Even when he wants to help the Tunes win, Wile E. Coyote still cannot keep his dignity intact.

  • On April Fools Day 2021, Warner Bros. did a trailer drop... as in an actual trailer drops on Wile E. Coyote (the Tune inside of course being the Road Runner).
  • LeBron's son Darius getting hit by his automatic dispenser whenever someone says "Ball".
  • LeBron's somewhat unusual reaction when Al-G appears before him for the first time.
    LeBron: The computer's black!
    Dom: I can see that.
  • When LeBron James lands in Tune World, the crater caused by his impact is shaped like the Nike logo. On climbing out, he finds himself downsized from the impact of the fall, as he puts it "shorter than Kevin Hart", before re-inflating his legs.
  • Who does LeBron want in his fantasy basketball team? Superman, Gandalf, King Kong and The Iron Giant. Overkill, much?
  • LeBron meets Bugs in the desolated toon planet... and one of Bugs' first suggestions is to have LeBron shoot at him with an Elmer Fudd inflection, imitating the now iconic Big Chungus moment from "Wabbit Twouble".
  • Bugs knows LeBron because, even if he lives in a rabbit hole, he still gets TNT. Cue him pulling out some dynamite with the network logo on itnote  and tossing it on a bridge.
  • One of the settings on Marvin’s ray gun is "Charles, Ray".
  • The whole sequence with Putting the Band Back Together as the Looney Tunes spread across the "server-verse".
    • LeBron's Squee upon seeing the Harry Potter world, and even more so when he finds himself wearing Hufflepuff colors, to which he excitedly says, "I knew it!"
    • When Bugs Bunny and LeBron visit DC World, Bugs dresses as Batman, while LeBron dresses as Robin much to the latter's chagrin. And then they go after Daffy as "Super Duck" (with Porky as his cameraman) who proceeds to be unable to stop a runaway train, who then drives through Metropolis, Gotham, Atlantis, and the Fortress of Solitude with Bugs and LeBron enduring all sorts of abuse for hanging outside the train. When the train finally stops, Daffy tries to take credit for saving the day...and then the camera pans to show Superman and several other DC Heroes, looking decidedly unhappy.
    • Wile E. Coyote joins the cast of Mad Max: Fury Road in his chase for the Road Runner. He even spray-paints his teeth chrome and holds up a sign that says "Witness me!".
    • Granny takes the role of Trinity with Speedy Gonzales as Neo. Speedy even gets his own Bullet Time sequence similar to The Matrix.
Speedy: Neo ain't got nothing on me, bro!
    • Elmer Fudd replaces Mini-Me, complete with Dr. Evil's signature "pinky finger in mouth" gesture and also doing Elmer's Signature Laugh. note  Sylvester has also replaced Mr. Bigglesworth and is also shaved bald.
    • Casablanca has Ilsa saying "Sing it, Sam" to Yosemite. Who is then dragged away with a Vaudeville Hook.
    • Rick and Morty bring Taz back to the Tunes after apparently having experimented on him, and whatever they learned from him has messed up Morty pretty badly. And that's saying a lot considering what he and Rick usually go through.
    • Foghorn Leghorn takes Daenerys' place in Game of Thrones.
Foghorn: Winter, I say, Winter is coming!
    • Finally, Lola Bunny is trying to join Themyscira's Amazons, and goes through an obstacle course like that of the movies. Bugs and LeBron suffer trying to keep up with her.
  • When Lola rejoins the Tune Squad, she and Bugs share a loving gaze from afar. If you look closely, Daffy can be seen standing behind Lola, rolling his eyes in disgust upon realizing what's going on.
  • Daffy Duck asks Yosemite Sam to "shoot the ball". Cue two shotguns shooting the ball and Daffy in the face, turning his beak to the other side of his head ala The Hunting Trilogy.
Daffy: ...Let's try that again, shall we?
  • Wile E. Coyote sabotages a group picture by attaching a stick of dynamite to the flash that Porky is holding and tiptoeing away. As soon as Porky takes the picture, the dynamite blows up all of them.
    • Doubles as a Moment of Awesome for him, since he managed to play a trick on the other Tunes and succeeded without getting hurt.
  • After destroying the Tunes' basketball hoop during practice, Granny exclaims "Game: blouses!"
  • Most of the characters treat being converted into CGI with horror. Daffy's response to his alteration?
  • Upon seeing the crowd gathered for the game (from both the Server-verse and the real world), Daffy quips that "the line for the bathroom's gonna be insane!".
  • When Darius notices Bugs Bunny in the big game, the latter greets the former and tries to shake hands with him, only to get electrocuted by the force field surrounding the court and sent flying back.
  • After Al-G reveals that the Absurdly High-Stakes Game is also a Hostage Situation, Daffy says that the Tunes should be okay as they don't appear to have any major risks. Al-G then adds that the Tunes will be deleted if they lose. Cue Mass "Oh, Crap!" from the Tunes, and Bugs and Granny glaring at Daffy.
  • LeBron going in for an epic shot...and then hitting an invisible wall with Circling Birdies.
  • After The Brow gets hit by a train (courtesy of Wile E.), Tweety quips "cwassic".
  • Granny vs. Chronos:
    • Granny threatens to go old school on him. Cut to Chronos with an "I beg your pardon?" expression.
    • Granny going old school and ends up getting 30 points with a Senior discount alongside it.
      • Granny going all Kung Fu, kind of a callback to what Tweety himself did back in the first film.
      • She manages to get past Chronos by using his Time Master abilites to rapidly age him into a robotic elder. He stays like this for the rest of the game.
    • After all that, LeBron remarks, "she is the One," in a stunned tone and exchanges looks with an equally stunned Bugs.
  • Wile E. Coyote decides to use a machine that will shoot multiple basketballs, in the hopes of getting more points for his team. It does actually work perfectly... but in true Wile E. Coyote fashion, he gets sucked into the machine, (thanks to the Road Runner) which creates multiple Wile E. Coyotes along with basketballs!
    • As four of them are flying through the air, they each hold up a sign that makes up a whole sentence, pictured on this page. Then, they all go through the hoop, and are pushed away by the Road Runner, who is riding a Zamboni.
  • Gossamer stops Wet Fire by simply absorbing him into his fur. Later, Foghorn is seen wringing him out.
Foghorn: Gossamer, I say, he's the quicker picker upper!
  • Sylvester claims to have found Michael Jordan to help give them an edge in the third quarter… except it’s Michael B. Jordan. Cue a Jaw Drop from an astonished Daffy as well as a Mic Drop.
A very confused Michael B. Jordan: I was just getting some popcorn, and then this cat grabbed me.
    • In the aftermath, Daffy notes that Sylvester should be traded away.
    • This scene was used in a teaser for the HBO Max release in Latin America, except that, instead of Michael B. Jordan, it's Manu Ginóbili, causing the same reactions as the original scene.
A very confused Manu Ginóbili: I'm already retired. I've not touched a basketball in three years, eh. No, no, let's not even talk about playing.
Sylvester: And what if Román calls you?note
    Ginóbili: You got me there.
  • Some of the characters at courtside are so absurd you can't help but laugh. Specific examples include:
  • During the heartwarming moment where LeBron reconciles with Dom and they hug, we get this gem:
Lola: I think I'm gonna cry.
Bugs: Not me. (immediately starts bawling hysterically)
Lola: (embarrassed) Bugs, pull it together!
  • "King Kong ain't got nothing on me!" Given the giant ape is sitting in the audience zone, he disapproves of the boast.
  • When Al-G starts to cheat after taking his One-Winged Angel form, we get this comment from Daffy: "That no-good despicable son of a glitch!"
  • Relating to the film's advertising, Warner Bros. recreated the classic Space Jam website for this film's website.
