Repurpose into an index and split: Foot Focus

I double checked the subpages. The majority of them weren't examples. But, would these be considered as examples since they occur during shower scenes?

* In Code Geass, Kallen gets one barefoot closeup per Shower Scene.

* Slayers: One episode features a close-up of heroine Lina Inverse's bare feet as she undresses for a shower.

Copy the remaining examples into a sandbox for whoever wants to make tropes out of them. Remove all wicks.

Yeah, I would agree with that, although I won't have time for such an effort anywhere soon.

The wick removal, you mean? That could be put in Short-Term Projects, no?

So, will it be okay to just turn Foot Focus into a redirect for These Tropes Are Made for Walking instead of waiting for the Bare Feet Mean Nudity YKTTW?

Yeah, there's no point on clinging on to a YKTTW that's clearly not growing. If anyone wants to to take care of it they can but we don't need to rely on it for this thread. [edit] Also, went through the wicks up to "An-", not a one of them anything other than the common misuse of FF as "shows bare feet for fetish value".

So you guys still trying to make a trope about shots on the feet? I understand these tropes are about feet but we still need one about when the camera either lingers on feet or feet are shown to the audience.

My understanding is that's exactly what Foot Focus was, and it was deemed not a trope.

Shots or closeups of the feet are not a trope in and of itself unless they symbolise something or tell you something about the character. I believe Foot Focus was originally about fanservice shots of the feet, which Male Gaze already covers nicely. Eventually, Foot Focus became broad enough that it was thought to not be a trope and got split into actual tropes like Bare Foot Poverty and Earthy Barefoot Character.

I finished C-E and half of F (and also cutlisted all of Foot Focus's subpages because I forgot to do it earlier). I have no idea what to do with Fetisch-Treibstoff, so I left it alone.

I took care of Fetisch-Treibstoff.

I took out anything below PJ, save for some locked pages.

Barring locked pages and one Troper's page, this is done.
