Packrat

Voiced by: Bradley William Smith

The main antagonist. He is a hamster who likes stealing things.

Animal Facial Hair: He has big brown eyebrows and a moustache.
Badass Adorable: He is very tiny and cute, but is one of the most evil and intelligent characters in the franchise.
Black Bead Eyes: He dons these.
The Chew Toy: He is often put through misery simply due to him being a villain.
Cute Is Evil: He is an adorable little hamster, but quite level-headed and mean.
Evil Laugh: He does this very often, to the point where it feels cliché and predictable.
Evil Sounds Raspy: He is a villain, with a grouchy-sounding voice.
The Grinch/How the Character Stole Christmas: He is literally this. There have been at least two instances where he stole presents due to his jealousy.
The Leader/The Smart Guy: He is the commander and leading antagonist, but also the genius of the evil team.
Shorter Means Smarter: He is the smallest, but also the most intelligent of the villains.
Smart People Speak the Queen's English: He speaks in a posh, British-sounding accent.

Robo-Combo

Voiced by: Bradley William Smith

A mostly evil robotic clone of Combo Panda.

A.I. Is a Crapshoot/Anti-Hero: While quite evil, he only does so because his malfunctioning or has evil mode turned on. If he is reset, he will become good again.
Arch-Enemy: He is this to Combo, his non-robotic inspiration.
The Chew Toy: He is sometimes put through misery due to his lack of street smarts.
Evil Counterpart/Evil Knockoff: He is this to Combo, as mentioned above.
Evil Sounds Deep: His voice is simply a pitched-down and autotuned version of Combo's voice. In earlier appearances, this was sometimes unchanged.
Flight: He has jet engines inside his feet, which allow him to fly.
Funny Robot: Particularly when he malfunctions, in which he turns from a Do-Anything Robot into an unintelligent machine who commonly speaks in non-sequiturs.
Green-Eyed Monster: While not a monster, he's quite evil and has green eyes.
In-Series Nickname: He's sometimes referred to as just "Robo" by other characters.
Killer Robot: He's a robot version of Combo who wants to destroy his enemies.
Mechanical Animals: He is a robotic panda.
Ridiculously Human Robots: Despite being a robot, he has feelings and can make a wide variety of facial expressions.
Robot Me: As mentioned above, he is basically a robotic version of Combo.
Shout-Out: He is a parody of Metal Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog. They are both evil robot versions of protagonists.
Transformation Ray: His eyes act as this, being able to shoot lasers that will turn people into cardboard.

Dark Titan

Voiced by: Jose David Ramos

An evil version of Ryan/Red Titan.

Arch-Enemy: He is this to Ryan.
Blatant Burglar: A lot of his crimes involve stealing, and he looks a lot like a burglar to me.
The Bully: He is more of a school-type bully than the other villains in the franchise.
The Chew Toy: He is often put through misery simply due to him being a villain.
Deadpan Snarker: He often picks on people for being unusual or in general different.
Evil Twin: He is this to Ryan’s Red Titan alter-ego.
Eyepatch of Power: He has an eyepatch on his left eye.
Green and Mean: He wears some green in general, and he is obviously evil.
Messy Hair: His hair is slightly more messy than Ryan's.
Purple Is Powerful/Purple Is the New Black: He wears a mask, cape, gloves and boots, which are all purple.

Gustav

Voiced by: Ron Ghraizi

As Gus' evil twin, he is always looking for ways to put his goofy twin brother through misery.

Animal Facial Hair: He has big black eyebrows and a moustache.
Big Brother Bully: Even though he and Gus are twins, Gustav is this to Gus.
Fake Russian: Even though he is American like his family, he speaks in a Russian accent to sound more evil.
Monumental Theft: First he stole the Golden Gate Bridge, then the Tokyo Skytree Tower, then the Eiffel Tower, then the Pyramids, and then Big Ben. He controlled Robo-Combo to help a lot with these as well.
Shout-Out: He is possibly a parody of Gru from Despicable Me. They both have Eastern-European accents and they both have passions to steal monuments and even shrink them.
Tacky Tuxedo: He dons this.

King Collector

Voiced by: John Fields

A red gorilla who wants to "collect" things, but actually steals them.

Anti-Hero: In more recent appearances, he has learned about the consequences of stealing and becomes more of a Jerk with a Heart of Gold than an actual villain.
Kidnapped: In his debut episode, he actually kidnaps the VTubers, forcing Combo Panda to play Gang Beasts to get his friends, however, he disagrees to Combo's deal, and traps him as well, only for Peck to somehow defeat King Collector and free everyone.
Maniac Monkeys: Downplayed on "maniac", but he is an evil primate, who committed some pretty crazy but serious crimes, like kidnapping and stealing.
Paper-Thin Disguise: In this scene, he disguises as Combo Panda to steal a golden egg.
Shout-Out: He may be a loose inspiration of Mojo Jojo from The Powerpuff Girls. They are both evil primates after all.

Peter

Voiced by: Jose David Ramos

A greedy black penguin who acts and dresses like a gentleman.

Affably Evil: Peter conducts himself in a gentlemanly fashion, and is almost always polite.
Deadpan Snarker: He is very sarcastic and often roasts his "enemies".
Evil Twin: He is this to Peck.
Evil Wears Black: He has feathers and a top hat which are both black, and he is a greedy jerk.
High-Class Glass: He wears a monocle, and is a rich penguin.
Money Fetish: He doesn’t have a "fetish" on money, but he likes and talks about currency all the time.
Quintessential British Gentleman: The black clothing, the top hat, the monocle and the British accent explains it all.
Shout-Out: He is a parody of The Penguin, a villain from the Batman franchise, down to both of them wearing a top hat and a monocle.
Sibling Yin-Yang: While he is rude, greedy and snarky, his twin brother Peck is more gentle and a Lovable Nerd.

Mr. Zorg

Voiced by: Unknown

An evil alien who wants to have all the fun of the world to himself.

Aliens Are Evil: He is an alien-like thing that wants all the fun of the world to himself, and is seen as a reoccurring villain.
Cartoony Eyes: He has light yellow sclera.
Cyclops: He only has one eye.
What Happened to the Mouse?: He is a somewhat minor character, however, he only appears in several videos, before appearing to be being thrown away entirely.
White Gloves: His mechanical suit gives him these.
