This thread is to request that a locked article be unlocked. Please read the guidelines below before making a request.
- Please see Locked Pages and Permanent Redlink Club first. If an article is on the Permanent Redlink Club, it will not be unlocked, ever.
- Pages cut a while ago were automatically locked. Before asking for an unlock, make sure that the article you want to create is in the proper Namespace, has gone through YKTTW if it's a trope, and otherwise fulfills our guidelines for Creating New Pages.
- If you just want to make an edit to an article, post here
instead.
- Don't ask for new Main redirects. Those are only for old articles with lots of existing inbounds.

I'll start it off: could someone please unlock Hootie And The Blowfish so I can make a new page on it? The last page was cut for being copypasta from Wikipedia.

Main/RWBY is currently locked (likely due to deletion) but I'd like to request that it forward to Web Animation/RWBY as there is no other way to get back to that page
New redirects to works from Main/ are against policy.
Is an icon for Web Animation being worked on? If not, where would I go to challenge that policy?

Seconding. The problematic content was removed and there's no reason for it to be locked anymore.
Could a mod please remove the inapproppriate link to Incest Is Relative at Anime & Manga, example under Detective Conan, at When the wife found out the banker was planning to do to her daughter and her boyfriend what he'd done to his old friend just to get at her...well, you see what happened. — IIR is an index these days and this even isn't incest since the girl is not related to the banker by blood and also didn't grow in his family.

Can you unlock Main/Ace3469? I made a new account recently, and tried redirecting my new troper page to my old one, rather unsuccessfully.

You don't have to have that page unlocked. Just edit your current Tropers/ page.

What are you getting? Sometimes the edit is not sent and it says the page is checked out by me.

Well, the work I put into editing the page fell flat. I tried to pull up the page again, and it just put me back at the redirected page.

I think that is the problem. You'd have to wait 20 minutes after you first started editing.

VideoGame.Super Metroid is currently a redirect to Franchise.Metroid and locked (apparently because someone wrote a stub which was cutlisted some time ago).
I've started a YKTTW to write a proper page for it, so I was hoping the page could be unlocked ready to put the article in place.
The difference is that the Clown Car is a vehicle; Clown-Car Base is a stationary structure.
