This is what Shoukaku called a moment of truth in history... for Akagi-senpai.

The game and manga spin-offs

  • Some of the shipgirls' "Special Touch" note  reactions can be amusing.
    • Laffey, who has a fully animated ‘secretary’ sprite, will go hide around the corner of the screen. Touching her head has her react as if she's being shaken.
    • Langley calls the MPs, and implies that she has made that phone call often. Hammann also calls the MPs, taking special care to refer to you as a pervert.
    • Yukikaze Live2D will punch the screen.
    • Akagi simply invites you to do her right in front of all the other shipgirls at the base.
    • Amazon's goes full ham:
Aaah! ... You... nose-bleeding pervert in heat!
    • Vampire reacts like just about every single Rie Kugimiya character ever. Guess who voices her?
      "Aye! Idiot! Pervert! Lolicon!"
    • Wasp promises to not shoot your sensitive places.
    • Edinburgh thinks you're looking for her gold.
    • Queen Elizabeth threatens to execute you.
    • Ise offers to show you what flying is like...if you climb into her gun barrel.
    • True to form, Glowworm headbutts you.
    • Monarch asks you not to pick up the KGVs' bad habits.
    • Prince of Wales asks if you realized the meaning behind your actions. All with a smile on her face.
    • Honolulu decides it's not worth getting angry if you're going to be so direct.
    • The flat-chested Denver simply asks the commander what they're trying to grope.
    • Glorious has a great one.
"Commander, you are holding the glory of the Royal Navy."
    • Cygnet doesn't understand what you are doing, but wonders why she's feeling a little hot.
    • Emile Bertin thinks you are inviting her to dance, and tells you to be more gentlemanly.
    • Forbin threatens to point her sword at you.
    • Hood tells you you should know the consequences of disrespecting a lady, and asks if you are prepared. No longer the case after swearing an oath: she tells you not to be impatient.
    • Le Mars thinks you are giving her some kind of massage, and that it feels a little strange.
    • Ping Hai tells you her big sister told her to beat up perverts, but she doesn't know what a pervert is.
    • Prinz Eugen tells you it's her turn to taste you.
    • Admiral Hipper, of course, just goes full Tsun:
Hipper: Huh?! You stupid, moronic, block-headed idiot! Go die! Sink yourself in the Kiel Bay right now!
    • Shigure tells you she'll forgive you if you manage to get away from the police.
    • Tanikaze asks you to only touch her cheeks.
    • Bismarck gets flustered and asks you to stop teasing her. Very odd, considering that she tells you not to touch her casually in Touch Line, yet becomes flustered when you touch her "soft landing".
    • Tirpitz wonders how to deal with you.
    • Z25 threatens to punch you if you touched her on purpose.
    • Z36 threatens to curse you.
    • Z46 wonders why your hand is trembling if you want to touch her.
    • Taihou threatens to punish you if you touch someone else.
    • Kizuna Ai (normal/DD), remarks that you're touching the screen, not her.
    • (Virtual Gamer) Kizuna Ai asks if you know what a "headshot" is and if she can perform one on you.
    • Little Bel said that she'll still bring food to you...even if you're in prison.
    • Give Georgia a headpat and she'll unleash Georgia Beam!...kidding!
    • Repair Ship (and Shopkeeper) Akashi will, if she is wearing the ‘The Black Cat Cometh’ skill, inform you that touching her ‘special area’ is behind a paywall, but offers to let you if you fork over 50 gems.
    • In her "Reaper Fever" skin, Cleveland will comment on how her Sinister Scythe is well made, and how she's heard that it can even harvest souls...
    • Baltimore lets out a girlish "Eep!" and then, sounding flustered, tells you that you did not just hear her do that.
    • Due to how she is posed, Drake in her swimsuit has her ‘special area’ shifted down and to the rear. This also applies to Pola in her own swimsuit skin.
  • Poking or dragging girls in the Dorm might result in some funny interactions. Some would "struggle" to free themselves from your grasp in vain, some would just be indifferent, and others might enjoy what you were doing.
  • Some furniture interactions, like a special toilet that rockets off when a shipgirl sits on it (she comes back down with a parachute).
  • Fubuki's Atre collaboration skin (her in a rather stuffy mascot suit with a face hole) shows her sweating a bit and not being amused by the situation she's in, having expected to promote things in a bikini.
  • Some of the chibi characters in the dorm/backyard can do amusing things. One example being U-81 with her formal outfit, which has a cat by her; she picks it up, only for it to lengthen like the infamous "Longcat."
    • Also humorous is the contrast of a ship's normal demeanor and how they are in the backyard. One notable example is the nihilistic Graf "I hate everything" Zeppelin, who enjoys various things cheerfully in the backyard. Or her Sweat Drop expression when trying to fire something from her mouth rigging...and failed.
    • Another is Essex whose chibi is a soft cheeked and prone to scared/crying reactions. The fact she was the boss of the original "Air Raids with Essex" event is also funny when compared to the difficulty of fighting her (Level 120, with some special resistences)
  • Twitter posts from the official company accounts are often laden with jokes, most noticeably in Japanese and English.
    • Notable English examples: Illustrious's tweet has a few gags about her chest, and Yuudachi's tweet refers to her as a "doge." Sadly the english Twitter has ceased to do this with new ship announcements.
    • Recently This tweet came about concerning the Ops team trying their hand at art. The phrase "don't quit your dayjob" comes to mind.
  • In this loading screen, Cleveland's dog appears to be checking out her butt.
  • The auto battle notice screen.
  • Ayanami's refit release date for the english version (Nov. 15, 2018) has darkly humorous timing as it's the same date her ship basis was sunk, 76 years ago. It's not known if this was intentional on their part or not.
  • In the Japanese and English version of the game, if you get to the second 'collection' reward for the Portland-class, you get a 'portrait painting' for in your dorm. Said portrait is a set of 3 rather racy pin-up style pics of Indy-chan, the kind that Portland would want to have. Especially funny if hanging in the dorm while you have Indianapolis in there.
  • Ranger's crush line. The voice acting makes it even more hilarious.
  • Crunchyroll released a video where they interviewed the creators. Barely 10 seconds in:
"We try to figure out exactly what kind of games do players actually want to play and continue to invest their time in." (Camera is zoomed in on St Louis's breasts)
  • Tai Yuan's Valentine's Day 2019 message shows that Manjuu and Yostar are very self-aware about the Chinese reputation for piracy.
  • In "Solomon Ranger", Atlanta demonstrates Brutal Honesty about her sisters, calling San Diego a dork and Juneau a crybaby.
  • The Winter's Crown event:
    • Belfast "politely" asks Scharnhorst to scuttle herself. Doubles as a Lampshade Hanging on how the German navy was well known for unnecessarily scuttling their vessels in the heat of the moment.
    • Scharnhorst's response is to call the Royal Navy shipgirls "pompous, tea-swigging bastards."
    • And then there's Scharnhorst's reaction to being shelled out of nowhere by an incoming Duke of York:
    • Then, in the second half of the event, we had Victorious calling Tirpitz "Drama Queen of the North" after the latter explained Ironblood's belief that it was better to die writing history than live doing nothing.
      • Which leads into the convoy raider's Karmic Death: Victorious decides that there's no challenge in sinking someone who's already so badly damaged from a previous battle, so she leaves her. Then Tripitz is destroyed, off-screen, by a group of land-based bombers, and we only find out because Duke of York mentions it pretty much as an afterthought to the more important battle against the Sirens. So the Drama Queen of the North, who so desperately wanted an important death, is massively overshadowed in the end. Karma, thy name is Tallboy.
  • In the "Ink Stained Steel Sakura" event, Kawakaze demands that Mikasa's group defeat her before she'll allow them to meet Nagato. Zuikaku immediately starts complaining about how cliche that is.
    • Purifier's appearance at the end of the event as a token Siren nemesis. She was just content to watch the parties sort out their differences since it would lead to their victory anyway, and then she gets attacked and (easily) beaten.
"I just wanted to check out a tree, and now I'm making like one! ... Purifier's blasting off agaaaaaaaain!"
  • A meta one for the unofficial English wiki. For some of the lines they give translations for, they have notes, usually giving an explanation of various historical or cultural references. For Kent's love line, where she asks the Commander to guess how many layers of armour she's wearing, they have this note:
……or just look at the splash art
  • The officially backed Slow ahead 4koma tends to get a few giggles almost every strip, with one of the first being getting Ayanami out of her room, which Javelin couldn't do by herself, needing Laffey's help and between the two dragging Ayanami in (still face down), Laffey is doing so with less effort.
    • Another is the chapter with Admiral Hipper who ends up getting attacked by her own rigging, drunk off of Laffey's bottle shaped chocolate.
    • During the Comiket specials there's jokes stemming from the fact that shipgirls are either selling official merc or seeing such of themselves (Like Rodney and Mikasa)
    • An early chapter has Rodney, upset at being stood up for a date seems ready to smash the watermelon with her 16 inch guns
  • One of the gear skins added during the Kizuna Ai collab turns artillery shells or bombs into "Fakkyu". The description of the skin insists the word means nothing in particular.
  • In the dorm, Heavy Cruiser/Elegant Kizuna Ai's idle animations is to whip out her phone and start playing a game. Near the end it becomes apparent she's losing, her lips can be read to the point she's obviously screaming "fakkyu" at the game, before she angrily throws her phone across the room.
    • Her Destroyer/Normal versions has the statement itself (voiced) be her lowest affection line.
  • The entire Kizuna Ai event to state it quickly between meta jokes, references/memes, how self-aware Kizuna and her clones are, it's very light hearted (if difficult in late stages) event.
  • Some of the Furniture descriptions have references and humor, such as The italian themed set which has among other things, a Jojo reference, a Mario one, and Laffey's drinking getting called out. Hell, there's one to Dean Martin of all people.
  • Empyreal Tragicomedy:
    • In a certain fashion, Illustrious coming with various preparations for a betrayal, but a more conventional laugh can be had with her answer to "what happens if they betray us?" with "Spanking some naughty children".
    • York going full chuuni with her Force talks...and Carabiniere can totally understand her, much to Zara and Pola's confusion.
    • Littorio out of nowhere bringing up wanting to know what kind of swimsuit Vittorio Venito wants to wear in the middle of a serious strategy meeting.
      • There is also her speech in the same meeting where she expresses a thinly veiled desire to feel up the Illustrious class ships, and managed to convince Vittori Venito that it was the strategic meaning to the words after she worried the first instance was a pun.
    • The reason why York was the one given the star shells to signal if the Sardegnians betrayed them? She just happened to be walking by when Illustrious was thinking about who to give them to.
    • Formidable goes into a hilarious Unstoppable Rage and curb stomps Carabiniere...when the latter called her "lumbersome."
    • Zara and Pola completely avert Talking Is a Free Action in their battle with Warspite. They catch her monologuing and decide to beat a hasty retreat as she talks.
  • The Woozy Party event, that revolves around the Ironblood faction throwing a big classy party just to show the Royal Navy they can do as well, funnily enough, features Baroque French composer Jean-Joseph Mouret's "Rondeau from Sinfonies de Fanfares", usually known as England's theme in the original Civilization game.
  • Looking Glass of Fact and Fiction
  • More on the meta side, but the game rather notorious for making clickbait ads that have absolutely nothing to do with the games, but use the characters anyways. Several include waifu simulators, implying that ships evolve like Pokemon, Kizuna Ai's English edition video (specifically when she discusses her three cutest ships), and a stream of a guy rolling for Hood. Even though they've been doing it since its conception, it's been going on recently too, with recent skins and priority ships even incorporated.
  • Jeanne D'arc has a skill that has her set on fire at the start of each battle but buffing her. This is darkly hilarious when you consider that's how her namesake died.
  • Richelieu's swimsuit Live2D has a number of cute and humorous animations in part due to how serious and stoic she is in her normal one. From being amazed at her parfait, shaking her fist, or the lower eyelid lowering/tongue sticking out gesture, it paints a very human picture of her.
  • San Diego's Oath Skin attempts the "Do You Want Dinner, a Bath, or Me?" line on the player...by having her microwave dinner and prepare a bath at 50 degrees, yet somehow forgetting to ask if you want her.
  • Many of the secretary mission chains have hilarious moments in them:
    • Shiranui's has a chapter where Aoba wishes to interview her. While reluctant at first, the dour shopkeeper reluctantly gives Aoba the chance eventually. At one point, Shiranui mentions that she can see ghosts and other otherworldy beings.... and says that she sees one creeping up behind Aoba. Cue Aoba running away in fear.
    • Saratoga's is basically the Commander taking a peek at Saratoga's photo album while she's away... Until at one point, Saratoga catches him in the act.
    • Warspite's has a chapter where Warspite was running late in reporting to her sister, and runs through a corridor... which Suffolk is mopping. Warspite skids across the wet floor and crashes into Suffolk, unable to stop fast enough or go around her. The kicker is when Belfast appears, and reveals that Suffolk was supposed to only mop the meeting room.
    • Zara's questline has Trento wanting to thank the commander for "taking her to try the Sakura cuisine"... even though the commander only showed her where the cafetaria was. She expresses said thanks by smothering the Commander with her bosom, even pulling Zara in. After she left, Zara does it again to him.
    • Atago's questline has Maya and Choukai shopping for lingerie, and finding that only one fitting room was empty. Both went in together note , annoying Maya and leaving her sour for the rest of the day.
    • Avrora's has a scene of a party thrown by the other Northern Union ships. Minsk says it the best:
Minsk: You see, normally, you're supposed to throw a welcoming party for the new arrivals. But in the Northern Parliament, the new arrivals throw a welcoming party for you!
    • In Sirius's, Suffolk tells Sirius she'll teach how to slack off without Belfast noticing... when Belfast is in earshot.
    • The sixth cutscene of Denver's questline ends with her looking up to the sky and saying that she hopes the Commander and Cleveland are watching. The seventh starts with a horrified Cleveland insisting she's not dead.
  • In Dreamwaker's Butterfly, Suzutsuki thinks about wanting to floof Shinano's tails. Immediately afterwards, Shinano asks her aloud if she wants to do just that.
  • In the same event, one of the bosses in the dreamscape levels is Laffey with the implication it's due to her also being asleep currently. This also comes up in Shinano's chapter in Slow Ahead where Laffey makes a surprise appearance, falling out of a tree asleep.
  • Two Muse events Crescendo of Polaris and Universe in Unison are filled with dorky moments from your girls who don idol riggings to dance and to sing. And Akashi profiting from that, obviously. Those two can even be seen as a mild middle finger to that one guy in Kadokawa who said AL was "merely an idol action game with a fleet motif". Devs' response? Thank you for giving us that idol idea! How about we going full ham and create not just one, but two idol events that showcase the girls singing and dancing like real idols? Bonus point is that most voice actors are also real life idols and singers, like Sora Amamiya or Aoi Yūki. Now feast your eyes on our masterpiece!
  • The Azur Anthem event (collaboration with The Idolmaster) has a few funny things:
    • First the elite enemies (hologram clones of the collab character) will always retreat when at very low HP (clearly an insistence by Bandai-Namco to not see their characters suffer in any way). This will have them suddenly retreat in their tracks, though a few will have some parting shots.
    • A sort of dark one in that due to similar meddling, the inability to oath the collab units (instead there's a non-romantic alternative) basically makes Azusa's goal of finding someone during her time as an idol impossible in this.
  • The Anniversary Stream for the global version has a number of funny moments.
    • The pre-stream bit had a scrolling through a party scene, with a number of amusing things, like Laffey snoozing by a snoozing Shinano, a Manjuu presenting a rose to Enterprise only to turned down, Ping Hai drolling over the cake while her sister is elsewhere trying to stop Essex from overreaching for a wine bottle.
    • The Stars of the Port has Le Malin presenting it... only to put in the walkthroughs of the game she's playing instead. Dunkerque comes out to help... only to cause Le Malin to dig herself deeper as she tries to play off last night's game session as actual work... only for Dunkerque to remind her that she was part of the party last night in the end. The bit ends with Dunkerque saying "You're breathtaking! You're all breathtaking!".
    • The matter of talking with Manjuu comes up as it shows a Yostar Employee suiting up in sword fighting gear as Manjuu is said to have a sense of "martial worship". As he gets into the main room, everyone there is suited up similarly. It brought to mind Dark Souls to mind as Hawk2Zer0, a youtuber that covers the game's stuff made this video framing the scene akin to the game.
    • Shortly after the stream a video showing some meowfficers watching the band (Laffey, Z23, Unicorn, and Admiral Graf Spee) featured in the stream, though the left one does a few funny things, like getting worn out from jumping up and down and blowing up a balloon only for it to fly off and proceed to come back and knock it over.
  • During the SSSS.GRIDMAN / SSSS.DYNɅZENON collab event, Purity fights a Kaiju by scaling herself up to the size of a giant. She really, really gets into it and starts sounding like a stereotypical 1990’s Mecha villain. At Akane and Roon’s prompting, she continues to unleash her inner hog in a way that would make any Gundam villain blush.
  • Since the reworking of weekly missions, some one-time missions will appear that reward you with a certain items. One of them is interact with your ship one time (can either be your secretary ships or anyone in your dorm). The funny thing is that said interactions are done by just touching them. A normal poke is okay, but what about a special touch that you gleefully deliver to your beloved girls? Don't be surprised if some rather... sensitive contents appear that describe such interactions in the fullest manner. And you get your rewards for doing so. Just don't do it in Real Life, please?
  • U-1206's search area is shaped like a toilet.
  • In Rondo at Rainbow's End, after being awakened as a shipgirl, Lutzow starts ragging on Queen Elizabeth for her washboard chest. Elizabeth is not amused. And then Lutzow keeps making comments about the entire Queen Elizabeth-class. And doing impressions of them that make them sound like teenage valley girls.
  • Frostfall introduces the new shipgirls of the event (Kursk, Sevastopol, and Voroshilov) in an amusing exchange between Kursk and Sevastopol. The first few lines make it clear Sevastopol isn't quite sure how to handle Kursk's taciturn attitude. To take it further, due to the latter's wording, Sevastopol mistakes Kursk's snowy owl as a drone which Kursk corrects as being, in fact, just an owl. Even the owl senses the ensuing confusion.
    • Sevastopol believes and states that the owl and Kursk are similar after this. Kursk disagrees.

Crosswave

  • Prinz Eugen's wearing of the "Deal with it" shades in her victory animation gets expanded to her actually wearing ones scaled accordingly in dialogue scenes, often making the moment humorous.
  • The Character episodes have a number of them, such as a case where Akashi mixes up green tea and soy sauce, resulting in Akagi feeding her guests the latter. Things get straightened out, but not without a mention of an incident where Akagi spit out some coffee in the past.
  • During the closing events of the main game, San Diego helps, invoking in the Japanese track the Jostar Secret Technique

The anime

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_1498_4.JPG
Cheer for Ark Royal! She gets her own comeuppance.
  • Episode 1:
    • When Unicorn shows her surprisingly detailed drawing of U-Chan to Laffey in the first episode, Laffey just goes "Good skills". Javelin asks if she's seen U-Chan, and Laffey just dozes off.
    • When searching for U-Chan, we get a moment where they (Javelin, Laffey, Unicorn) encounter San Diego. She just sings her signature song all by herself (yes, as if she was doing a mass performance) while the others save for Unicorn (who seems a bit interested) just casually walk off as if they don't really care to hear.
    • When the three first ask the Fletcher sisters, we see Foote as if she seems like she knew something. Later, we see Foote again next to Amazon, with Amazon pointing out where she saw U-Chan.
  • Episode 2:
    • We're shown the aftermath of the battle in the first episode, and everyone looks damaged. Then we see that San Diego was one first shipgirls shown to be knocked out, especially funny considering she's specialized to fight against carriers and planes. Even funnier considering that the introduction line introduces her while fallen face down.
      • Later, she's shown whining as her ships being towed by Manjuu.
    • Laffey falls asleep on Javelin's back while clutching her top right at the button. As Laffey slumps down both buttons give, her continued descent peels Javelin's clothes off to her hips, and as a result Javelin inadvertently flashes her breasts at Wales, Unicorn, and Illustrious. Laffey then rolls to her side, flashing one of her breasts (with a tiny crab keeping things decent) as well for added hilarity.
  • Episode 3:
    • The cafeteria scene with Javelin and Laffey has two funny background scenes in the form of Saratoga pranking Cygnet and her sisters (with Hammann yelling at her) and Ark Royal, a character well known in the game for being a lolicon (specifically for destroyers). Keep in mind during that scene, the only characters who weren't Destroyers were the Renown Sisters (also in the background) and Saratoga (who could still match the physique of one).
    • San Diego being chased by a shark while swimming. And Saratoga somehow coming in to help (although it's obscured by Hornet looking at it instead). By the sound of it though, it seems that Saratoga's plan to rescue San Diego is by having her dive bombers bomb the shark to oblivion.
  • Episode 4:
    • San Diego got a break from being a Butt-Monkey in this episode, but Hammann somehow got roped into helping out Ning Hai and Ping Hai.
    • Akagi's reaction upon seeing Sheffield's ... area ... is pretty priceless. Also confirmed that Sheffield was Going Commando at that scene.
      • Doubly hilarious considering that this view of Sheffield's crotch is precisely the reason why Akagi got distracted so badly that she lost the black cube, which lands straight onto Edinburgh's face after she fails to catch it with her hands.
    • The Mass "Oh, Crap!" reaction of Ayanami, Sheffield, and Takao's faces when Edinburgh and Akashi ram a bomber boat to them. Takao's face really sells it.
  • Episode 5:
    • Akashi hiding in a mini-fridge during the battle.
  • Episode 6:
    • Sheffield confirms herself that she doesn't wear any panties, and when Cleveland is curiously asking her what kind she wears (Cleveland and her sisters were fascinated by the Royal Navy's choice of them), she just flashes herself at Cleveland, who ends up getting shocked. Later, she's shown ... still not getting over the fact that Sheffield doesn't wear panties.
    • San Diego becomes a Butt-Monkey again by jumping into a bath ... that Eldridge (who leaks electricity) is occupying. Cue her getting shocked (figuratively and literally) and wondering why it happened.
    • Another Funny Background Event featuring Ark Royal is her occupying a bath ... full of Fletcher Class Destroyers. The animators clearly knew what they were doing with placing her there.
  • Episode 9:
    • Ark Royal is formally introduced, and she's a prison guard for Ayanami. Keep in mind Laffey and Javelin take care of her for the most part - Ark Royal constantly watches them (to make sure they aren't doing anything bad) - but how she watches them is hilariously priceless. One of her ways is watching through a rack. When she ends up watching Laffey, Javelin, Unicorn, and Ayanami eat pancakes and bond out of it, she's shown getting a nosebleed. Belfast's deadpan delivery of acknowledging Ark Royal's nosebleed is priceless.
      • Ark Royal is doing all this while reading a magazine with Eldridge, a Destroyer, on it.
      • When she finally cracks, her ‘victim’, Glowworm, demonstrates her ramming skill, taking her down in one shot.
    • Back to the girls, when they go to eat their pancakes, Laffey simply eats hers in a single bite. She the snags a piece of fruit from Ayanami, who declares she will not stand by and let it happen again, resulting in a cutlery ‘duel’. Meanwhile, Unicorn and Javelin look on, with the latter wondering when they will learn grace and manners.
      • Watch it carefully and it's also pretty heartwarming. You can see Ayanami's awkward situation is beginning to get to her. Laffey saw that too and swiped the fruit to pull her out of it. It worked, too.
  • Episode 10:
    • Ark Royal is reading another Destroyer magazine, this time featuring Fletcher and Hammann.
    • Belfast is tired of Enterprise's self-destructive behavior and grabs her tie and drags her across the hallway area, with Javelin, Unicorn, Ayanami, Helena, Northampton, and Arizona all surprised. The first three even comment about it. Then we see Hammann, Cygnet (and her sisters), San Diego, Omaha, and Glowworm wondering what's exactly going on as Belfast gets her to eat normally.
    • Purifier emerges, and we see her quickly shoot down San Diego's rigging as she complains how her rigging is damaged - just like how she did in Episode 2.
  • Episode 12:
    • Edinburgh being hit in the face with Purifier's decapitated head. Even more hilariously, Purifier herself (who, again, has been reduced to a talking head) acting like nothing's happened.
    • Later, after Purifier calls her a sore loser, Observer Alpha starts whipping her head around with one of her tentacles.
    • During the sequence of Red Axis being reintegrated into Azur Lane, there's a shot of the Mutsuki-class destroyers with Ark Royal in the background. The very next shot is of Ark Royal nosebleeding.
  • Credits
    • Many people have noticed that while everyone looks like they're eating something, Cleveland is just casually with a bonsai tree.
    • Atago is shown eating a bunch of food, making people jokingly comment that she's eating for both her and her sister Takao, touching on a pre-existing gag of Atago eating a lot.
    • Episode 4 adds Edinburgh tripping and dropping a bunch of food everywhere. One of the foods looks like it's even going to hit Cleveland!
    • Prinz Eugen ... is drunk and she's definitely had quite a few drinks.

The Meta

  • In May of 2019, there was a server overload that came from extremely heavy traffic from the Southeast Asia region. After they fixed the issue, they posted that while they appreciate the traffic, for them to not to forget to sleep.
  • Yuukyuu no Catharsis duet for Queen Elizabeth and Warspite. Nothing wrong here, right? Until you realize both of them are voiced by the same voice actor: Sumire Uesaka. A duet for one singer? Sign me in!
  • This tweet from Portland's VA Kaori Yoshioka. Life Imitating Art, anyone?
  • For Valentines there was a livestream that was hanging out with Pamiat Mekuria via motion capture for her 3D model. At one point the activity of choice is playing twister. In her retrofit. Without her coat. All while the chat suggested camera angles while she's bending over backwards for the game. The angles are, for lack of a better word, generous. And while Maya Yoshioka certainly stayed in character there were plenty of moments where even she couldn't stop laughing.
