Voiced by: Chen Zhenyu

    Dr.Y

Dr.Y

"It is my pleasure to meet you all!"
"I'll show you the power of science!"
A mysterious, smart alien from the Softstar Planet. He befriends the main characters when visiting the Earth, and when the main characters are caught in King Octopus' evil plan once more, he helps them fighting back.
  • Alien Arts Are Appreciated: He loves the Earth's culture.
  • Arch-Enemy: He is this to King Octopus in the WeGame version of 11. When King Octopus traps him and his friends on his planet by destroying the portal to Earth, he personally trains his Earth friends with the help of his other friends with everything he has.
  • Benevolent Alien Invasion: His trips to the Earth has him genuinely befriend the main characters, and he later helps the characters fight against King Octopus when the latter is planning on an actual invasion.
  • Chain Lethality Enabler: On Hard Mode, when one of his opponents goes bankrupt, he'll take all their properties and cards, making it even harder for the rest of the opponents to defeat him. If you have bought most properties with your characters only to have them to all be taken by Y later, you might as well restart.
  • Counter-Attack: If he loses money through rents or explosives, all opponents will also lose some of theirs depending of the difficulty.
  • Dub Name Change: He’s called Mystery Doctor in Chinese.
  • Flying Saucer: Drives one as his car.
  • Hero Antagonist: In the WeGame version of 11, the reason he fights the main characters as a landlord is actually because he needs to train them so that they would be strong enough to stop King Octopus from taking over their world.
  • Humanoid Alien: He looks like a schoolboy with blue skins, no fingers and a droplet-shaped head.
  • One-Letter Name: Dr. Y.
  • Shout-Out:
    • To Yao Zhuangxian, the founder of Richman series. The latter even joked about how he didn't expect that he was "made" into a landlord in an interview.
Yao: But by the way, I was just suggesting the game should have multiple difficulties, how did I become a landlord...
    • He also looks like a slime from Dragon Quest with that blue droplet-shaped head. In fact, in Candy's ending in 6 Expansion, there is a slime character meant to represent Yao (also with glasses, no less!) without a body that looks even more similar to a slime.
  • Smart People Wear Glasses: He’s a smart alien, therefore he wears glasses! However, he loses them in hard mode.

    Bear

Bear

"You can't beat me!"
"Competing me is why you doomed!"
An arrogant bully.
  • Animal Motifs: The bear. Besides his name, he wears a bear hoodie in Easy and Medium Mode.
  • Bears Are Bad News: From his name to his bear hoodie when you challenge him in Easy and Medium Mode, this guy won’t give you a good time.
  • Boring, but Practical: His abilities are much simplier than other landlords; he "just" has a heavy boost to his attack power, rather than punishing the players for trying to incapacitate the landlord, building nukes or buying a lot of cards. Which is more than enough to make him a tough foe.
  • Eyes Out of Sight: His eyes are never shown: It is covered by hair in Easy Mode, under shades in Medium Mode, and he wears a mask in Hard Mode.
  • Increasingly Lethal Enemy: In Medium and Hard Mode, all rents from his properties (or damages from Brawl Mode) will gradually increase. One hotel can easily cost millions after just a few tenths of days.
  • 1-Up: On Hard Mode, the first fatal damage he takes will not make him bankrupt, and he'll be revived with twice the damage dealt to him. This can cause problems if the player is trying to one-shot him.
  • Status Buff: His damage in increased by roughly 50% in Easy Mode, and will gradually increase even more in Medium and Hard Mode.
    Yuan

Yuan Yuan

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yuan_2.png
"Yay! I’m gonna do my best!"
"Hello, kiddo!"
Voiced by: Long Xianhui
A girl who is always prepared.
  • Badass Adorable: As a landlord, she'll be sure to defeat the players while being cute.
  • Horse of a Different Color: She rides a corgi as her motorcycle.
  • Moveset Clone: Of Oil Center in 10 in Hard Mode despite being a character and not a special building. She charges money from an opponent whenever they loses theirs (2% of her deposit each time). This actually also includes things that aren't technically "loss", such as buying cards or lotteries. 10 's Oil Center does almost the same thing except Yuan won't charge money for buying and upgrading properties. Also, like an Oil Center, Yuan can earn a lot of money from her other abilities outside of charging money from the opponents.
  • Mythical Motifs: The Devil. She wears a devil decoration in Easy Mode, and wears a devil costume in Hard Mode.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: She has those to match her adorable look.
    Silence

Silence

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/11silence.png
"Don't say I didn't warn you. It's not too late to give in."
"Listen to me, let's have fun."
A demon girl who sounds mischievous, but is about as dangerous as she tells you that she is.
  • Achilles' Heel: Statuses that renders her off screen (hospitalization, jail, etc) will also temporarily disable her talents that restrict card usage. Make good use of that when she's not around and you'll get an advantage.
  • Big "NO!": She says this when she is defeated.
  • Cute Monster Girl: Unlike Yuan who just wears like a demon, she is actually a demonic girl.
  • Geometric Magic: When using bikes and cars, she floats with a magic circle underneath her instead of using an actual car.
  • Meaningful Name: Her name, "Silence", fits well with her abilities to stop you from using your usual card combos, much like the Silence status in an RPG game.
  • My Rules Are Not Your Rules: She isn't immune to statuses like sleepwalking or jail, but she cannot be directly targeted by players with a card other than teleportation card.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: She has red eyes visible in Easy and Normal Mode.
  • This Cannot Be!: When she's possessed by a bad god.
  • Wicked Heart Symbol: Has some on her eye mask and at the end of her ponytail in Hard Mode.

    Sherry

Sherry

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/11sherry_9.png
"Righteousness, sincerity, and self-cultivation are the careers of our generation."
"You chose a tough one."
The Goddess who greatly benefits from the power of the Good Gods.
  • Achilles' Heel: The Time Bomb is especially useful against her. While it can't negate her buff to missiles and audits, it can replace her Good God, and since its duration is based on steps rather than turns, she cannot get herself another Good God as long as the bomb is attached to her, and this can be extended further by forcing her to stop or put her to sleep. Finally, when it explodes, unless she has watertight or deflect card, she'll be sent to hospital for another three turns, in which she cannot get a Good God with her talent in it either.
  • Meaningful Appearance: She has very long sleeves to match her sacred looks.
  • Mythical Motifs: Her Hard Mode appearance has motifs of dragons or sirens.
  • True Blue Femininity: Light blue for her Easy Mode appearance and dark blue for her Hard Mode appearance.
