- Comments: While Anise leans towards romance with their fics, they also do a good job by pulling in other relationships. Everything from Wanda pulling Ralphie into a plot to hook up Arnold and Phoebe that's straight out of Jane Austen to a day out during summer break where everyone's personalities are on full display as the kids hang out without the Frizz around. There's even a couple of fics completely focused on side characters such as Janet (who's oddly charming) and siblings of the core cast. All well worth the read.

- Synopsis: Phoebe and Arnold's relationship as the The Magic School Bus gang enters their senior year of high school.
- Comments: I remember reading it all in one sitting (a rare event) and thinking it was the best fan fiction on the website. (I also told the author this). It reads very much like the average high school romance novel, but expect consistent characterization (both with the characters as the fic portrays them and with the TV show) and a sort of sweet story.
- Seconded. Not the best fic I've ever read, but very good. Slight issues with Phoebe holding the Idiot Ball for so long and Insistent Terminology, and be warned, that childhood memory demolition is for the readers, not the characters. - Comments: An older MSB gang having to fight off zombies while trying to survive? Yes, please. This is perhaps the ultimateSora's best fic yet. Has its own page.

- Synopsis: Despite their contrasting personalities and genders, Carlos and DA are the best of friends. So there are certain things only he knows about her.
- Comments: A sweet story about what is considering by the fanbase to be one of the more volatile combinations of Frizz Kids being two friends who share everything...and eventually grow into something more.

- Comments: Brilliantly in character for both DA and Carlos, DA comes to a Love Epiphany as only she can.

- Pairing (s): Carlos/DA, with background Ralphie/Keisha, Arnold/Wanda and Tim/Phoebe
- Synopsis: A boring evening for Carlos takes a disturbing turn when he receives a call from his best friend and finds himself racing against time to save her.
- Comments: The characterization for everyone is an utter delight, from Wanda drunkenly declaring that everyone wants to kick DA's ass (to Arnold's horror and Tim's agreement) to Phoebe being an utter saint. Mildly whiplashly since the story can flip between Carlos panicking over DA passing out to Wanda being an utterly hilarious drunk but it's fitting.

- Synopsis: Arnold is now Ms. Frizzle's student teacher, time goes on, and some people are starting to get... Older. (One Shot)
- Comments: This is one of the coolest MSB fanfics that I've ever read. It's a little on the sad side, but totally worth it, I promise.
The Magic School Bus Visits a Haunted Manor by Moon Silver Sprite

- Status: Complete
- Synopsis: The class visit the Sound Museum again, only this time around, it seems a lot darker and scarier inside, with a mysterious owner and a grumpy janitor. But things only get stranger as Ms Frizzle goes missing and someone is targeting the class...
- Comments: Only two chapters are up so far (as of June 2018), but it definitely seems very weird. While the ghosts and vampires haven't appeared as of yet, something definitely seems off about the creepy janitor, the never-seen owner and the house itself, which happens to be the Sound Museum from 'In the Haunted House'. The author creates all these new rooms you can only imagine had been in the Sound Museum and delves deeper into the horror from the that episode too.
- Seven chapters are now up and it is really scary, with a scene that rivals Regan's possession and hints about Ms Frizzle's - rather dark - past, which actually gives an insight into her character, without disappointing any fans.
- The story is now complete as of 22nd June 2018.

- Synopsis: Ms. Frizzle has always enjoyed the third grade.
- Comments: The author says she doesn't know much about Doctor Who. I'm not sure I believe her. You know all those Wild Mass Guessing ideas about Ms. Frizzle being a Time Lady? This is a treatment of that idea which makes for a believably alien Ms. Frizzle, who you really could see as being outside of the human treatments of time. Time Lady Mary Poppins also cameos.
Return of the Magic School Bus by roguedragon

- Synopsis: Our favorite group of Frizz kids are now in high school and are called into action when Miss Frizzle's latest class goes missing along with the Frizz herself and the bus. But our favorite octet of characters have changed over the years and not all of them for the better. They'll need to rediscover who they are and were before a plot against everything Miss Frizzle stands for goes too far.
- Comments: This story was written due to the author's annoyance that the fanfiction for this series lacked the bus. It ages the characters believably (albeit unusually in the case of Tim [who's gone from The Generic Guy to The Leader] and depressingly in the case of Keisha), has likable OCs (including Tim's new history teacher, his ferret and his magical school bus) and has an engaging plot. Make sure you have enough time to read it in one sitting because you won't be able to resist doing it.
