    As A Whole

Stunticons

  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: Big time! They might seem like a bunch of street racing troublemakers with a lame goal (to take over all the Earth's roads) and have had all their plans foiled by the Autobots, but these cons are on the same threat level as Steeljaw! Not only do they manage to always escape from the Autobots and nearly destroy them a few times, but they can work their combined form far better than Bee's team can. According to Optimus, said combined form, Menasor, has destroyed an entire planetary system.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Lampshaded by both Bumblebee and Strong Arm, the Stunticons are no Megatronus, Starscream, or even Steeljaw, but they are just as dangerous as all three of those threats and should be taken as seriously.
    Motormaster

Motormaster

First Appearance: "King of the Hill (Part 2)"

  • Big Badass Rig: He transforms into a truck with a trailer attached, not dissimilar to his G1 incarnation.
  • Big Bad Ensemble: With Soundwave and Steeljaw in the Combiner Force season, though their agendas are entirely separate.
    • Big Bad Wannabe: Ultimately, his plan is to seize control of Earth, or at least Earth's roads... that's about it.
  • Cool Sword: His signature weapon since G1.
  • Combining Mecha: As Menasor, he forms the torso and head.
  • Disc-One Final Boss: For the Combiner Force season. He and his crew are finally beaten and captured by Team Bumblebee just a little after mid-season and it's revealed that there's someone or something else on Cybertron's that's a Greater-Scope Villain compared to Motormaster and his Stunticons.
  • Evil Counterpart: To Optimus Prime.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: While not to the extent of his G1 counterpart, it's still enough to make it count.
  • Face Framed in Shadow: Near the end of King of the Hill (Part 2) we see his silhouette with red lights all over him. In The Great Divide, we see him in his vehicle form with blue lights.
  • Humble Goal: Compared to the other Decepticon leaders out there, his goal isn't to terraform Earth, destroy it, transform it into a Decepticon utopia at the expense of the planet's natives, or anything of the sort. He only states that he wants to control Earth's roads.
  • In-Series Nickname: The other Stunticons call him either "Chief" or "Boss."
  • Large and in Charge: Being a truck with trailer (compared to his minions, who turn into sports cars and SUVs), he towers over the other Stunticons.

    Dragstrip

Dragstrip

Voiced by: Maurice LaMarche
First Appearance: "Bee Cool"

  • Combining Mecha: Dragstrip and Wildbreak combine into a large robot to fight the Bee team. Dragstrip appears to be the top half in control of the merged form. As a result of merging into Menasor, he becomes the right arm.
  • Cool Car: Transforms into a yellow angular sports car instead of an F1 racecar like in G1.
  • Palette Swap: He shares his character model with Wildbreak, but with a different head and with dual-wing spoilers.
  • Spell My Name With An S: Sometimes parsed as Drag Strip.
  • The Starscream: He has ambitions to usurp control of the Stunticons from Motormaster.
  • This Cannot Be!: His reaction to the Ultra Bee combiner at the beginning of "The Great Divide" before scramming with an artifact in his possession.

    Heatseeker

Heatseeker

Voiced by: Mikey Kelley
First Appearance: "King of the Hill (Part 1)"

  • The Brute: He's the most thuggish of the Stunticons.
  • Combining Mecha: Heatseeker and Slashmark combine into a larger robot. Heatseeker appears to be the top half of the merged form. When merged into Menasor, he acts as the left leg.
  • Cool Car: Transforms into a grey SUV.
  • Composite Character: Of Wildrider and Offroad, despite the fact that his name is completely original.
    • He has G1 Wildrider's paint job (despite the fact that Heatseeker lacks his red face) and insane stunt driving.
    • His vehicle form, on the other hand, is based on Offroad of Combiner Wars.
  • Evil Laugh: And it's a hammy one.
Heatseeker: "You came into the wrong valley this time, Autobots!" (Cackles).
  • Smarter Than You Look: Don't let his bulky appearance in both of his forms fool you: he is pretty clever for a high-speeding Stunticon, where initially thought to be a Dumb Muscle, only to be proven wrong. Bumblebee even lampshades this.
  • Super-Persistent Missiles: Has these as his signature weapons.
  • This Cannot Be!: Gets this reaction near "King of the Hill (Part 2)," which foreshadows the fact that he was the first Stunticon to witness the Ultra Bee combiner, something that his boss Motormaster will not be impressed about.

    Slashmark

Slashmark

Voiced by: David Kaye
First Appearance: "Disordered Personalities"

  • Combining Mecha: Heatseeker and Slashmark combine into a larger robot. Slashmark appears to be the bottom half of the merged form. The minute he is a part of Menasor, he is the right leg.
  • Cool Car: Transforms into an SUV. See Palette Swap for more details.
  • Composite Character: Has G1 Breakdown's color scheme, but complete with G1 Dead End's snarky persona.
  • Deadpan Snarker/Jerkass: Slashmark constantly throws insults at both allies and foes. Semi-justified because, according to his bio, it is the only way to keep his fellow Stunticons from going out of line.
  • Energy Rings of Death: These are his weapons, which glow sickly green when activated and he demonstrates by scratching huge trail marks on the road. This even applies to his tires.
  • The Evil Genius: He's arguably one of the smarter Stunticons. Considering that they're a bunch of speed freak thugs, it's not hard to see why.
  • Insufferable Genius: He has a snobby air to him and often refers to his teammates as buffoons.
  • Palette Swap: Of Heatseeker, with a different head and G1 Breakdown's color scheme.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: He has a low opinion of his less-intelligent, more thuggish teammates.

    Wildbreak

Wildbreak

Voiced by: Dave Wittenberg
First Appearance: "Bee Cool"

  • Combining Mecha: Dragstrip and Wildbreak combine into a larger robot to fight the Bee team. Wildbreak appears to be the bottom half of the merged form. If fused into Menasor, he is the left arm.
  • Composite Character:
    • His name is a combination of "Wildrider" and that character's new name, "Brakeneck."
    • However, his personality and powers seem more like G1 Breakdown.
  • Cool Car: Transforms into a dark blue angular sports car that looks vaguely like Wildrider from G1.
  • Nervous Wreck: Wildbreak is definitely sensitive.
  • Palette Swap: He shares his character model with Dragstrip, but with a different head and without spoilers.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: He nervously runs off with the stash of stolen Cybertonian weapons, which strongly irritates Dragstrip.
Wildbreak: No way! They're not getting me!
    Dragstrip: One of these days!

    Menasor
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ridmenasor.jpg
First Appearance: "Combine and Conquer"

The combined form of the Stunticons.

  • Adaptational Intelligence: Unlike G1 Menasor, who is a Dumb Muscle, this version of Menasor is able to speak in complete sentences.
  • Badass on Paper: Optimus stated that Menasor destroyed an entirely planetary system. And as Optimus isn't the type to lie or exaggerate, the audience knows Menasor did accomplish this monumental task somehow, despite not seeing it for themselves. However, what the audience does see is a laughably uncoordinated Decepticon combiner who ultimately proves himself to be quite the loser as he gets beaten in the end by Ultra Bee, someone with even less combining experience and was taking on Menasor under combat conditions for the first time.
  • Big Freaking Sword: Motormaster's sword enlarges itself to Menasor's size.
  • Chewing the Scenery: Compared to the more cold and fairly unflappable Motormaster, Travis Willingham goes completely unhinged when voicing Menasor.
  • Clipped-Wing Angel: While the combined Menasor might be more powerful, he's also clumsy, uncoordinated, and inefficient when wielding weapons, given how he got his sword stuck in the ground for an embarrassingly long time. His mental state in this form also goes down, with his head occasionally twitching in a spastic manner and Menasor having to shout orders to his own Stunticon body parts to quit trying to fight him and focus on fighting Ultra Bee.
  • Combining Mecha: The combined form of the Stunticons.
  • Eye Beams: Briefly gets this after installing a plasma-thermal accelerator module in his right arm in Moon Breaker.
  • Hypocrite: Insults Ultra Bee for being an inexperienced Combiner, despite the fact that he's only slightly more coordinated himself.
Menasor: "Surrender in pieces"?! Did you really just say that to me?! YOU CAN BARELY MOVE!
  • Incoming Ham:
Menasor: Welcome to the end of the road! Courtesy of MENASOR!
  • Informed Ability: Was stated by Optimus Prime to have destroyed an entire planetary system. However, given how much trouble Menasor has just keeping his own body in control and ultimately losing to an Autobot combiner who had significantly less combining experience, Menasor's ability to devastate a whole planet is very much called into question, unless of course that planetary system was full of beings who were significantly weaker and less advanced than Cybertronians.
  • No Indoor Voice: Virtually every line of Menasor's is shouted.
  • Robotic Psychopath: He has a tendency to talk to himself and suffers from occasional glitches, as a result of the Stunticons' conflicting thoughts.
  • Talking to Themself: The Bee Team observes that, although Menasor has his own persona, he talks to his limbs the same names as the components that form the Stunticon gestalt.
