Numbuh 1 "liberates" some babies from a hospital, much to Numbuh 5's exasperation. But these ankle-biters may not be so innocent...

Now loading tropes:

• Bait-and-Switch: The episode ends with Numbuh 5 about to tell Sector V where babies come from. What follows in The Stinger is the rest of the team reacting in either shock, horror, disgust, or a combination of the three, making us believe she actually gave them The Talk. But then Numbuh 1 breaks out of his stupor and says this:
  Numbuh 1: Wait a second. That's preposterous! Babies don't come from New Jersey! They come from Philadelphia.
• Either "World Domination", or Something About Bananas: Numbuh 3's first attempt to translate baby talk results in, "Jackson wants to play with my I Want to Smell a Stinky Rainbow Monkey and something about rubbing tuna fish under his armpits."
• Enfante Terrible: Jackson and the rest of the babies who want to steal adult teeth so they can talk.
• The Farmer and the Viper: Numbuh 3 saves one of the babies from rolling out of the treehouse in his stroller, and the baby thanks Numbuh 3 by knocking her out with his rattle so he can steal her teeth.
• "Here's Johnny!" Homage: The lead baby bursts through the door like this while yelling, "Here's Jackson!"
• Hollywood Tone-Deaf: Numbuh 1 saves the day with his horrendous singing of Numbuh 5's lullaby. Numbuh 5 states that the babies weren’t put to sleep from the lullaby, but were knocked out from Numbuh 1's lousy singing.
• Jaw Drop: The credits has Numbuh 1 do this when he learns where babies come from.
• Right for the Wrong Reasons: Numbuh 1 isn't totally wrong when claiming babies come from eggs. It just doesn't work the way he thinks it does.
• Sequel Episode: Could be considered a follow-up to Operation: H.O.S.P.I.T.A.L. since that's where Numbuh 1 discovered the babies in the maternity ward and assumed they were being turned into adults.
• The Talk: A humorous subversion. Numbuh 1 believes them to be birthed from baby eggs, and when Numbuh 5 finally tells the team what is built up to be the real explanation, The Stinger shows the other four in various states of shock and horror. It’s then revealed that whatever she said wasn't really about sex, as Numbuh 1 replies, "Wait a second. That's preposterous! Babies don't come from New Jersey!... They come from Philadelphia."
• The Unreveal: Subverted. The episode ends just before Numbuh 5 can say where babies come from. During the credits, we learn that she told them babies come from New Jersey.
