Jay Jay's disappointed when rain forces Big Jake to call off their trip together. To help cheer him up, Tracy tells Jay Jay that she knows a place where adventures abound and weather is never an issue! Intrigued, Jay Jay follows her to the Tarrytown Public Library, where Tracy explains books can "magically" transport you to a new place and time, just by using your imagination. Jay Jay's not quite sure he believes what Tracy is saying, but he soon discovers that she's right. Just by using his imagination, books can take him on all kinds of adventures he's never even dreamed of!
