Season 1

1. "Tracy's Song": Tracy loses her voice right before she is to sing at a party for Amelia Earhart and learns she doesn't need to express her voice.
2. "Picture Day": Snuffy is reluctant to get his picture taken on picture day.
3. "Hide and Seek": Jay Jay and his friends play hide and seek, but Snuffy's skywriting smoke keeps giving away his hiding places.
4. "Big Jake's Birthday Surprise": Jay Jay tries to find the perfect birthday gift for Big Jake.
5. "Catch the Buzz": Big Jake gets a buzzing in his head and Jay Jay thinks he doesn't like him anymore.
6. "Grumpy O'Malley": Snuffy is nervous at meeting E.Z's supposedly grumpy cousin, but learns he's really nice and has the same talent as him.
7. "Snuffy's 1st Day of School": Snuffy is afraid to go to his first day of school and hides.
8. "Super Sonic Jay Jay": Jay Jay uses Savannah's super jet fuel which makes him fly super fast.
9. "Jay Jay and the Stars at Night": Snuffy faces his fears on a camping trip.
10. "Hero Herky": Herky becomes famous after saving a skier at Frosty Pines.
11. "Wing Wigglin": Jay Jay tries to keep his morning exercises a secret from everyone.
12. "Tracy's Tree": Jay Jay and Tracy defend a tree that has grown in the runway.
13. "Super Loop-De-Loop": Oscar tries to practice a legendary move for a visiting stunt pilot.
14. "Jay Jay's Bad Dream": Jay Jay has a bad dream but doesn't want to tell anyone.
15. "Evan Gets His Wings": Revvin' Evan learns how to fly with Herky's help, but things go wrong.
16. "Snuffy Sees the Big Picture": Snuffy's poor vision causes trouble for his sky pictures.
17. "Switch Around Day": Savannah and Herky switch jobs to see what each other's is like.
18. "Snuffy's Missing Friend": Snuffy meets a plane that does whatever he does unaware it's his own shadow.
19. "Missing You": Snuffy misses Big Jake when he goes away for a while.
20. "Tippy Toppy Peak": Tracy inadvertently announces she's the best high flyer and has to fly over Tippy Toppy Peak.
21. "Tracy's Treasure Hunt": Tracy and Savannah hunt for treasure but don't find anything, and realize the true treasure is their friendship.
22. "Jay Jay's New Wheels": Jay Jay doesn't want to part with his old wheels and get new ones, but faces consequences when they start to wear out.
23. "Jay Jay's Christmas Adventure": Everyone At Tarrytown prepares for the holidays and help out Santa with his deliveries.

Season 2

1. "Babysitting Blues": Tracy babysits Snuffy while the others go to the Air Carnival which she has to miss.
2. "Jay Jay Earns His Wings": Jay Jay stays up too late before his first delivery route and learns from his mistakes.
3. "Herky Jerky": Herky tries to learn how to dance before the harvest moon dance at the airport.
4. "Upside Down Waterfall": Jay Jay doesn't believe Snuffy when he claims he saw an upside down waterfall.
5. "I'm Being Followed By The Moon": Snuffy is annoyed that the moon is following him, but a dream shows him why it's important.
6. "Something Special": Jay Jay searches for his special talent.
7. "Plane of a Different Color": Tracy decides to change her paint job so she feels more special.
8. "Hiccup Havoc": Herky comes down with a comical case of the hiccups.
9. 'And That's The Tooth!': Snuffy has a loose tooth, but is afraid it will fall out at the wrong time.
10. 'Big Jake's Team': When a stunt team cancels, Big Jake rallies Jay Jay, Tracy and Savannah as their replacements.
11. 'I Love Your Funny Face': A funny face contest goes awry when Jay Jay does whatever it takes to win.
12. 'Snuffy's Rainbow': Snuffy sees a rainbow and chases it all over town.
13. "The Buddy System": Jay Jay and Tracy have to stick by each other on a trip, but get lost easily.
14. "The Great Tarrytown Black-Out": Herky follows Tracy wherever she goes, but learns his lesson when a blackout hits.
15. 'Jay Jay Meets the Cloud King': Jay Jay travels into the clouds where he meets the cloud king and attempts to rescue one of his runaway clouds.
16. 'The Merit Badge': Herky tries to find a good deed to perform so he can join the Chopper Scouts.
17. 'Are We There Yet': Snuffy constantly gets bored on a long trip to Pangabula Island, so Jay Jay and the others keep him busy.
18. 'Problem In Pangabula': The Sparkleberry Tree has lost its sparkle and Jay Jay, Tracy and Snuffy have to find out why.
19. 'Jay Jay's Dinosaur Hunt': Convinced that dinosaurs exist, Jay Jay, Tracy and Herky try to find one.
20. "Dough-Nutty": Herky's obsession with donuts goes too far when he eats too many before his delivery route.
21. 'Snuffy Discovers the Ocean': Snuffy has a dream where he visits the ocean and learns it's not a place for planes.
22. "Jay Jay's Speedy Delivery": Jay Jay rushes through his jobs so he has more time to play.
23. "Dog Gone Doggy": Jay Jay watches Brenda's dog, but he goes missing.
24. 'Herky's Hat Chase': Herky chases Brenda's favorite hat in a big wind.
25. "The Three Little Planes": Savannah teaches the kids to use their imaginations on a rainy day with a game of pretend.
26. 'I'm Swamped!': Jay Jay and Tracy travel to Georgia to find a swamp lily for Savannah.
27. "Old Oscar Leads the Parade": Big Jake tells the story of how Oscar founded Tarrytown and why he always leads the Tarrytown Sky Parade every year.
28. 'Revvin' Evan's Day': Jay Jay joins Revvin' Evan for his chores and discovers how hard they are.

PBS Kids Series

Season 3

1. "Spending Time With Big Jake": Big Jake thinks Jay Jay is bored with their trips to Lightning Bug Lake and tries to make them more exciting.
2. "The New Plane": When Snuffy first arrives in town, Jay Jay is jealous when he gets all the attention.
3. "Tracy's Shooting Star": Tracy tries to witness a shooting star but keeps missing by a second.
4. "Upsy Downosis": Herky catches a cold that causes planes to fly upside-down.
5. "The Opposites Game": Jay Jay, Snuffy and Herky play a game where they find opposites, but get stumped when suggesting the opposite of Snuffy.
6. "Tracy's Sonic Boom": Tracy attempts to do a sonic boom like Savannah, but it goes awry and she crashes, with no way to call for help until Savannah saves the day.
7. "Jay Jay's Butterfly Adventure": Jay Jay tries to find a home for his butterfly friend to stay for the winter.
8. "The Singing Meadow": Tracy investigates mysterious singing at Smiling Meadow.
9. "Jay Jay Meets Captain Hightower": When traffic grows at the airport, Jay Jay recruits Oscar's old traffic controller to fix the mess.
10. 'Tracy's Snuggly Blanket': Tracy is afraid to admit she plays with her childhood blanket, but everyone pitched in when it disappears.
11. "Fire Engine Evan": Revvin' Evan is appointed a substitute fire engine but overworks Jay Jay and the others.
12. 'Tracy's Candy Catastrophe': Tracy learns to control her obsession with candy.
13. "Tuffy the Tiny Tow Truck": Revvin' Evan's cousin Tuffy the tow truck comes to Tarrytown and must prove she's not too small to do many things.
14. "Snuffy's Snowman": The kids build a snowman and Snuffy brings it home with disastrous results.
15. "Tuffy's Buried Treasure": Jay Jay, Evan and Tuffy find a map and are confided to find the buried treasure it leads to.
16. 'Snuffy's Thanksgiving': Snuffy learns the true meaning of Thanksgiving when helping Big Jake when he gets caught in a snowstorm.
17. 'Snuffy and the Colors of Fall': Snuffy misunderstands Jay Jay's wish to see the leaves change color for fall and drops paint all over the hills.
18. 'Snuffy's Birthday Surprise': Snuffy doesn't know what to get for his birthday and turns to the others for advice.
19. 'A Trip to Skylandia': Jay Jay is transported to a kingdom where no one believes that there's anything below them unless they see it.
20. "Brenda's Mother's Day": Tracy rounds up the gang to make the airport perfect before Brenda's mom arrives for Mother's Day.
21. 'Tuffy's Trip to Pangabula': Snuffy tries to find a way to get Tuffy to fly so she can go to Pangabula Island for the first time.
22. 'Tuffy's Adventure In Pangabula': Tuffy thinks she has no special talent until she saves the Sparkleberry Tree from a storm.
23. 'Jay Jay's Winter Parade': Jay Jay plans a light parade for the first day of winter, but a snowstorm ruins his plans.
24. 'Snuffy's Seasons': The kids reminisce of their adventures as they teach Snuffy about the seasons.
25. "Jay Jay and the Magic Books": When Jay Jay's trip with Big Jake is cancelled, Tracy takes him to the library where he imagines himself on various story adventures.
26. "The Counting Game": Tracy plays a counting game with Jay Jay and Herky and almost loses, until she finds the answer right in front of her.
27. 'Concert Day at Tarrytown Airport': As the planes practice for the Tarrytown concert, Snuffy doesn't know what color to sing about until a rainbow gives him inspiration.
28. "Snuffy's Favorite Color": With his concert day song a hit, Brenda challenges Snuffy to discover his favorite color, and she might be the source of his answer.
