Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 are trapped on an island full of vicious bullies!
Tropes:
- Anti-Villain: Jerry wants revenge on Numbuh 4 for giving him a permanent wedgie in the first grade, which is perfectly understandable and even sympathetic. What makes him a villain is that he's willing to abandon Numbuh 2 as well, even though he's completely innocent and arguably even more at risk on Bully Island than Numbuh 4 is, due to choosing to be friends with Numbuh 4.
- "Bang!" Flag Gun: Jerry gave Numbuh 4 a weapon that he claimed would ward off bullies by projecting a holographic image of a high school principal. When Numbuh 4 tries using it, it simply unveils a "Kick me" flag.
- Batman Gambit: Jerry had the Noogie-raptor released in Sector V's territory so that Numbuh 4 would be in a position to answer the distress call and go to the island. While conducting a tour for his guests, he then fakes an emergency of his supposed sister (really a dummy) being in need of rescue, ultimately leaving Numbuhs 2 and 4 out in the open with a host of bullies and a useless weapon.
- Because You Were Nice to Me: The Bullies side with Wally and Hoagie after Hoagie does the Wedgiesaurus Rex's homework for him.
- Both Sides Have a Point: Played for Laughs. Numbuh 2 argues that perhaps Jerry wouldn't have set them up to be stuck on the island if kids like Numbuh 4 weren't such bullies. To this, Numbuh 4 tries to argue that nerds like Jerry wouldn't be so fun to bully if they weren't so "nerdly".
- Break the Haughty: This happens to Numbuh 4 after the Wedgiesaurus Rex delivers a plethora of wedgies to him, as though the universe means to make him pay for his bullysome nature that got him and Numbuh 2 in this mess in the first place.
- "Could Have Avoided This!" Plot: Subverted. Numbuh 2 reprimands Numbuh 4 about how they could have avoided the predicament they got themselves in after Numbuh 4 gave Jerry a permanent wedgie in first grade. However, Numbuh 2 immediately changes his mind once Numbuh 4 threatens Jerry to remove the already permanent wedgie and give him another one, as he joins the fight against Jerry.
- Didn't See That Coming: Numbuh 2 and 4's shared reaction to the Wedgiesaurus Rex leading an attack on the control room.
- "Eureka!" Moment: Numbuh 2 when stumbling upon the Wedgiesaurus Rex's homework and realizing how he can save Numbuh 4.
- Everyone Has Standards: Though unapologetic about his own bullying behavior, Numbuh 4 takes offense to how the "escaped" Noogie-raptor was harassing kindergartners. Wally will gladly get into it with kids his own age, but not ones much younger than he is.
- Evil Cripple: Thanks to Numbuh 4 giving him a permanent wedgie years ago, Jerry has a scrunched-up face, needs a cane to walk, and frequently grunts in discomfort as he hobbles around his island.
- Evil Laugh: Jerry in reaction to Numbuh 4 suffering a marathon of wedgies, though his own permanent wedgie makes doing so uncomfortable.
- Evil Redhead: Jerry is a redhead and the episode's Villain of the Week.
- Freudian Excuse: Jerry's vengefulness towards Numbuh 4 comes from a place of hurt that goes as far back as 1st grade. He used to be your average kid until Wally gave him an exceptionally bad wedgie. Despite the doctors' best efforts to undo the damage, it only made it worse until his face was disfigured by excessive wincing, and the permanent effects of the wedgie left him a cane-using cripple.
- Humiliation Conga: Numbuh 4 goes through this once the Wedgiesaurus Rex gets ahold of him, where he suffers from a marathon of embarrassing wedgies, all for one of his past victims to sit back and enjoy the sight.Numbuh 4: Stop! I can't feel my buttcheeks!
- Jerkass Has a Point: Numbuh 4 has every right to get mad at Numbuh 2 for constantly abandoning him throughout the episode given the danger they were in.
- Jurassic Farce: Jerry Rassic is a stand-in for John Hammond, and bullies depicted as dinosaur-like monsters with names such as "Wedgiesaurus rex" and "Spitball-osaurus".
- Laser-Guided Karma:
- For failing to show remorse and take responsibility for their predicament, Wally suffers several wedgies over the course of the episode by the Wedgiesaurus rex.
- Of course, Jerry ends up suffering this as well after trapping Wally and Hoagie on the island although it more deserved on Wally but Hoagie's only crime is being associated with Wally.
- Let Us Never Speak of This Again: Numbuh 4's request, after they finally escape the island.Numbuh 2: As far as I'm concerned, this mission is all behind you.
- Mighty Roar: The Wedgiesaurus Rex does this when summoning the other bullies to attack the control room.
- Never My Fault: Numbuh 4 claims Jerry deserved that permanent wedgie for all the trouble he put them in, which he didn't cause until years after the wedgie.
- Oh, Crap!: Wally's face says it all once he accidentally makes some movement as he scolds Hoagie for running away and calling him a coward.
- Punny Name: Jerry Rassic. Jurassic.
- Screams Like a Little Girl: Numbuh 2 does this when the Wedgiesuarus Rex roars at him and Numbuh 4.
- Security Cling: Numbuhs 2 and 4 when it looks like the Wedgiesaurus Rex will obey Jerry's order to keep bullying them.
- Villain Ball: Jerry tries to escape the island in the KND ship, leaving Numbuhs 2 and 4 stranded. However, he takes a moment to gloat about this before activating the engines, which gives the bullies enough time to grab onto the ship. More so, it's unlikely that Numbuhs 2 and 4 could even hear Jerry gloating in the first place, making it even more pointless.
- With Friends Like These...: A Running Gag throughout the episode is Numbuh 2 ditching Numbuh 4 whenever things look bad. He thankfully comes through for Numbuh 4 after the latter is being given multiple wedgies by the Wedgiesaurus.
