Herky attaches a large balloon to Revvin' Evan, so Revvin' can be like him and fly. However, the flight turns difficult when they run into bad weather. When Revvin' is finally back on the ground, he is needed for a ground emergency. They learn that it is good to have your own talents and strengths and not to try to be something you're not.
