Arachne
is a crossover between Worm and Spider-Man by Tangent.
In a fight between a gender-flipped Doc-Ock and several Spider-Heroes, an Alchemax spider winds up going through a portal to Earth Bet and winds up in Taylor Hebert's locker.
Taylor, Aisha Laborn, Greg Veder, and Earth Bet's version of Peter Parker all get bitten by the Alchemax spider.
Web-slinging shenanigans ensue.

- Oni Lee getting badly injured is one for Lung.
- Taylor becomes one for Sophia.
- Big Eater: All of the Spider-people.
- Brick Joke: An exhibitionist couple keep having sex in public places. Taylor, Aisha, and Greg all find them and wish they got a room. Sophia finds the two Jaybirds after she breaks out of jail and makes off with their money, and the boyfriend of the couple then gets banned off of PHO for defending his exhibitionism.
- Canon Welding: Earth Bet has it's own Peter Parker, Norman and Harry Osborn, Eddie Brock, and Flash Thompson.
- Entertainingly Wrong: After Peter notices that the spider who bit Taylor, Greg, and Aisha has the word "Alchemax" on the side, right before it bites him, Piggot starts panicking about a Bio-Tinker named Alchemax on the loose in Brockton.
- Cassandra Truth: Absolutely nobody believes that Greg (or rather his PHO handle Void Cowboy) is actually "Spider-Guy".
- Everyone Has Standards:
- The general consensus regarding a local pair of Jaybirds is "Get a Room!!".
- Norman hates Medhall and Max Anders. The readers universally agree with him.SpaceBattles commenter: I have to think, now, that the only way Marvel could make Norman a likeable character would be to make his primary business rival the Red Skull. Norman's probably still an awful person, but juxtaposing him to an actual nazi somehow makes him more tolerable.
- Foregone Conclusion: The author's notes reveal that Aisha will be made a probationary Ward after some time in the Undersiders. Chapter 13 has Aisha and the other Undersiders getting caught, and presumably will be press-ganged into the Wards as probationary members.
- Get a Room!: The universal reaction to the Jaybird couple who keep Making Love in All the Wrong Places.
- The Heist: The Undersiders stage one on Oscorp. Taylor makes sure it doesn't work.
- Incredibly Lame Pun: When Taylor is riding upwards on an Elevator, the narration says "things were definitely looking up!".
- Monumental Damage: Oscorp has several interiors trashed in a Cape fight, and the Undersiders' lair gets demolished in a fight between Spider-guy and Lung, in the same day.
- Mythology Gag:
- The obligatory starting with a mutant spider biting people.
- Taylor adopts Spider-Gwen's costume, while Aisha is given Gwen's "Ghost Spider" moniker.
- "Spider-Guy" and "Webb" are used by Greg and Peter, respectively.
- Flash Thompson bullies someone with spider powers.
- Oscorp is in the Tinkertech business.
- Peter (and presumably the other Spiders) have dreams of events in the 'main' Spider-Verse.
- The Undersiders stage a heist as a distraction. the target is Oscorp.
- No Kill like Overkill: The Oscorp heist ends with the Undersiders completely hosed down in Webbing, preventing their escape.
- Oh, Crap!:
- Peter when bitten by (what he thinks is) a Tinkertech Spider. Piggot reacts likewise, thinking a Bio-Tinker named Alchemax is on the loose.
- The Undersiders when Aisha sneaks in on them.
- Greg's quite understandable reactions to facing Oni Lee, and then getting chased by Lung.
- Alabaster and several skinheads when Lung chases Greg through their gathering.
- The Undersiders when the Oscorp heist goes sideways.
- Running Gag: A pair of Jaybirds Making Love in All the Wrong Places.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here:
- Played Straight with Greg, who understandably flees when faced by Lung. Lung gives chase.
- Averted with the Undersiders, who are too All Webbed Up to flee.
- Shout-Out:
- Aisha deliberately names her Cape persona Black Arachnia as one.
- Someone asks Greg about a restaurant named Marcell's.
- After swiping and sifting through Harry Osborn's wallet, Aisha wonders out loud if he is related to "that old singer".
- Troll: Aisha talks Coil into getting her a costume that's a pallette-swap of Taylor's, for this very reason.
