Long ago, the Grand United Alliance of Evil had a small group called "Yandere Quarter", composed of four of the most notorious Yandere in the Pantheon thanks to Terumi. However, at one point things started to crack down in the team. Due of some personality changes and notes about the member's past, the alliance started to break down until the group completely shattered. However, Lucifer took notice of the group's potential and offered few of the members change to reform the team under new alliance. And thus Yandere Squad was born with a much bigger team.
Note that even taking account the team's overall idea, there are some things what they do not accept. One of the biggest things is rape. Only one who has really "gotten away with it" is Kusaka, since everyone has agreed that they shouldn't talk something what might not really be a thing. Momoka's guilty of it too, but she's a...special case (read, she just kind of showed up and made herself at home, and nobody wants to pick a fight with her, so they just try to ignore her). They also condemn Penelope Mouse, a convicted sociopath who feigns yandereness on her targets to profit from them, and has banned her from joining following the Time Heist she single-handedly started.
Yuno Gasai, Goddess of Yandere (The Second)
- Greater Goddess
- Symbol: The Yukiteru Diary
- Alignment: True Neutral, can be Chaotic Evil/Chaotic Neutral with 1st World personality
- Reason for Joining: Aside the fact that she is the previous leader of Yandere Quartet, she fears the idea of having the group to be reformed again, so she accepted the position as the leader to prevent anything bad from happening.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Really Low. The fact that he had the idea to reform the group annoys her.
- Threat to the Alliances: Low/High/Really High. Low when it comes to herself. High if Yukiteru gets involved in it. Really High with 1st World personality.
Kotonoha Katsura, Goddess of Removal of Romantic Rivals
- Lesser Goddess
- Symbol: A Bloody Handsaw.
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (Chaotic Evil/Neutral Evil in Yandere-Mode)
- Reason for Joining: She was sort of the first person to join the team as The Remnant of the Yandere Quartet. However, she was not really fit to be the leader of the group.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low-medium.
- Threat to the Alliances: Low/Medium. In her saner days, she can be bit of an Extreme Doormat to really be a threat. But if she starts to swing into her less sane side, she has practiced kendo, knows how to use a handsaw, a katana and a crowbar and if she really needs to, she can manipulate people with her own body.
Sekai Saionji, Goddess of Possessive Love
- Lesser Goddess
- Symbol: Her Knives covered in blood.
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (Chaotic Evil/Neutral Evil in Yandere-Mode)
- Reason for Joining: She mainly joined to compete with Kotonoha.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low-Medium.
- Threat to the Alliances: Low/Low-Medium. In her saner days, she isn't much of a problem. On her less saner days, she can be dangerous, but relies mainly on the element of surprise to get anything done.
Masato Kusaka, God of Total Jerkasses (Kamen Rider Kaixa, Ghost!Kusaka)
- Rank: Lesser God
- Symbol: The Chi Symbol.
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason for Reason: He was always sort of ready to join, but the formatting of the Yandere Quartet didn't quite allow it. He is considered The One Guy of the group (Inugami is more of Team Pet).
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low. Doesn't really trust him. Especially since he is a demon. Though, Lucifer doesn't mind.
- Threat Level to the Alliance: Might be none or low to the GUAG. He won't actively attack them. High medium for the other GUA. He just as a good of fighter as Takumi even with no upgrades.
Belarus, Goddess of Attraction to One's Own Brother (Natalia Arlovskaya)
- Lesser Goddess
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Symbol: Her Flag
- Reason for Joining: Russia wouldn't like it if she joined the GUAE (and even she can't stand them) but the GUAG wouldn't take her for her violent tendencies, so this is the only place she can really be.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Hard to pin point. She can snap really easily, so Lucifer generally doesn't interact with her that much.
- Threat to the Alliances: Medium-High. She has a really Hair-Trigger Temper, is really good with knives and can improvise with her choice of weapon. She also has Super-Strength and technically cannot die.
Inugami, God of Kindness-Induced Love
- Lesser God
- Symbol: A red armband with a black kanji for "dog" on it
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason for Joining: To him, Yandere Squad is really only people he feels like he can relate to.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low. Really, what person he really likes?
- Threat to the Alliances: Medium. While a huge magnet of all sorts of misfortune, even from his peers, he has uncanny ability to survive practically anything. He also has dual handguns and possibly has some demonic abilities.
Yubel, The Hermaphrodite Deity (Terror Incarnate, The Ultimate Nightmare, Das Abscheulich Ritter, Das Extremer Traurig Drachen)
- Intermediate Deity (Greater Deity when in Terror Incarnate and Ultimate Nightmare form)
- Symbol: Yubel's card and third eye with lots of veins in the background.
- Alignment: True Neutral with shades of Neutral Good (formerly Chaotic Evil)
- Reason for Joining: She joined due of Yuno's suggestion to sort of balance the insanity out. Well, as sane as yandere really go.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Medium. She is a demon, after all. Though only as long as Lucifer doesn't do anything to Judai.
- Threat to the Alliances: Really High. She is a really good manipulator, can reflect any attacks aimed at her as long as Anti-Magic isn't involved and can even control people who have inner darkness in their heart.
Lilith Madlove, Goddess with Psycho Weaponry (Lily)
- Lesser Goddess
- Symbol: Her Joey plushy next to her halberd.
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral with moments of Chaotic Evil
- Reason for Joining: Since the day she ascended, she wanted to join the Yandere Quartet to be with others like her and when she heard that the group is being reformatted, she jumped at the call.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low-Medium
- Threat to the Alliances: Medium-High. While rather skilful with many weapons, and rather unstable, she is still human in nature, and most of her instability is centered around Joey.
Anna Kozuki, Goddess of Siege Trains (Anna Kaboom, Fem!Jaden)
- Lesser Goddess
- Symbol: Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max
and Number 81: Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Super Dora, next to her cannon, D-Gazer and a bouquet
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral with Good leanings depending on her mood.
- Reason for Joining: Yuno invited her and she had nothing better to do, so she accepted.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Varies. Technically speaking, her loyalty is to Yuno only. She does fully believe in the squad's mantra, but Lucifer himself irks her since it was a chaos (space) demon who killed her.
- Threat to the Alliances: Medium-High. She has a cannon which has enough power to take chunks out of skyscrapers and is not afraid of using it, she has strength enough to punch through walls, and this is not mentioning her giant Siege Engines of high damage. With that said, she tends to be conspicuously absent for long periods. Low to the GUAG, because that's where Yuma and her other friends are.
Momoka Sagara, Goddess of Misplaced Retribution ('A3', Francoise)
- Intermediate Goddess, and at one point a Greater Goddess with Mamori in her possession
- Symbol: Her Black Cat Hairpin
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil
- Reason For Joining: Uncovered by the GUAC Ragnarok Incident and identified as a prospective Godslayer, Momoka was convinced to join when she was promised power and the opportunity for revenge against Mirei.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low. Momoka's too unstable to be loyal to anyone, really.
- Threat Level to the Alliances: Moderate-High. The GUAC gave Momoka a dose of the Armed Virus upon joining up, and as a 3rd Gen. SOLDIER she's a skilled combatant who doesn't even need an Exter or Liberator partner to be dangerous. Given one or the other, her threat level jumps exponentially.
