The Undead Army of the Skull King

The Evil undead forces located in the Frozen Land of Nador, who seek to start a zombie apocalypse and bring death to the living. They still have a lot of work ahead of them.
    As a Whole
  • A Bloody Mess: Most of the main characters tend to cause incidents that result in high body counts and puddles of blood.
  • Cruel and Unusual Death: Get's choped up by a bunch of mafia members. Then pieces of his body get used for... unspeakable things.
  • Dem Bones: Originally the Skull King could only resurrect someone if their brain was undamaged. However after finding the "Doomsword" he gains the ability to call upon Skeletal Minions. Sadly... they're not as impressive as they sound.
  • Evil Is Deathly Cold: They live in the Frozen Land of Nador.
  • Horny Vikings: Their army seems to be made mostly of undead Vikings and Valkyrie.
  • Night of the Living Mooks: If you're not a main character, this is basically where you stand in the Skull King's Army.
  • The Plague: At least, that's what they're trying to go for.
  • The Undead: Everyone in the Skull King's Army tends to be this way.
  • Undying Loyalty: The Skull King's guards and Soldiers tend to follow his orders no matter what, even if it's suicidal. Considering that he has the ability to control them 100% it shouldn't be surprising.
    • However so far he hasn't been seen using his mind control powers on anyone other then his commanders.
  • Villain Protagonist: They are the bad guys after all.
  • We Have Reserves: How Skull King tends to treat his lower minions.
  • Zombie Apocalypse: Trying to cause.

    Jay the Skull King
The Titular Skull King and the main protagonist. Jay was originally an aspiring writer who, thanks to fate, died and came back as an undead Lich. Angry that he never got any respect and recognition in life, he decided to use his new found powers to take over the world.
  • Bad Boss: To most of his men. There are a few exceptions.
  • Black Knight
  • Bling of War: Which he crafts himself when he becomes "The Skull King".
  • Break the Fourth Wall: He is in constant communication with the Narrator.
  • The Chosen One: Treated as one when everyone knew the Narrator existed.
  • Cool Helmet
  • Cool Sword: The "Doomsword" he recovered from inside the Sacred Glacier.
  • Deadpan Snarker: OH DEAR LORD! Where to begin with this...
Minion: Sir, we've heard a commotion. Is everything alright?
Skull King: Oh sure, just a fire breathing dragon on the loose. We'll be fine, go about your business.
    • After resurrecting Odeon
Odeon: How much power do you have?
Skull King: I'm not sure... lets find out.
    • At the start of Chapter Three
Carl Rogers: My lord my lord! I think I made a brilliant discovery.
Skull King: Oh gods... what is it this time Carl? A new way to melt snow?
  • Evil Overlord
  • The Emperor
  • Facial Horror
  • Fatal Flaw: He doesn't really know what he's doing.
  • Founder of the Kingdom: Jay ends up setting everything in motion.
  • Loser Archetype: Up until his untimely death and everyone started to notice his book.
  • Necromancer: A rather weak example, he can only raise one or two people every day or so. He has to relay on Valkyrie he raised from the Dead to produce mooks in mass.
  • No Sense of Direction: Get's lost in a snow storm and is completely unaware that his Fortress is beachfront property.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Starts off as a writer, but after turning undead, he is able to match toe to tow with Lady Demonus and Odeon.
  • Useless Protagonist: He does very little in the second chapter.
  • Why Did It Have To Be Polar Bears

    Olan Van Blonderpoot
A viking Warrior who perished in the Frozen Land of Nador long ago. After being resurrected by the Skull King, he became one of his commanders... and rather blood thirsty at that.

Fleeing along with other refugees, she perished in Nador, only to be resurrected by the Skull King centuries later. She now works both as his lead assassins and lead bodygaurd.

    Carl Logan Rogers
A scientist from Romar who went on an expedition to Nador, only to be betrayed and eaten by one of his fellow explores. Now works has the Skull King's Lead scientist.

    Captain Rip Herculean A.K.A. El-Cappy-Tan
A ship captain from Ardius who lost his way at sea and wound up in Nador. After becoming a pawn in an experiment, he now works for the Skull King.

The Nation of Ardius

A Military nation born from the peaceful relations between Humans and Elves, Now considered one of the strongest military powers in the world with strength in bodies and magic.
    In General

    Christopher Towpath
An adventurer and former Soldier. Christopher left his family years previously to escape the military, but his recent death sees his ghost return home to seek help in "passing on".

A Helpful voice who guides the Skull King on his journey... if he would listen to him that is.
