"Wow... They sure cleaned the place up. Last time I was here, the city was still torn up from the war a decade ago. Now it's back to its former glory. Doing better than ever, even."
—Seijuro Kamiyama, after arriving in Tokyo's Central Station via airship.
"Flower Division, move out!"
—Seijuro Kamiyama signaling the Flower Division to battle.
"Imperial Combat Revue, engaging!"
—The Imperial Combat Revue arriving on the battlefield.
Seijuro Kamiyama: So this is my new post? [looks up at the Grand Imperial Theater] The Grand Imperial Theater... Wait, it's a theater? What kind of reassignment would take me out of the special fleet and put me in a civilian theater? I'm definitely no performer... Maybe they want me as a stagehand...?
Sakura Amamiya: Um, excuse me. I'm cleaning up, and you're kind of in the way...
Seijuro Kamiyama: Oh, sorry!
Sakura Amamiya: What brings you to the theater?
Seijuro Kamiyama: I'm Imperial Japanese Navy ensign Seijuro Kamiyama. I was told to come here...
Sakura Amamiya: I don't believe it... Sei, is it really you!?
Seijuro Kamiyama: [puzzled] Uh... Sorry, but have we met before?
Sakura Amamiya: [backs away in shock] What!? Don't tell me... You don't remember!? [brandishes her broom as if it was a sword] See!
Seijuro Kamiyama: No way! ...Sakura? Sakura Amamiya?
Sakura Amamiya: Bingo!
Seijuro Kamiyama: I haven't seen you since we were kids! What's it been... about ten years?
Sakura Amamiya: Um, excuse me. I'm cleaning up, and you're kind of in the way...
Seijuro Kamiyama: Oh, sorry!
Sakura Amamiya: What brings you to the theater?
Seijuro Kamiyama: I'm Imperial Japanese Navy ensign Seijuro Kamiyama. I was told to come here...
Sakura Amamiya: I don't believe it... Sei, is it really you!?
Seijuro Kamiyama: [puzzled] Uh... Sorry, but have we met before?
Sakura Amamiya: [backs away in shock] What!? Don't tell me... You don't remember!? [brandishes her broom as if it was a sword] See!
Seijuro Kamiyama: No way! ...Sakura? Sakura Amamiya?
Sakura Amamiya: Bingo!
Seijuro Kamiyama: I haven't seen you since we were kids! What's it been... about ten years?
—Seijuro Kamiyama and Sakura Amamiya have an interesting reunion outside of the theater.
"Now, to address the matter at hand. Seijuro Kamiyama, this is your task: I want you to captain the Flower Division."
—Sumire Kanzaki appoints Seijuro Kamiyama as the Flower Division's captain.
Hatsuho Shinonome: Whoa, hel-lo Sakura. Got yourself a little arm candy, eh?
Sakura Amamiya: Hatsuho! Ugh, you know it's not like that! [turns to address Kamiyama] Um... Sorry, Captain. This is Hatsuho Shinonome, of the Flower Division. [turns to Hatsuho] Hatsuho, this is Seijuro Kamiyama. He's going to be our new captain.
Hatsuho Shinonome: Oh, you're the guy! I heard you'd show up sooner or later. Hatsuho Shinonome. Good meeting you, Captain.
Sakura Amamiya: Hatsuho! Ugh, you know it's not like that! [turns to address Kamiyama] Um... Sorry, Captain. This is Hatsuho Shinonome, of the Flower Division. [turns to Hatsuho] Hatsuho, this is Seijuro Kamiyama. He's going to be our new captain.
Hatsuho Shinonome: Oh, you're the guy! I heard you'd show up sooner or later. Hatsuho Shinonome. Good meeting you, Captain.
—Hatsuho Shinonome meets Seijuro Kamiyama in the theater.
Clarissa Snowflake: [closes the book she was just reading] Ah... Absolutely captivating. I could aspire to no less. Would that my own prose could so enthrall a reader...
Seijuro Kamiyama: Ah, of course... I take it you're a writer yourself, Claris?
Clarissa Snowflake: ...?
Seijuro Kamiyama: Pleased to meet you.
Clarissa Snowflake: [jumps out of the chair in shock] EEEEEEEEEEK! Wein ass et!?note What is a man doing here!?
Seijuro Kamiyama: Please, calm down—I'm not some stranger. I'm Seijuro Kamiyama, the new captain of the Flower Division.
Clarissa Snowflake: ...Captain?
Sakura Amamiya: That's right. Starting today, he's going to be the Flower Division's captain.
Clarissa Snowflake: So that's it... Well, I certainly don't envy you. With no funding, no direction, and no cohesiveness, you've been put in charge of a massive liability.
Sakura Amamiya: [admonishing] Claris!
Seijuro Kamiyama: ...Is that so?
Clarissa Snowflake: Yes, I'm afraid so. As it stands, we're nothing like the Flower Division of old. Compared to them, we're nothing but failures.
Seijuro Kamiyama: Ah, of course... I take it you're a writer yourself, Claris?
Clarissa Snowflake: ...?
Seijuro Kamiyama: Pleased to meet you.
Clarissa Snowflake: [jumps out of the chair in shock] EEEEEEEEEEK! Wein ass et!?note What is a man doing here!?

Xiaolong Yang: Whoa— Who the hell are you!?
Seijuro Kamiyama: I'm Seijuro Kamiyama, Captain of the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division! Ready to engage!
—>—Seijuro Kamiyama introduces himself to Xiaolong Yang after rescuing Sakura Amamiya during her battle against the demons.

—Anastasia Palma introduces herself to the Flower Division.
"This libromancy, my family's legacy—it's a history of cruelty and destruction... It's something we've been tasked for centuries. Countless wars for countless rulers, all demanding such brutality... To crush their foes' fortresses, we called upon infernal hellfire. To drive invaders from their walls, we conjured deadly storms... This is my family's power. These black arts are their bloodstained legacy, and mine."
—Clarissa Snowflake talking about her powers to Seijuro Kamiyama in the theater's courtyard.
Sakura Amamiya: [to herself] I was wrong. You're not who I thought you were after all. Sakura Shinguji would never lose sight of what she stood or even if she were surrounded by darkness. I always knew that... and I feel silly for ever thinking you might be her. [to Yaksha as she prepares one of Kamiyama's swords for her final attack] Let's end this, Yaksha. I'm going to crush you, and in doing so, crush the weakness within my heart!
Yaksha: I hate you!
Sakura Amamiya: Hyaaah! [slashes Yaksha, causing her to collapse]
Yaksha: Gen... an... My mas... ter... [disintegrates into dust, leaving Sakura Shinguji's Samurai Ponytail behind]
—>—Sakura Amamiya finally lands the killing blow on Yaksha.
Yaksha: I hate you!
Sakura Amamiya: Hyaaah! [slashes Yaksha, causing her to collapse]
Yaksha: Gen... an... My mas... ter... [disintegrates into dust, leaving Sakura Shinguji's Samurai Ponytail behind]
—>—Sakura Amamiya finally lands the killing blow on Yaksha.
Sakura Amamiya: Mom!
Hinata Amamiya: Who are you?
Sakura Amamiya: [hugs Hinata] It's really you! It's so good to see you, Mom!
Hinata Amamiya: Sakura? I don't understand. What's happening?
Sakura Amamiya: Mom... Mom! I missed you so much, Mom!
Seijuro Kamiyama: Mrs. Amamiya...
Hinata Amamiya: You're... Impossible! You're Seijuro? Then she really is...
Sakura Amamiya: Yes, it's me, Mom! I'm Sakura! [hugs Hinata again]
Hinata Amamiya: Sakura... You're all grown up...
Hinata Amamiya: Who are you?
Sakura Amamiya: [hugs Hinata] It's really you! It's so good to see you, Mom!
Hinata Amamiya: Sakura? I don't understand. What's happening?
Sakura Amamiya: Mom... Mom! I missed you so much, Mom!
Seijuro Kamiyama: Mrs. Amamiya...
Hinata Amamiya: You're... Impossible! You're Seijuro? Then she really is...
Sakura Amamiya: Yes, it's me, Mom! I'm Sakura! [hugs Hinata again]
Hinata Amamiya: Sakura... You're all grown up...
—Sakura Amamiya reunites with her mother Hinata in 1930.
"You have much to do. The stage awaits!"

Sotetsu Genan: Nooo! How!? How... could I... lose!?
Seijuro Kamiyama: You're finished, Genan! [charges towards Genan]
Hatsuho Shinonome: Do it, Captain!
Azami Mochizuki: Go for it!
Anastasia Palma: You've got this!
Clarissa Snowflake: You do the honors!
Sakura Amamiya: Topple evil and fight for justice!
Seijuro Kamiyama: We are the Imperial Combat Revue, and we shall deliver justice! [he slashes Genan]
Sotetsu Genan: Nooooo! This is... impossible! [explodes as Kamiyama's Mugen lands on the ground] Nggghaaahh!
Seijuro Kamiyama: It's over.
Seijuro Kamiyama: You're finished, Genan! [charges towards Genan]
Hatsuho Shinonome: Do it, Captain!
Azami Mochizuki: Go for it!
Anastasia Palma: You've got this!
Clarissa Snowflake: You do the honors!
Sakura Amamiya: Topple evil and fight for justice!
Seijuro Kamiyama: We are the Imperial Combat Revue, and we shall deliver justice! [he slashes Genan]
Sotetsu Genan: Nooooo! This is... impossible! [explodes as Kamiyama's Mugen lands on the ground] Nggghaaahh!
Seijuro Kamiyama: It's over.
—The moment Seijuro Kamiyama kills Sotetsu Genan once and for all.
"And so, our battle came to an end, and peace was restored to Tokyo. It was a struggle at times, with the threat of Yaksha and combat revues being disbanded. It may be a miracke we were even able to survive such challenges. The Combat Revue World Games, a site of many fierce battles, is once again a festival of peace. A festival that brings people the world over together. And now... it's about to begin!"
