Now loading recap for Operation F.L.U.S.H:

Foolish
Loser
Undoes
Sinister
Hopes

The Toiletnator is sick and tired of being looked down as the most pathetic villain and he decides to destroy the KND to get the respect he yearns for. Unfortunately, he ends up screwing up even worse than usual.

Tropes for Operation Flush:

  • All Your Base Are Belong to Us: The villains' plot in this episode.
  • Continuity Nod:
    • The Toiletnator is given a fake invite to a villain gathering, just like in "Operation: A.F.L.O.A.T.".
    • The Toiletnator calls Knightbrace (who he thinks is Numbuh 4) his arch-nemesis. Clearly he's still bitter about what happened between them in "Operation: M.O.V.I.E.".
  • Curb-Stomp Battle:
  • A Day in the Limelight: For the Toiletnator.
  • Epic Fail: The way Toiletnator misinterprets Mr. Boss's warnings to watch out for the KND's tricks and disguises. The last time Numbuh 1 got into the villains lair, Toiletnator let him in just for wearing a shirt that says "I'M NOT NUMBUH 1". Then, when the villains take over Sector V's Tree House, Toiletnator immediately assumes the villains are just the KND in disguise especially after seeing Mr. Boss wear one of Numbuh 1's sunglasses.
  • Evil Is Petty: Once the villains break into Sector V's tree house, they decide the immediate course of action is to claim their rooms, steal their stuff and wear their clothing.
  • Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: After the Toiletnator defeats "Sector V", he begins to celebrate, only to realize something important.
Toiletnator: And to think I did it all before three... o'clock? Hey, shouldn't you kids be in school?
[cue the real Sector V's arrival]
  • Fun with Flushing:
    • Toiletnator manages to flush Knightbrace down Numbuh 4's toilet - after an epic round of mashing and bashing Knightbrace to make him fit down those pipes.
    • Then the KND do the same to Toiletnator as penalty for trespassing into their Treehouse, and he ends up in a sewage landfill but Knightbrace is nowhere to be found.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Mr. Boss, Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb messing around with Sector V's stuff proves to be their undoing when the Toiletnator mistakes them for Numbuhs 1, 5 and 3.note
  • Ignored Epiphany: After Sector V shows up at the end, Toiletnator observes the defeated villains and realizes... that he forgot to bring the coffee mugs they asked him for (as an excuse to get rid of him).
  • I Just Want to Be Loved: Poor Toiletnator wants the approval of Mr. Boss and the others, but he sure as heck can't get it.
Toiletnator: I'll also destroy the Kids Next Door single-handedly! And then Mr. Boss and the others will love me and invite me to go bowling with them on Tuesdays! DO YOU HEAR ME?! BOOOOWLIIIING!!!
  • Lampshade Wearing: Knightbrace wears one in an attempt to hide himself from the Toiletnator.
  • A Lesson Learned Too Well: Early in the episode, Mr. Boss calls out the Toiletnator for easily falling for Sector V's disguises. Later on, when the Toiletnator confronts the other villains hanging out in the Treehouse, he assumes the villains are the KND in disguises again and refuses to listen to them explain that they're the real deal.
  • Logo Joke: The KND scene transition logo turns into a logo with Mr. Boss' silhouette on it.
  • Musicalis Interruptus: After the villains take over Sector V’s treehouse, Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb, revealed to be fans of Rainbow Monkeys, begin to sing the Rainbow Monkeys theme song only to be interrupted by the Evil Laugh of the Toiletnator.
  • Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: The Toiletnator manages to dispatch the villains. Just in time for the KND to get back from school.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: Downplayed, but when he applies himself, the Toiletnator actually can be a credible threat... to the other villains.
  • Ocular Gushers: Done by the Toiletnator twice after the villains try to deny him.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: Not shown, but it's mentioned that the Toiletnator was once fooled by a "disguised" Numbuh One wearing a shirt that said "I'm not Numbuh One".
Toilenator: Well, I never expected an article of clothing to lie!
  • Spoiler Title: The explained acronym for this title gives away Toiletnator ruining the villains' plans.
  • The Tag: A still frame of the treehouse while Sector V is heard beating the crap out of Toiletnator and flushing him down the toilet.
  • Toilet Teleportation: How Toiletnator gets around places, except in a twist of irony he has some trouble going down his own toilet due to the pipes being more narrow and has to force himself down with a plunger.
  • Uninvited to the Party: The Toiletnator is given the wrong location to the villain meeting on purpose, but he finds out the right location anyway.
Toiletnator: Sorry I'm late, but my e-mail said the meeting was at the Antarctic Iceberg Inn, ha! Oh, It's a good thing I called to confirm, because they didn't know anything about a supervillain's meeting. I would have been stuck on some inaccessible island in the middle of the ocean! Pretty funny, huh, Knightbrace? (laughs)
Knightbrace: Ugh, yeah, funny like tooth decay.
  • Villain Episode: This mission is focused entirely on several members of the Rogues Gallery. Sector V only shows up at the very end.
  • Villains Out Shopping:
    • The Toiletnator goes to a coffee shop for villains in this episode.
    • Toiletnator also implies the villains regularly go bowling every Tuesday.
  • You Are Fat: Toiletnator calls the Crazy Old Cat Lady (who he thinks is Numbuh 2) portly. She's offended by this and attacks him.
  • You, Get Me Coffee: How the villains attempt to get rid of the Toiletnator. It fails.
