Awsten + Travis’ Slumber Party is a podcast co-hosted by Awsten Knight (of Waterparks) and Travis Riddle (of nothing) "wherein they lovingly read and review sweet bedtime stories in the form of Waterparks fanfiction." As is made clear from the first episode, the show is not done to mock the authors, and as of the second season the hosts only read stories submitted by the authors themselves.
New listeners can expect copious amounts of Waterparks lyrical references, numerous running gags and callbacks, and Once an Episode attempts at acquiring a sponsor, among other things.
While not all the stories read on the show are sexually explicit, it's still probably not work safe.

- Bestiality Is Depraved: After Travis' asked Otto if the latter's farm had any goats in a season 1 episode, the fanbase took it
and ran with it to its logical conclusion. This lead to "Fart Boys: Episode 3" being an entire goat themed episode, during which Travis reiterates that he does not, in fact, want to do anything unwholesome with goats. - Be Careful What You Wish For: Awsten once asked for fans to write a fic pairing him and Spongebob. He regretted that decision when someone actually fulfilled that request.

- Establishing Series Moment: The first episode, after a brief introduction, starts with the two co-hosts reading a fic called "Tree Sex," then giving it completely serious and well thought out critique.
- Feghoot: "Making Mudcakes" features a medieval AU story that ends with the line "your [sic] my Knight in shining armor," (a play on Awsten's surname) The author's admitted that the entire story was written around that pun.
- Gasshole: Awsten is not shy about belching into his mic.

- Lysistrata Gambit: In "The Worst Episode," Awsten jokes that this would result if he and Geoff dated in real life and the band needed to settle an argument.
- Noodle Incident: In "Awsten Goes to Hell," Awsten mentions that he and Geoff tried to learn how to astral project together for a while. This is never explained, with Awsten's only comment being that it involved them listening to guided meditations together and that it was "a mistake."Awsten: It was a thing. Move past it.
- Seen It All: Before the first episode was even recorded, Awsten has already read enough fanfiction featuring himself to be long past the point that he finds it shocking. If a fic weirds him out at all, chances are it's something truly bizarre.
- The Comically Serious: No matter how absurd a premise gets, Travis will take the task of reviewing it dead seriously.
- Ukefication: Discussed In-Universe when Awsten complains about how he's almost always portrayed as the submissive partner in fics. He even celebrated when "Suck Them Fingers" featured a fic where he (or rather, his alter-ego) gets to top Geoff for once.
