Everyone at Tarrytown Airport is so busy making deliveries that the planes are constantly getting in each other's way during takeoff and landing. Perplexed, Jay Jay wonders if the problem is just too big to fix. But when Old Oscar enlists the help of his old air traffic controller pal, Captain Hightower, Jay Jay learns that any problem, even those that seem impossible, can be overcome if everyone works together.
