• AKIRA: Blu and Spider-Man live in a cyberpunk Tokyo. After Aquaman injects him, Blu feels an urge to kill Excalibur.
• Bakugan:
  • Jeremy and his friends Ned Flemkin, Judy Jetson, May, Gwen Tennyson, and Pinocchio create a card game, where they are paired with creatures named "Bakugan". Jeremy's partner is Draco. Blu and Hal-G pose a threat, as Franklin has joined a masked army.
  • New Vestroia: Jeremy, Pinocchio, and Ned arrive in the Bakugan's home dimension, where they meet three freedom fighters: Flea, Gorgonzola, and Mira Clay. Together, they fight King Zenoheld and his minions Ron Stoppable, Vicious, Gus Grav, Volt Luster, and Robin.
  • Gundalian Invaders: Jeremy, Ned, and Pinocchio continue their quest as they fight in an online environment. They meet Isabella, Jake Vallory, and BlackStar. Isabella has escaped an evil invasion from her own dimension. Miri, Tracey Sketchit, and Geoff are among the agents.
• Bakuten Shoot Beyblade: Arnold, Miss Piggy, Ben Tennyson (later Bling-Bling Boy), and Sonic (later Jake Long) form a team to play an extreme game with tops.
• Blood+: After being rescued by Spanky Ham, Saya learns about her vampire powers. Saya's friend Howl helps her fight her Evil Twin Buttercup.
• Captain Tsubasa: Arthur Christmas and Chuckie Finster are rival soccer players.
• Case Closed: Teenage detective Rufus is poisoned and wakes up as Freddie Benson. He then moves in with his ex-girlfriend Twilight Sparkle and her father, a beaver.
• Castle in the Sky: Marinette and Adrien try to prevent Elijah Mikaelson from getting to a floating city.
• The Castle of Cagliostro: Scott Pilgrim and Newton rescue Princess Bubblegum of Cagliostro from marrying Dr. Facilier.
• Chrono Crusade: Kagome teams up with a demon named Jimmy Neutron.
• Cowboy Bebop: Breakdown, Ms. Rampling, the original Batman, and Ben Tennyson are space bounty hunters. They have to rescue Breakdown's girlfriend Jo from Cameron!
  • In The Movie, Sora, Kari, Lex Luthor, and Tenzin are the new bounty hunters.
• Death Note: Renji finds a notebook that kills whoever's name is written inside. Detective Sitka is trying to stop him. Eventually, Nancy Gribble and Dexter get into Renji's secret.
  • Gretchen has a huge crush on Renji.
• Devil May Cry: The Animated Series: Olaf is a demon slayer.
• Fullmetal Alchemist: Coconut Fred and his brother Shun go on a quest to reclaim their bodies. It seems that Xandir is following them.
  • The Seven Deadly Sins include Tweek, Kelly Kapoor (later Mike), Courtney, Dale Gribble, Ron Weasley (later Raphael), Raphael (later Aladdin), and Melissa Mao) later Mr. Popo.
• Full Metal Panic!: (Total Drama style) Duncan sends Noah to protect Katie. Captain Dakota has a crush on Noah, and Sam is the Big Bad. Harold translated the script. In one episode, World Tour!Tyler is a mercenary pilot.
• Gankutsuou: A version of The Count of Monte Cristo IN SPACE!! Miroku and Sonic the Hedgehog are best friends who meet Paul Buchman one night at a space party. Murder ensues.
• Ghost Hound: McGee, Makoto, and Kyle XY are three boys who can travel into the "Unseen World". McGee meets Anna, a girl with great spiritual powers.
• Ghost Stories: Lil DeVille finds her mother's old spellbook. She gathers her friends Donatello, Kagome, Edd, Lil's brother Phil, and a demon cat named Knuckles to save the world.
• Honey and Clover: Naruto, Hermes Conrad, and Viceroy are college roommates. One day, they meet Black Lady.
• Howl's Moving Castle: Mitsuki becomes an old woman, then she meets a wizard named Jake Spidermonkey and his assistant Gru.
• Inuyasha: Luanne Platter goes down the well and discovers a half-demon named Prince Caspian. Mello is a cursed monk, Domino is a demon slayer, Mrs. Kwan is mode-locked into Sierra, and Starscream is the big bad.
• Kaleido Star: Jenny comes to America to be a circus star.
• Kiki's Delivery Service: On her quest for independence, Rachel Berry meets Kurt Hummel and Vanessa Doofenshmirtz.
• Megaman NT Warrior: Marty has a net navi named Kick-Ass.
• Moomin: (original) The adventures of Porky Pig and his best friend Heather.
  • (redub) The adventures of Toot Braunstein and her best friend Kaname.
  • (new series) Here Kaname's best friend is her real-life brother Rekuta.
  • The Movie (with puppets): Rekuta changes over to Uryu Ishida.
• My Neighbor Totoro: Excalibur takes his daughters Emily Elizabeth and Kaname Chidori to the countryside.
• Naruto: In both dubs, Sheen Estevez, Gene Belcher, Stitch, Leela, Benjamin Horne, Tyrion Lannister, Phineas Flynn, Jeremy Johnson, and Lieutenant Pug are the ninjas. Additionally, Puss in Boots serves as the leader of Team 7.
  • (Jetix) Sheen, Tails, Sarah are apprentice ninjas. Other ninjas includeBrick, Island!Sadie, Chef Hatchet, Sierra (who is really Tyrion), Spike, Robin, Blousey Brown, and Isabella.
  • (Animax) Mysterion, Sheen, and Libby Folfax (later Medusa) are teenage ninjas. Later on in the series, Tuxedo Mask takes over as leader of Team 7. Blaineley is now Tyrion's female form, whereas Leela replaced Pinkie Pie. Other ninjas include Stitch, Gene, Izzy, Justin, Tyler (temporarily Oscar), Yang, Bobby Hill, Naomi Misora, Justin, and Carrie.
• Ocean Waves: Gabumon and Yutaka are best friends who get a crush on Chris Hargensen.
• Pecola: Franklin is a cube-headed penguin.
• Romeo × Juliet: The love saga of Jeff Fischer and Meg Griffin.
• Samurai Pizza Cats: Bumblebee and Libby are robotic superhero felines.
• Slayers: Lena, Diego, Young!Miriam, and Kovu journey through the world.
• Sonic X: Kon is the fast hero who teams up with Omi (later Naruto) and Buzz. They fight the Pokedex and Danny Phantom.
• Soul Eater: Coraline, Hanataro Yamada, Jean Havoc, Simon Camden, and Lizzie McGuire fight demons and witches such as Sakura and her child Young Nala. This is done under the orders of Scoutmaster Lumpus.
• Spirited Away: Starfire's parents are turned into pigs and she recruits the help of Jaden.
• Tokyo Mew Mew: Lizzie McGuire, Inez, Lina Inverse, and Eris are the four Mew Mews.
• Trigun: Breakdown is a wanted man.
• Yo Kai Watch: Clarence tracks down the Yo-Kai around the city with his butler Gary Oak and cat Audrey Rocio Ramirez. Clarence's classmates are Ron Weasley, Freddie Benson and Mia Grey; Tru Davies and Gerry are Clarence's parents. Watch here!
• Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Samson attends a duelist academy, wanting to be the next king of games. He becomes friends with Geoff and Gary Oak and rivals with Tommy Ross and Casey Jones. Later on Samson duels Applejack, who was his best friend in another life.
• YuYu Hakusho: Joey Wheeler gathers Donnie Darko, Anakin Skywalker (later Vicious), Daffy Duck, and Tigress to fight for the sake of humanity.
