The traffic here can get pretty heavy at times

Vampires and burning villages! Mages and Assassins! It's more fun in the Philippines!
Master of the Cliffhanger! Fire Emblem Elibe LP!Anyone here pre-ordered Diablo III?
Sidestep that, bro.@Philippine Traffic I heard of a joke about how American drivers differ from Filipino drivers.
The American driver says Filipinos don't know how to drive. The Filipino driver retorts that Americans don't know how to survive on the road.
There's also an Urban Legend that says if you are able to drive in the Philippines unharmed, you can drive virtually anywhere.
Say, how do you think our mythical creatures fare with those from other countries? Like, what happens when a sigbin is pitted against the German kobold? Or the sarimanok against the phoenix, or even better, aswang versus Dracula?

Sidestep that, bro.Didn't realize there was a coven for Filipino Tropers. But since there is, hello. I'm a Filipino whose parents moved to America when I was almost 2. I've been a troper for a while now.

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Anyone read Filipino Funny Komiks as a kid?
Some of it's so...manga. Like A.X.
Master of the Cliffhanger! Fire Emblem Elibe LP!Nope. I was a sheltered kid, so all i had was Nickelodeon, and chocolate.

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...That's right. He just shot himself in the face.
I'm a bit disappointed that you didn't go with a pun about how he shot himself in the foot.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Don't sweat it. I'm pretty bad at puns.
Rest in peace, Rodolfo "Dolphy" Vera Quizon. His passing was sudden, but at least he died a happy man while still making other people happy even after his death. That's how awesome the man is.
Just curious, what do you think of an animated adaptation of Angelito, Ang Batang Ama (Filipino for Angelito the Young Father)?
For those who haven't watched it yet, it's a story of a young man named Angelito who decides to shoulder the responsibility of being a father despite his very young age after impregnating her high school girlfriend.
If there's one thing many people could agree with this show, it's the Aesop of not rushing your way through your relationship when you can't even feed your own ass. You think young parents in our country would receive food stamps like the ones in the US. But no, they don't. At least some parents offer to help their kids raise their kids, if you're lucky. Otherwise, good luck.
After all, they say, "We have no regrets. Just the baby."
I'm having mixed feelings for this. Bluntly speaking, the premise of the story is pretty relevant to a LOT of the younger generation, who seem to be channeling their raging hormones a tad too much...
Swag? Cool. Try feeding your family and paying the bills with swag, and tell me how that works out.
The Aesop is pretty established, but I'm doubtful of the medium of presentation. The animated adaptation will probably be targeting the young adults (who are quite stingy), so it better have some awesome animation or voice acting to keep them hooked. If it becomes full of Narm, then the Aesop probably won't be taken seriously.
Sidestep that, bro.I was actually thinking of a Japanese version, but considering that they are a different culture altogether...
That, or maybe I could settle with Japanese dubs instead.
I was like say, "Satoshi Hino as the voice of Angelito?" or something.

P***NGGGGG INAAAAAAAAAAA~
Okay, hello, fellow istambay. :D
The sad part is that I was in fact Mr. Overweight Aquino's classmate during Kinder. UGH. He shouldn't be reported on the news. I still don't know why that Krissy girl still gets any media attention these days. What a waste of trees that get made into her paper or so my uncle says. XD I even have a joke where she's The Woman Behind The Man whenver the second Aquino administration gets rather sticky.
Oh and does Kapatid > Kapamilya > Kapuso or not for you guys?

Rape the Dog lives! :DDon't care about those really.
Although Kapatid shows are much cooler than the two other networks, I still find Eat Bulaga having an international franchise in a country which franchises shows from other countries pretty awesome.
Wanted to watch Angelito, Ang Batang Ama if only for the Aesop it teaches the modern generation, but I can't watch it on our own TV back then.
@Krissy It's nice to know I'm not the only one who's more interested in the country's progress than her own family issues we are NOT supposed to be privy to.

Interesting. Not a lot of slice-of-life anime nowadays, especially with an Aesop like that. Give it a good studio, some quality voice acting (Sorry, network endorsed celebrities, but some of you suck at voice acting), and I'd go home early to watch it.
Slice-of-life anime are pretty cool. Out of boredom I decided to watch Honey And Clover one day and I totally didn't expect what I saw. Good times.

Sidestep that, bro.- Say, anyone else find it hilarious that Angelito seems to unable to avoid getting screwed by the Inverse Law of Fertility, especially the second season?
- I was watching I Juander last night, so I Juander, what would a Cute Aswang Girl would look like?
Turns out "Mang Kanor" (Mr. Cantor) is a meme about a Kavorka Man scoring massively hot chicks for himself.
But somehow, he reminds me of an older Mandingo or something.
