When Hatsuho is first introduced, she teases Sakura about starting a relationship with Kamiyama. Her face turning red when Kamiyama asks her out on a date provides a few laughs.
The options themselves for the LIPS system can be categorized as this: One serious answer befitting the situation, one wrong answer that will cost you affection points, and a third an answer that is nonsensical and can lead to funny moments.
Because the game switches to 3D models for nearly the entire game, this can lead to hilarious visuals. Mainly with Kamiyama whose over-exaggerated gestures can go from zero to eleven in a second.
Huang and Kamiyama's first encounter in the theater's basement.
After Kamiyama gets out of the women's bath, he is relieved that no one saw him. Just a few seconds later, he spots Huang in the hallway. Their Oh, Crap! reaction is hilarious! One of Kamiyama's answer is "Don't worry, I am also a woman!". Hearing him saying it in the straight laced face could cause some laughs.
Later on, during the formal introduction with the Shanghai Combat Revue, Yui recognizes Kamiyama as the pervert from earlier, which leads to yet another misunderstanding that only stops when Sumire intervenes. One of the options for this encounter is to turn Yui's accusations around and accuse her of being the REAL pervert.
If Sakura spots Seijuro while she's changing, she wastes no time throwing a trash can right in his face. He looks no worse for wear once he wakes up.
In Kamiyama's first face-to-face encounter with Azami, he can attempt to bribe her with some candy. She is very tempted (and this option even increases Relationship Values with her), but she must remind herself that the Mochizuki school of ninjutsu has a rule specifically forbidding bribes of treats.
Following Claris's emotional breakdown after her practice date with Seijuro, if you choose the wrong dialogue choices ("Do you think Claris hates me!?/was really hungry!?") when speaking to Sumire, her stunned reaction is absolutely priceless. She's left speechless, mouth agape, at just how clueless Seijuro is being and chastises him for making jokes at a time like this. At least, she hopes he's joking.
During Chapter 3, after President G makes his "alterations" to the rules of the Combat Revue World Games, when talking to Hatsuho about it, she suggests just going to the WLOF and giving them a piece of their mind. One of the options is to agree with her and the two of them, in the dead of night, attempt to break in to do just that, only to come back to Hatsuho's room in defeat after they were caught by security. That also gains trust points with Hatusho.
The women's bath is also a magnet for funny moments when Kamiyama decides to peep at the girls bathing. However Azami's one has her practicing her water jutsus in the bath, with clothes still on.

When he returns later with Sakura in tow, her face accompanies the above image as she clutches her cheeks while an ear-to-ear grin graces her face.
The misunderstanding between Kamiyama and Claris in chapter 3. The first thing Claris does after she hears Kamiyama read her poem from the torn-up notes on the courtyard is to snatch it out of his hands. Her angry reaction is hilarious.
This actually becomes somewhat of a running joke through her scenes where Kamiyama finds her rough draft somewhere, reads it, talks to her about it, and depending on the choice, acts it out. Claris goes beet red and tells him not to do it anymore, even pulling out her libromancy book on him. The last one he finds she actually does acknowledge is something she is proud of, the funny bit here comes from Kamiyama, who really gets into her work and even tells her not to spoil the rest, even though she's the author.
While Kamiyama was looking for Hatsuho, he comes across Hiromi's shop and just randomly drinks a drink off her counter. What follows is a fever dream where everyone just looks like Hatsuho, including a cat and a little girl. Hiromi comes in and tells him that what he just drank was something called Hatsuho Cider.
Later on, Hiromi feeds Kamiyama a manju that just spawns either Arthur, Xiaolong, Reiji or even Kamiyama depending on your choice.
The dates in Chapter 6 all have their heartwarming moments, but Claris goes a bit overboard on hers, she takes Kamiyama to the aquarium where Kamiyama has to ride a dolphin and throw gifts through a hoop to save Christmas!
If Kamiyama does not have a date lined up for Christmas, he instead hangs out with Reiji in the bath with the Mugen.
Kamiyama: ...why is my Mugen in here with us?
Reiji: Hey, where's your Christmas spirit? Mugens deserve a bath every now and then, too!
In Chapter 6, after the Christmas show, Kamiyama decides to go into the bath by himself. He then overhears Sakura, Claris and Hatsuho walking towards the bath while he just stripped down. With very little time, he sees a bunch of Peanut platforms and decides to transform and wait it out. What happens there depends on which platform he goes on.note Choosing the platform in front of the bath entrance will not work since Kamiyama does not want to block the entrance to the bath.
Transforming next to the cubbies has him facing towards the wall unable to see anything. Claris and Sakura comment on how cute Peanut looks that they decide to just jump on him while they were naked
Transforming next to the sinks will have him facing towards the sinks unable to see anything as well. Claris and Sakura both comment on their looks which leads to them having a nude tickle fight with one another. Of course the Peanut head doesn't turn so he's stuck with his imagination.
Transforming on the elevated platform has him facing towards the whole room. Because he can't move his head, he catches the three girls disrobing causing him to make a loud mental toot. When they're finally in the bath, he laments that he could have just closed his eyes the entire time.
If he takes too long thinking, the girls open the door on him naked as he rushes to put his clothes back on.
The penultimate chapter Hatsuho inviting Kamiyama to the bath, together. As always, Kamiyama takes it as an invitation and strips before entering the bath, only to find that the other girls are also there, cleaning the bath area. Cue an embarrassed Kamiyama stepping out of the bath and lamenting that he can never be a groom anymore, implying that the girls got an eyeful at his physique.
If you get Itsuki's final talk, she realizes that she has a bromide for everyone except Kamiyama, and then proceeds to attempt to strip him down to take the picture. She even looks like she's ogling him in the bromides she now has of him.
Planning to go on a date event with one of the girls, and then not following through with the event leads to some pretty funny scenes of Kamiyama being punished for his forgetfulness.
Sakura approaches him singing that he broke his promise with Dull Eyes of Unhappiness like a character out of a horror movie, the scene ends with her walking backwards and then sideways so she can continuously give Kamiyama a Death Glare. Kamiyama is confused as to what the hell just happened.
Sakura: (speaking like a ghost) I hate you! Oh yes, I do!
Claris starts with her usual upbeat, nice girl attitude and before doing a complete 180 with her voice dropping and delivering a Death Glare so intense Kamiyama is terrified.
Clairs: (Cheerfully) Tell me, Kamiyama...
Kamiyama: Wh...What?
Claris: (In a deeper angry voice) Why aren't you writhing in agony down in Hell where you belong?
Kamiyama: (Terrified) She's a demon!
Azami puts caltrops in Kamiyama's bed which he sits on.
Anastasia comes into Kamiyama's room and holds him at gunpoint. She tries firing at him three times and laments in her anger she forgot to load her gun.
Hatsuho finds Kamiyama asleep in his bed and proceeds to beat the ever-living-crap out of him. Kamiyama is left broken on the floor of his room.
