WARNING: Spoilers Off applies to this page. There will be unmarked spoilers below.

     General/Season 1
Speculation on future characters appearing in future episodes.
  • Stratos: Allies in the sky have been brought up as a neighboring civilization of Eternos.
    • Confirmed: In season 2, the Masters of the Universe end up in Avion and Stratos invites himself onto their adventure to combat Skeletor.
  • Mer-Man: The merfolk have been brought up multiple times as an ally civilization of Eternos. Whether this relies on Mer-Man siding with the heroes or not is up to guesswork.
    • Krass is also the only Master of the Universe lacking an evil counterpart within Skeletor's Dark Masters. Considering that her parents died in a ship crash, it's very possible merfolk, and maybe even Mer-Man specifically, may be responsible.
    • Confirmed via the "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Heroes and Villain Guidebook". Mer-Man is King of Leviathae, the Kingdom of the Seas. He appears as an Arc Villain of Season Three, as his Undying Loyalty to King Grayskull, who turned out to be a Greater-Scope Villain in this continuity as the original Skeletor, puts him at odds with the heroes.
  • Two-Bad: Tuvar and Baddrah (the names of the two bounty hunters who became him in the 2003 series) are already established characters in the show, and you'll note they have the proper skin tones beneath their helms. Unknown if they'll ironically keep their adaptational heroism or not.
    • They appear to be spared from Skeletor's control, so they'll likely join the resistance. But they might not trust Teela since she stole the sword in the first place. But Randor will tell them to stand down and pardons Teela of the theft, which might not sit well with them, hinting that they're not exactly nice guys.
  • Panthor: Skeletor mentioned wanting a Battle Cat for his birthday, how do you think Panthor comes to Skeletor's side?
    • Semi-Confirmed: Skeletor doesn't get a cat, but Trap Jaw builds him a Cool Bike modeled after a panther. He called the bike "Painthor".
  • The Snake Men: Received heavy foreshadowing for their lore in a few episodes.
    • Confirmed: Skeletor seeks the Sigil of Hssss so he can use it to summon an army of undead Snake Men. We see the army rise in the season 2 finale.
  • Tri-Klops: There are some things they might do, have Tri-Klops start out as one of the heroic warriors before turning to the evil warriors as a gag to Tri-Klops originally being a part of the Heroic Warriors line or just make Tri-Klops start out as a machine cult leader or something else.
    • Confirmed: Tri-Klops is a robot built by Trap Jaw that works as a stealthy Mind-Control Device.
  • Lizard Man: He would be portrayed as a young novice reptilian warrior, who at first would start out as a villain, but then would make a Heel–Face Turn, after meeting the Masters of the Universe, then Lizard Man would choose to ally with the heroic group of He-Man instead of following the Snake Men.
  • Man-E-Faces: Since Havoc in this setting can induce transformations like Grayskull, Man-E-Faces might end up empowered by both sides and his faces represent those two opposing powers fighting over dominance. The robot face can be the power of Light and Justice while the monster face can be the power of Havoc. His Transformation Trinket could be a pair of masks.
    • The Guidebook reveals that Man-E-Faces does live in Eternos as the self proclaimed "King of the Lower Wards" who raised Teela and taught her how to fight and steal to survive.
    • Confirmed: Man-E-Faces appears in season 2 and has interchangeable robotic faces. Teela goes to Manny for help against the Dark Masters.
  • Stinkor: A version of Odiphus gets Havoc-empowered by Skeletor.
    • Confirmed: While he's not a Dark Master, Odiphus is in the novel "the Hunt for Moss Man." "Stinkor" is the name of a perfume Odiphus created in the hopes of acclimating humans to the smell of his race so his people can finally settle down and make a true home without being driven out by humans over their odor.
  • Granamyr: He would be portrayed as an ancient dragon deity who keeps far away from civilization due to the war between technology and magic on the planet. If the Masters of the Universe meet him, Granamyr would be a neutral party dismissing everyone, Masters and Dark Masters alike, as self destructive warmongers. But after getting to know the Masters of the Universe better, especially Adam, Granamyr would begin to regain faith in humanity and he would give good advice to the heroes to defeat Skeletor and his minions.
    • Confirmed: In the novel "the Hunt for Moss Man", Granamyr the Wise is revealed to be living in the Ice Mountains, the northernmost region of Eternia, with her grandchildren.
  • Zodac Zur: As the Cosmic Enforcer, Zodac travels the universe to ensure stability and balance so life may carry on. As the power of Grayskull and Havoc are described as "cosmic energy", the sudden spike in their use on Eternia would draw Zodac to investigate. Keeping to his neutral characterization, he could be a Well-Intentioned Extremist and decide to take up arms against everyone to stop the abuse of power, even going so far as to destroy Eternia to keep the conflict between Grayskull and Havoc from spreading to the rest of the universe.
    • Alternatively, with the revelation of the Evil Horde in this continuity, Zodac could be an ally to Eternia, come to fight the Evil Horde to stop their destructive expansion. He would act as Mr. Exposition to teach the Eternians about the Horde.
  • Scareglow: A fallen warrior resurrected as a ghost through the power of Havoc. His connection to Havoc will allow Skeletor to easily control him, much to Scareglow's resentment. He'll make his debut in a "What Do They Fear?" Episode.
    • Possibly Jossed, as Skeletor appears to be a composite between himself and Scareglow now that he's dead. He even refers to himself as The Ghost of Skeletor, which is always reserved for Scareglow.
  • King Hssss: Skeletor has the Sigil of Hssss and has raised his undead Snake Men army. Why not raise the most powerful Snake Man as your personal minion?
    • Confirmed, King Hssss is summoned as a Disc-One Final Boss by Skeletor to hold He-Man off so he can complete his ritual to revive himself through King Grayskull's body. It ultimately ends up a Bait-and-Switch Boss however as a Havoc-corrupted Adam rips it's way out of Hssss's stomach and destroys his sigil, being the real conflict for his arc.
  • Grr: Taking the place of Panthor as Skeletor's pet.

Sword or scepter choice.
The actual choice between sword and scepter is not so much related to the totem as it is to the intentions of the chooser. For example, a benevolent diplomat may chose the scepter as a symbol of his profession and be granted the power of Grayskull (something related to mediation and persuasion), while a malevolent warlord may choose the sword as a symbol of conquest and be corrupted by the power of Havoc.
  • Alternatively, any person making the choice does so based on which power resonates with their true self. Ergo, a selfish person seeking power for the sake of themselves will always choose the scepter because they are drawn towards Havoc, while someone who seeks power for the sake of others will always choose the sword because they are drawn towards Justice. Any perceived symbolism would thus be nothing more than self-justification on the part of the chooser.
    • Somewhat Jossed. King Grayskull infused the scepter with Havoc to use against the Snake-Men, but not without getting himself corrupted in the process.

Genderflipping
Since Ram Man was flipped to Ram Ma'am, averting only one prominent female being in the Masters of the Universe, it's possible the same may happen to one of Skeletor's future Dark Masters, meaning Evil-Lyn won't have to play at being the only female, either. It would certainly shake up their team dynamic.
  • Is the world truly ready for Mer-Ma'am?
    • Jossed. Mer-Man is most definitely male in this incarnation.
  • Not sure how many get gender flips, may even have more than two females on each team.
  • There are many characters that could conceivably be gender flipped with no other change, name or otherwise. For example: Buzz Off.
    • Most bees in real life ARE female…
  • Mosquitor is Confirmed Female in season 2 as Mos'quita-ra.
  • Granamyr is revealed to be a woman in the book series, with grandchildren no less.

Teela and Duncan are sibling or half-siblings.
While Duncan is no longer Teela's adoptive (or biological) father in this series, they could still be related. If they're half-siblings, then they only share the same father who was the former captain of the guard, with Eldress being Teela's mother, whom she inherited her magic from. In either case, they were separated at birth which is why they don't seem to know each other that much before they were taken in by Kronis and Evelyn.
  • Their father may be their version of Malcom/Fisto and looks like an older Duncan with a mustache and a giant hand, of course.
    • Jossed: As of Season 3, it's revealed that Teela is essentially Eldress's reincarnation and not blood related to anyone else. That said, the Masters consider each other Found Family regardless.

The original Orko was not the nicest of people.
Considering how ridiculously smug and arrogant Ork-0 acts as soon as he gets Orko's personality core, this hints that the original Orko wasn't the best person personality-wise. Eldress saying that Ork-0 has "true heart", something that the original Orko lacked, hints further at this.
  • Jossed, if anything, the original Orko is far nicer than how Ork-O originally came off, with his only real failings being his absentmindedness and his cowardliness to owning up to his mistakes out of fear of hurting people further. It's just people who mistrusted him misremembering him over the centuries since his departure that characterizes him falsely as a smug Jerkass.

Marlena and (maybe) Adora are elsewhere (on the planet?)
Randor's temper at the loss of Adam and Keldor managed to drive Marlena away and if Adora exists she was taken by her mother (naturally this did not improve Randor's mood).
  • Since Adora isn't in the family portrait, it's possible she was still kidnapped by the Horde and Marlena may have gone looking for her after Adam's disappearance or somehow been transported back to Earth if she was an astronaut. One later arc will be Adam trying to bring his family back together with the biggest obstacle being a brainwashed Adora trying to kill him and conquer Eternia for Hordak and Marlena being key to breaking her daughter out of the mind control.
    • Jossed for Marlena, who in season 2 is stated to have died before Adam's disappearance, but the Horde's introduction at the end of season 3 means Adora's kidnapping is still possible.

If Adora appears she'll be voiced by Ashley Johnson as a Casting Gag with Yuri Lowenthal.
Because really, who better to play Adam's twin sister than Ben Tennyson's favorite cousin? Also could count as an Actor Allusion to her role as Terra where she was also a confused blonde girl under the control of a Big Bad.

The series will end up being a surprise sequel to She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
  • The Science Fantasy angle of the two shows being broadly compatible. When Adora shows up, she'll turn out to be Adam's Cool Big Sis who finally gives him some proper training, having completed her own arc on Etheria. Naturally unlikely to happen given the heavy percentage of asshole manbabies in the fanbase, not to mention the rumored legal issues, but it's fun to dream.
    • “Arsehole manbabies”? Really. Anyway, it’d be likely that they’re indeed twins that were separated due to an attempted Horde invasion on Eternia.
  • Jossed, Hordak, and by extension the Evil Horde, appear in closing minutes of Season Three and are decidedly very different villains than how they appear in the aforementioned series, very much indicating there is no Shared Universe with She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.

The Havoc referred to in the Power of Havoc will turn out to refer to an individual.
Perhaps as a Greater-Scope Villain to the series and a convenient substitute for Horde Prime, who the series is unlikely to use due to legal issues with She-Ra.

Ork-0 will become a chronicler and/or storyteller for the Masters' adventures.
Just look at how excited he is, describing the events of episode 10 as 'like a story of old'. Furthermore, it's shown as early as his introductory episode that he likes telling stories, and it's clear he has a natural stage personality. Plus, he comes with his own special effects!

     Season 2

Possible plot points for season 2
  • Duncan/Eldress will figure out a way to create a portal to other places in Eternia, allowing the heroes to take the fight to Skeletor without risking Grayskull.
  • Teela and Randor forming La Résistance in Eternos.
    • Push back against joining said resistance due to distrust of Randor due to mismanagement under his reign.
    • Randor being forced to bear witness to the consequences of said mismanagement. Expect many My God, What Have I Done? and Took a Level in Kindness moments.
      • Especially since he let his grief over Adam's disappearance lose sight of his kingdom. He'll also learn that the jungle tribe who raised Adam hated Randor for it, especially Krass, who's like a sister to his son, who was afraid Randor would come between them. That, combined with how he ruined his reunion with Adam by his own stubbornness, will make him feel more guilty of his actions. And also understood when Krass said she saved him for Adam's sake. So Randor hopes to at least make it up to the tribe by dealing with the poachers while also rewarding them for watching over Adam.
    • Teela seeking help from her former mentor Man-E-Faces. King Randor might recognize him as a former actor before he became "king of the lower ward".
      • Confirmed, though Man-E-Faces was kicked out of the royal court by Randor's father, so Randor didn't recognize him.
  • A race between the heroes and villains to secure allies from the other nations of Eternia. Most likely He-Man will go for the Avians whilst Skeletor makes overtures to the Merfolk.
    • Originally the allies He-Man recruited will refuse to help because of how they feel towards King Randor. Hinted at when Randor shoots down one of his guards' suggestion of asking for their aid in capturing the Masters.
  • Teela attempting to make a portal to Grayskull, only for it to lead to whatever dimension the Trollans ascended to instead.
    • Orko meeting Ork-0. Shenanigans ensue.
    • Related to the theory above, if Orko really wasn't such a good person, he'll be annoyed by Ork-0's kindness and humbleness. Since Eldress would always tell him how he should learn humility and be kind to others whom he considers as "inferiors".
  • Ram Ma'am gets her own Dark Master Nemesis, whomever that may be.
    • Confirmed, with the twist that she is her own Nemesis thanks to being a Yin-Yang Bomb.
  • A flashback scene of King Grayskull and maybe Orko the Great battling the Snake Men.
  • We learn what happened to Krass' parents. The season 2 trailer shows her angry-crying, possibly learned what happened to her parents. Probably from one of the villains. Or worse, learn what they're really like.

The characters of Teela and Teela Na are swapped
  • The Eldress has a snake-like headdress not as a nod towards one of her old designs but because in every other universe she is Teela, daughter of Duncan. A character who has snake-based armor and a snake staff.
    • The Sorceress is based on an eagle and her attack name is Wings of Zoar all hinting towards her actually being Teela Na, who has always been the Sorceress of Castle Grayskull.

Teela and the Eldress are the exact same person

During the course of the series, a Duncan as a young adult will grow the mustache like a Mythology Gag from his original version.
  • This version of Duncan is now a teenager rather than a middle-aged adult, as in the previous original versions of The Masters of the Universe. It is likely that during the course of the series and in the following seasons, Duncan now a little older near the age of a young adult, grew a mustache like a Mythology Gag to his previous versions of Man-At-Arms, since he is well known for his cool mustache in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (1983).
    • He does get a smattering of cake frosting on his upper lip in "Meanwhile..." that rather resembles a light blue mustache.

Titles of the Dark Masters
  • The Masters of the Universe took extra titles in the season finale. Seems fair that the Dark Masters would bump up their own egos with further grandiose titles.
    • Skeletor:
      • Dark Master of the Universe. His ego would make him lay claim to all creation.
      • Dark Master of Havoc. The source of his power and victory, which he alone can fully control.
      • Confirmed via the "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Heroes and Villain Guidebook".
      • Dark Master of Evil. A Mythology Gag to his original forces of evil, and he is a Card-Carrying Villain.
      • Dark Master of Destruction. "Master of Destruction" is frequently a Skeletor title, though it's iffy here as his whole goal is to rule.
    • Trap Jaw already gave us his title upon his debut; Dark Master of Weaponry.
    • Evil-Lyn:
      • Dark Master of Magic. She expressly intends to kill Teela and take the title for herself.
      • Dark Master of Witchcraft. A subtle difference, and she does consider herself a higher class of witch than the Street Urchin.
      • Confirmed via the "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Heroes and Villain Guidebook".
    • Beast Man:
      • Dark Master of Animals. For his talent in enslaving animals to his will, especially now that he is an animal.
      • Dark Master of Beasts. Same as the above, but more repetitive given his name. Expect him to be mocked for it.
      • Confirmed via the "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Heroes and Villain Guidebook".

Skeletor is an Unwitting Pawn of Havoc
  • Consider that once Keldor fully embraced the power of Havoc, he's become obsessed with it. All of his schemes for the throne have been about furthering his mastery over Havoc and corrupting and controlling others through its power. This was a power that was killing Keldor when he was first cursed by it, but now has stabilized in him after he gave himself over to it. Skeletor isn't so much in control of Havoc as Havoc is in control of him. It sees Skeletor as a tool to spread its power and corrupt all of Eternia until everything is "pure" Havoc.
    • Jossed, Havoc is simply pure, unchecked power. The corruption comes from one's own sense of self and character, the more one resists, the more one is slave to it (potentially killing them in the process). However, Keldor is not only the rightful heir King Grayskull's power, but is also fully willing to embrace Havoc into himself and thus is able to keep control of himself in spite of its typically corruptive, deadly influence.

Ram Ma'am's Evil Counterpart
  • Many suspect a new Dark Master will be added in future seasons to round out the Psycho Rangers, the question is who will become Ram Ma'am's opponent. Considering each Dark Master counters a Master of the Universe, we can assume that the Dark Master will be The Brute to counter the Pintsized Powerhouse. Where Ram Ma'am is Master of Demolition, they would be the Dark Master of Destruction. Some candidates for the role could be Whiplash, Clawful, or Spikor.
    • Webstor would be a good thematic foil (Dark Master of Ambush, perhaps?). Krass is claustrophobic, Webstor makes web traps, and his threads could give them some similarities in fighting style to her cables. Plus, given his black widow traits (Black Widow was even going to be Webstor's name at first), genderswapping the character would make sense.
  • Beast Man is close to a counterpart with Ram Ma'am doing some gorilla movement and Beast-Man acting like more of a primate most of the time and both are less civilized in some areas, Ram Ma'am did use her helmet as a bathroom.
    • Beast Man is disqualified because he is Battle Cat's Nemesis. According to the guidebook, each Master of the Universe only has one true Nemesis that they must overcome as the final step to becoming a true Master.
  • All Jossed: Ram Ma'am is her own Nemesis.

The Snake Men once used the power of Havoc
  • Like the power of Grayskull, the power of Havoc has a recurring symbol appearing on the Dark Masters. It looks like an open mouth with four fangs, a snake's mouth. It's likely that the Snake Men nearly wiped out early Eternia because they were using Havoc to do it, forcing King Grayskull to be the first to use its cosmic opposite to fight back. In this setup, King Hssss was likely Grayskull's Dark Master Nemesis.
    • Confirmed: Duncan describes the energy fueling the Sigil of Hssss as "Proto-Havoc", a far older, less refined version of the energy Skeletor wields.

Adam lost his memory due to a concussion
  • During his fight with Keldor before winding up in the jungle, Adam parried a particularly hard-hitting Havoc blast from Keldor. Causing the sword to hit him blunt-side on the head, knocking him out and causing the onset of his amnesia.

Evelyn/Evil-Lyn will have a Redemption Arc in Season 2
Despite working for Skeletor, In the Season One finale after Skeletor takes over, you can notice in a Freeze-Frame Bonus to see Evelyn/Evil-Lyn's look on her face while bowing down to him, where she is showing a worrying look than an evil one. This might imply that she might have a Redemption Arc in Season 2.
  • Jossed: Evelyn is exiled from Skeletor's service for interfering due to her Pragmatic Villainy clashing with Skeletor's desires. She becomes a Wild Card.

Evelyn/Evil-Lyn will have a Heel–Face Turn in Season 2
Despite bowing down to Skeletor after the latter took over Eternos, she does appear to have a worried look on her face, this might be implied that she will have a Heel–Face Turn by betraying Skeletor, and helping He-Man and his friends.
  • Jossed: Evelyn is exiled from Skeletor's service for interfering due to her Pragmatic Villainy clashing with Skeletor's desires. She becomes a Wild Card willing to fight the Dark Masters and the Masters of the Universe to get her own source of Havoc.

Evelyn/Evil-Lyn will betray Skeletor
Due to the look of concern on her face in the Season one finale, she will likely betray Skeletor in Season 2.
  • Jossed: Evil-Lyn's concerns were born from Pragmatic Villainy. This lead her to pulling Skeletor away from a fight that would risk them going to war with an entire nation. Skeletor stripped her of her Havoc power and cast her out of his court because of it.

There will be a Sequel Hook on Adam’s Mother
Since she wasn't even mentioned by her husband in Season 1 besides appearing on a photo with him and there, there could be a possibility where Adam will try to find her.
  • Jossed: Adam and Randor talk about Marlena and Randor implies she is dead.

A villain will takeover Skeletor’s place as the Big Bad at the end of Season 2
  • Jossed: Skeletor remains the Big Bad throughout.

Gary the Dragonfly has the power of Grayskull as well as Havoc.
Gary was mutated by the Beam-O-War between Skeletor and He-Man. While his mutations were largly caused by Havoc, he was also exposed to Grayskull energy. We know that someone can have both powers inside them like Krass, but the powers weaken each other. It's because of the power of Grayskull that Gary is a Non-Malicious Monster rather than a rampaging beast; his Havoc is tempered.

     Season 3

There will be a Sequel Hook that will set up Season 3
If there is any possibility, there can be a few things that might set up Season 3, such as Adam’s Mother.
  • Confirmed: Ram Ma'am pulled a Face–Heel Turn and became Rampage, giving the ghost of Skeletor the Sigil of Hssss and summoned an undead army of Snake Men to attack all of Eternia. Eldress has also come Back from the Dead thanks to the Wish Stone.

Flashbacks would reveal that Randor and Keldor never really got along.
If Randor trolling Skeletor in "Cry Havoc, Part 2". However, despite that, Randor believed the Power only tempted Keldor into staging a coup, which is why Randor even bothered setting up a funeral for him along with his son, and further convinced no one should wield the Power. This is also why he wasn't that surprised when He-Man tells him Keldor is the one causing the storm, nor seeing him as Skeletor since he's always been the monster deep inside.

The royal family were tricked into being convinced they should protect the Power not use it.
Probably by the Snake Men, to bid their time until they return to a defenseless Eternia.
  • Jossed. After having used Havoc for the first time during The Great War and having Eldress be forced, to kill him before he could destroy everything on Eternia, King Grayskull's last words to Eldress were to warn everyone that "No one should have that much power... it's too great." It stands to reason that as the years passed the interpretation of the words became confused.

Krass is a Rock Person.
She is one of the few characters with a skintone impossible by human standards, along with a very "angular" hairstyle compared to the others. In the "Legends From Castle Grayskull" graphic novel, it's revealed that this is a trait of her whole family, along with unrelated people as part of her original group. Combined with the odd gemstone in her helmet (which saved her dad from a cave-in), her durable strength even without her powers, the ability to curl into a ball as part of her attacks, and the fact she can literally eat rocks, all signs point to a mineral-based element in her makeup, elements that the Rock People have.

Havoc isn't evil so much as it is chaotic and unpredictable.
Think about it this way. The word "Havoc" is synonymous with "Chaos" in that it is a natural state of disarray, and Mo'squita-ra herself described Havoc Energy as "green and wild," and chaos by itself isn't necessarily "evil." It's the people who use it that are either good or evil, which leads into~
  • Confirmed-ish: It's more clarified in Season Three that Havoc itself isn't inherently evil on its own as it was created by King Grayskull to help him win the war, but it is power completely unchecked and uninhibited, and as the saying goes: "absolute power corrupts absolutely", and eventually, no matter how great or pure the heart is in wielding it, their own character will become susceptible to the intoxicating power of Havoc and turn them a slave to it no matter what. The only exception so far being Gary the Dragonfly for as of yet unknown reasons.

Krass will eventually return to the Masters of the Universe.
One way or another Krass will return to her friends and make amends for betraying them, but not before defeating her greatest enemy~ herself. After which she will combine the powers of Grayskull and Havoc into a truly mighty force, to help drive back the Undead Snake Men and banish Skeletor to the afterlife once and for all.
  • Confirmed: A leaked photo shows Krass alongside the other Masters in upgraded armor for the season 3 finale to defeat Skelegod.

Teela is a clone of Eldress like in the original comics continuity.
  • If that's true, then it would make the scene in "We Have the Power" where she becomes sad because Teela refused to transform into the Sorceress again more poignant.
  • Confirmed, Teela is Eldress's physical Reincarnation, before doing a full Fusion Dance with her halfway through Season Three before she could become Deader than Dead to complete the transfer of her wisdom into her younger self.

Skeletor will bring Krass's parents back...with very dire consequences.
Skeletor won't back down on his promise, and the Sigil of Hssss will have the ability to bring Krass's parents back to her. But, due to how the Snake Men are brought back as near-skeletal zombies from what's been seen, there will be very similar consequences with Krass's parents.
  • If this happens she will feel all the more regretful for having turned on her fellow Masters, prompting her to leave Skeletor.
  • Jossed. Skeletor instead uses the bones of King Grayskull to reanimate himself into Skelegod and betrays Krass.

Season 3 will have an Enemy Mine between the Masters of the Universe and the Dark Masters
With the undead Snake Men army, Skeletor is attacking everyone at once, including his former minions. Evelyn, Kronis, and R'Qazz will team up with the heroes to survive Skeletor's madness. Whether they pull full a Heel–Face Turn, a Hazy-Feel Turn, or go right back to aggressive afterwards is up in the air.
  • Jossed, initially. The Dark Masters return, but they seem to have their own goals. However, once Skeletor goes Skelegod, they do have a very brief Enemy Mine (sans R'Qazz/Beast Man, who went back to Skeletor and became a willing Skeledrone) to Hold the Line against Skeletor's Havoc.

Evelyn will obtain Havoc for herself and the other Dark Masters.
Evelyn intended to drain Havoc out of Skeletor with the Sigil of Hssss so she could become Evil-Lyn again. In season 3, she will discover she can drain Havoc from the undead Snake Men, letting her transform once again. She'll then drain more Snake Men to transform Kronis and R'Qazz back into Trap Jaw and Beast Man.
  • Semi-Confirmed: The Dark Masters do regain their Havoc powers.

He-Man will get a suit of Powered Armor in the season 3 finale.
When He-Man finally becomes a true Master of the Universe, a suit of armor will form over his body to symbolize his new 11th-Hour Superpower that will make him the most powerful man in the universe. It will either by armor modeled after the Tiger Tribe or armor matching that of King Grayskull.
  • Confirmed. The Masters seemingly upgrade their armor and equipment during the Season 3 finale.

The Tiger Tribe Village will be attacked by the Snake Men.
This prompted Krass to realize her mistake and return to the Masters.
  • Jossed

We'll get an Origins Episode of Teela and Duncan.
Showing how they got adopted by Evelyn and Kronis.
  • Jossed. The comic "Legends of Castle Grayskull" display such a story.

There will be a few sequel hooks from Season 3
  • Confirmed. The Skeledrone Beast Man now has the Havoc Staff, swearing to continue his hunt and Evil-Lyn has been recruited by her father Hordak to prepare for the invasion of the Evil Horde.

Eldress was the first Nemesis
As the guidebook explains, if anyone becomes a Master of Grayskull or Havoc, the opposite power will create a new Master to oppose them; a Nemesis. When Eldress killed King Grayskull, she did it with the Sword of Power and the power of Grayskull. Because King Grayskull was consumed by Havoc and became the first Skeletor, the power of Grayskull chose Eldress to oppose him, turning her into the first Nemesis.

Grayskull and Havoc are irrelevant to what you transform into.
Yes, the powers of Grayskull and Havoc are what allow people to transform into cosmic reflections of themselves, but the shape you take isn't determined by which power you have. When Krass and Adam embraced Havoc over Grayskull, their transformed forms were the same as Ram Ma'am and He-Man, barring a few cosmetic changes like color and symbol. Even when King Grayskull became the first Skeletor, the only real changes were a new helmet and Chest Insignia. It's stressed more than once that Grayskull and Havoc are two sides of the same coin, the same Sentient Cosmic Force filtered through different emotions, so what you transform into will be consistent no matter which power you call on. If Keldor actually got the Power of Grayskull, he'd still turn into Skeletor, just with gold instead of green.

     Future
Malcolm/Fisto will appear at some point.
He will appear as part of a Long-Lost Relative plot, revealing that he and Duncan were separated after losing their parents in some disaster. This could lead to Duncan being torn between his duties as a Master of the Universe and the need to reconnect with the brother he never knew.

The Evil Horde has its own Sentient Cosmic Force
Hordak's wings are celestial, just like Eldress' arms or the Masters of the Universe after they gained their Enlightenment Superpowers. Hordak is a Master of cosmic power like them, and it's just as likely several members of the Evil Horde have this unnamed power as well, which is why they are a galactic threat. The "Power of the Horde" will be red as opposed to Grayskull gold or Havoc green. For bonus points, Hordak's totem is his Chest Insignia. You can see it flash red briefly as he approaches Evil-Lyn.

Future seasons will feature Adora's Heel–Face Turn and transformation into She-Ra.
When the Evil Horde invades Eternia, Adora will be an agent of the Horde as part of the attack, but over time she will become a Master of the Universe and fight against the Horde. Some plot beats would go like this:
  • Adora fights for the Evil Horde as a Noble Demon, a trained soldier following a Code of Honor ("Honor" will practically be her Character Catchphrase, to the annoyance of the Masters).
  • Over several battles she will come to know the Masters more closely and come to see the beauty in Eternia that the Horde would destroy.
  • Some treason by the Horde or seeing their evil first hand will make her defect. Maybe with some encouragement from Duncan for having been an evil minion once himself.
  • Adora will have a Sentient Cosmic Force like Hordak, but get DePowered for her defection.
  • The Masters of the Universe will teach Adora how to harness the Power of Grayskull, but she won't be able to transform with "By the Power of Grayskull".
  • In the season finale, after enough soul searching, Adora will stand proud with her totem and shout "For the Honor of Grayskull!", transforming into a Master of the Universe (There will be Lampshade Hanging, but Krass will point out the words aren't set in stone, citing her own transformation phrase as Rampage).
  • The Evil Horde will be pushed back, and Adora will travel to other Horde conquered worlds to help liberate them.

She-Ra will first appear as a champion of the Horde.
  • Adora will be a loyal/brainwashed member of the horde with the power to turn into a champion on the level of He-Man, but with better combat training.

A Horde team could form as an new Psycho Rangers counterpart team to the Masters
  • Adam: Adora
  • Ork-0: Imp
  • Battle Cat: Catra
  • Duncan: Cy-Chop

The phrase “It’s not the power, it’s how you use it” will become very significant when it’s revealed that the Horde has access to a form of proto-Light that they have refined differently than Grayskull.
  • Empowered Horde soldiers will be different from the Dark Masters in that they won’t have their personality flaws amplified and will have better teamwork.

Keldor will have a redemption arc.
Now hear me out. As unlikely as it may seem given Skeletor's history in other incarnations, there's good reason to believe Keldor might "turn over a new leaf" as it were. For one thing Duncan/Man-At-Arms went out of his way to bake him a cake and entertain him on his birthday, now that he's free of Havoc bringing out his worst self Keldor will take time in the dungeon to think, and may arrive at a revelation that he can be better. And all because Duncan was nice to him.

Horde Prime will eventually show up.
If he shows up, he will be the Greater-Scope Villain and the Final Boss of the whole series.

Hordak will be a complete Contrasting Sequel Antagonist from Skeletor
Unlike Skeletor, who desired absolute power for himself and only himself, and was an absolute Bad Boss to his minions, Hordak will genuinely care for his followers and for his people. His offer to form a Big Bad Duumvirate with his daughter will be completely genuine, and none of his followers (except, if she appears, Adora) will betray him due to a genuine sense of loyalty.

  • Building on this, Hordak's minions will not only be more loyal to him, but more personable and honorable than Skeletor's constantly scheming and selfish minions.

Beast Man will recruit a new team of Dark Masters.
With Kronis imprisoned and him and Beast Man already being on less than friendly terms, Evil-Lyn seemingly joining and possibly co-leading the Horde, and Tri-Klops having a Heel–Face Turn, Beast Man will need a new team of Dark Masters if he’s going to take over as the new Skeletor. Additionally, the new Dark Masters will all be themed after animals; the team might include Evil Warriors such as Stinkor, Clawful, and Whiplash.

Admittedly, this one is Just for Fun, but I would love a Crossover between these two shows. The WMG part is that the "Hordak" we see in season 3 is a separate character from Hordak in She-Ra. Rather, he's a Horde Prime clone that was transformed by a Sentient Cosmic Force into something new and independent from the Galactic Horde. Perhaps he built a new Horde from the remains of the old Horde after Prime's defeat.
  • Or as a big plot twist the Hordak we see here is actually Horde Prime’s big bad brother. As this Hordak is a Cosmic Entity of sorts it’s possible that Horde Prime has tried and failed to one up him to prove he’s superior. Then one day Hordak mysteriously vanished and with him gone, Horde Prime was left to fill in the power vacuum with no one to oppose him.

King Grayskull is Back from the Dead

When He-Man transformed Skeletor back into Keldor, he also separated him from King Grayskull’s body, returning him to his tomb. But due to being imbued with the power of Havoc, King Grayskull was risen from the dead once more, and once again consumed by it.

Admittedly this WMG is unlikely, but it would be fun to see happen, not the least of which because it would, essentially, give us more of Alan Oppenheimer as Skeletor.
