The Archdemon may have been sealed by the original Flower Division, but this game still has some stuff that can make its players lie shivering in bed at night.
- The demon showing up at Tokyo's Central Station. After crashing through the stained glass window, it lets out a loud roar and everyone in the station panics.
- And that's just a relatively common flying mook! The Hellfiend looks similar to that breed of demon, except it's the size of a building!
- The Snowflake family's legacy of causing destruction for powerful rulers via libromancy, from burning down fortresses to conjuring up violent storms. It says a lot that Claris reacts with utter shock at what her libromancy could potentially do, especially after rescuing Kamiyama from falling to his death in chapter 2.
- Oboro. He wears all-black robes, has fanged teeth like some kind of savage animal, his tongue is similar to that of a snake and he has a twisted Slasher Smile. He also loves to cause torture towards his enemies.
- Yaksha's appearance is nightmarish. Not only does she look like Sakura Shinguji, her Evil Doppelgänger, but she speaks with a serene and creepy monotonous voice.
- Not only is it heartbreaking, but it's chilling to see Anastasia turn on her comrades to carry out President G's plan to summon the Archdemon at the end of Volume 6. Her actions nearly caused the Imperial Combat Revue, the last hope that Tokyo has, to be destroyed for good.
- President G/Sotetsu Genan's true form looks nightmarish. His face looks like it's been ripped apart except for his right eye, leaving only three lights behind. He also has black tentacles as well as a menacingly deep voice that sounds like many voices talking at once.
- Yaksha's true form and her robotic voice towards the end of her battle with Sakura and Kamiyama can catch quite a few off guard.
