Herky winds up consuming far too many donuts and gets so weighted down with donuts that he can't finish his new delivery route. Jay Jay and Tracy rescue Herky when he has toppled to the ground, upside down on his rotors. Herky learns that there CAN be too much of a good thing.
"Dough Nutty" provides examples of:
- Call-Back: Tracy mentions she was told she can have too much of a good thing, referring to her candy obsession back then.
- Running Gag: Everyone has to be careful not to say the word "donut" otherwise Herky will lose control and jitter everywhere.
- Very Special Episode: This episode has the issue with eating so much that you gain weight.
