Everybody's all "Jerry's old and feeble" till they see him run down a skyscraper and hijack a helicopter mid-flight.So, after the mental disaster of January and February, I can confidently say that March has been going much, much better so far. I'm still not back to where I want to be, but I feel like it's getting there.
I had a great vacation with a great ski trip to a great place, where I reconnected with my best friends. It was the best.
I took an interesting course in what is a very new but very involved interest of mine-and I plan to pursue it more. This gave me a moment to reset academically as well.
My tennis game is improving and I've scored some pretty big wins already, even if I'm far from great at the sport and continue to slip up.
I work at a tiring and kind of gross volunteer job but it's wonderful and fulfilling all the same. I'm doing something for the world in one of my chosen fields.
As if to cap it off, I finally confessed my feelings for a girl who I'd been having a crush on for months, and I found out that she had felt the same way about me all along too.
All of this has meant a surge in self-esteem, confidence, and general happiness. I still have my moments of anxiety or intrusive thoughts, and I still hate those, but it's been less prevalent.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonArmy isn't so bad. 'Cause I'm having a good time, having a good time.
In particular, it took me 10 years but I think I finally got the hang of exercising. Initially I was that fat and wimpy guy who just didn't know what to do, but now I'm no longer the weakest guy in the gym and I know what to do.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.OUR APARTMENT GOT SOLD
This is literally the best day I've had in several months
Holy crap, the Affordable Care Act wasn't actually repealed. That's amazing. I'm legit so happy about this.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Just did hands-on processing work for glass fibre composites for the first time in the lab! It's truly a spot of fun, in the "thousands of microscopic shards flying at your face every second" sense of the word.
Echoing hymn of my fellow passerine | Art blog (under construction)I finally get to fight my friend in a mobile game after mutually following each other over Twitter. That was fun.
I was laying down with and petting my cat Ruby and she was purring for a good while. Then I thought she wanted outside because it's the time she normally does. I went to open the door but she stayed on the floor purring, so I went back and petted her and cuddled for another 5 minutes. THEN she got up and wanted out, but only after i felt better. <3
