Deacon
A pirate who was the resident of the island beneath the water fortress Atoll before it sank. He takes over the fortress to find a treasure lost on the seabed beneath. Originated from the 1995 film Waterworld and the USJ attraction of the same name.- Bald of Evil: He's bald as a billiard ball and a major villain.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2007.
- Eyepatch of Power: Has one over his left eye.
Crown and Ox
Deacon's subordinates.
- Co-Dragons: To Deacon.
Nepenta
A henchman of Disco who helps kidnap the Kuja Pirates to sell them as slaves.
Rio
A resident of Samba Island who asks the Straw Hats to save her home from Chameleone.
Chameleone
Devil Fruit: Copy-Copy Fruit
Chameleone is a former Whitebeard Pirate who wanted to take advantage of the crew for his own plans, but was chased away in time, and now he's preparing his new plan on Samba Island. He has eaten the Copy-Copy Fruit (Kopi Kopi no Mi), which allows him to take the appearance and powers of other people.
He has a bounty of 300,000,000 Berries.
- Animal Motif: Chameleons.
- Awesome, but Impractical: On paper his Devil Fruit powers sound awesome, but in practice, if he wants to copy someone's powers, he needs to make physical contact with them first (though keep in mind he managed to do so with at least three Logia Devil Fruit users). Plus, sneezing will disrupt his transformation.
- Badass Longcoat: It's rainbow-colored, too.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2012.
- The Bus Came Back: Returns in Premier Show 2019 as part of Balzac's Prisoner Unit.
- Ditto Fighter: Since he can copy his opponent's abilities and appearance.
- Evil Laugh: "Gijigijigiji!"
- Greed: He even has a tattoo on his abs that says "GIVE ME".
- Mr. Vice Guy: He's very avaricious.
- Power Copying: His powers allows him to copy the powers of other people, including Devil Fruit users. In his debut appearance, he uses these powers to take on the forms of Luffy, Smoker, Ace and Kizaru in that order.
- Story-Breaker Power: As mentioned, he can copy the powers of ANYONE. It's not infallible, though— see Awesome, but Impractical.
- Suspiciously Similar Substitute: "A former member of the Whitebeard Pirates who wanted to take advantage of the crew for his own plans". Sounds an awful lot like Blackbeard.
- Weaksauce Weakness: He seems to be allergic to animals.
Lambor Bukini
Devil Fruit: Smelt-Smelt Fruit
A member of the Donquixote Pirates stationed on Paradise Island, Bukini hosts the "KANAEMA SHOW", a fake contest to trick visitors into competing for a large cash prize so he can capture them and force them to work in his weapons factory. He has eaten the Smelt-Smelt Fruit (Gutsu Gutsu no Mi) which lets him turn his body into a blast furnace.
He has a bounty of 300,000,000 Berries.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2013.
- Extra-ore-dinary: He's a walking blast furnace as a result of his Smelt-Smelt Fruit powers.
- Gratuitous English: Frequently delves into this.
- I Have Your Wife: Captured Homey's parents in order to force her to work for him.
- Large Ham: Subtle, he ain't.
- Punny Name: His name sounds like "Lamborghini" when pronounced out loud.
- Uncertain Doom: Exactly what happened to him after he fell into the blast furnace of his weapons plant is unclear.
Homey
A New World idol who was forced to work for Lambor Bukini and the Donquixote Pirates on Paradise Island after Bukini captured her parents.
- Child Popstar: She's young, but she's already made a name for herself in the New World's music scene.
- One-Steve Limit: She shares her name with a minor character from One Piece Film: Z. Plus, her name's pronunciation is the same as that of Big Mom's Homies.
Smash
Devil Fruit: Zuma Zuma no Mi
Smash used to be a member of the Marines, but he thought they weren't serous enough about enacting justice, so he defected to form his own organization, the DX Marines, of which he is the Commander in Chief. He and his nephew, Bildy, led their organization to Madatascar Island and took over, ordering the inhabitants to cease their famous firework festivals and demanding total obedience from them. Smash has eaten the Zuma Zuma no Mi, which allows him to create and manipulate plasma globules.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2014.
- The Bus Came Back: Returns in Premier Show 2019 as part of Balzac's Prisoner Unit.
- The Killjoy: When he took over Madatascar Island, his first order of business was stifling the locals' fireworks festivals.
- Shock and Awe: Can control plasma globules.
- Start My Own: His motivation for founding the DX Marines was his belief that the normal Marines didn't take their pursuit of justice seriously enough.
- Suspiciously Similar Substitute: A former Marine who left to start his own Marine organization in order to enforce his own sense of justice? Back for more, Z?
Bildy
Devil Fruit: Knead-Knead Fruit
The Chief of Staff of the DX Marines and Smash's nephew. He has eaten the Knead-Knead Fruit (Kone Kone no Mi), which allows him to transform individuals into different people. This gives the transformed individuals the powers of whoever they're transformed into, but they return to their original state when incapacitated.
- The Dragon: To Smash.
- Super-Empowering: His Knead-Knead Fruit lets him transform DX Marine Mooks into perfect copies of other characters with all their powers.
Volg
A firework master who lives on Madatascar Island. He comes from a long line of firework makers who pass down their wisdom from generation to generation.
Flora
Volg's daughter. Like her father, she designs and makes fireworks. She was working on a very special kind of firework with her father for use in the island's annual festival. Then the DX Marines arrived...Doctor Bürst
Devil Fruit: Nitro-Nitro Fruit
Bürst is a scientist who heads Bürst Lab with his younger brothers Misutta and Bonbon. When searching for a fiancee, he determined that Nami was scientifically the most appropriate for him, so he headed to Marriage Greenland to plan the ceremony and sent his brothers out to capture the Straw Hat navigator for him. He has eaten the Nitro-Nitro Fruit (Nito Nito no Mi), giving him powers over nitroglycerin.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2015.
- The Bus Came Back: Returns in Premier Show 2019 as part of Balzac's Prisoner Unit.
- Having a Blast: His Nitro-Nitro Fruit gives him powers over nitroglycerin.
Misutta
The middle sibling of the scientist brothers between Bürst and Bonbon. He's a bit clumsy, but he's fiercely protective of Bonbon and quite skilled with his Air Cannon.
- BFG: His Air Cannon is about a third his size.
- Big Brother Instinct: He cherishes Bonbon and is always ready to spring to his defense.
- The Klutz: He's noticeably clumsy, which detracts from his scientific skill.
Bonbon
Devil Fruit: Fondly-Fondly Fruit
The youngest of the scientist brothers, who unlike his older siblings is not proficient in fighting at all, relying on Misutta for self-defense. He has eaten the Fondly-Fondly Fruit (Hore Hore no Mi), which allows him to woo other people through lights and singing.
- Charm Person: His Devil Fruit power allows him to use lights and singing to make others fall in love.
- Non-Action Guy: Has no combat skills whatsoever, unlike his older brothers.
"Hot Air" Wilder
Devil Fruit: Wave-Wave Fruit
Wilder is a Marine Vice Admiral who captured Pokke's father, agreeing to release him if Pokke used his abilities to capture the Straw Hat crew. He has eaten the Wave-Wave Fruit (Nepa Nepa no Mi), which allows him to to generate heat waves.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2016.
- Character Catchphrase: "Let's go wild!"
- Evil Laugh: "Geva geva geva geva!"
- Heat Wave: His Wave-Wave Fruit lets him generate these.
- I Have Your Wife: Took Pokke's father prisoner to convince the chore boy to help him capture the Straw Hats.
Pokke
Devil Fruit: Paste-Paste Fruit
A subordinate of Wilder, Pokke is a Marine Chore Boy whom Wilder orders to capture the Straw Hats, promising to release the boy's father as a reward. He has eaten the Paste-Paste Fruit (Mono Mono no Mi), which lets him create clones of people and things.
- Send in the Clones: He can create clones of people and things using his Devil Fruit abilities.
Bad One Gracie "the Ash Cat"
Devil Fruit: Gun-Gun Fruit
The captain of the BIG Pirates. Gracie and his crew swore allegiance to Blackbeard and fought as reinforcements for the Blackbeard Pirates during a clash with the Whitebeard Pirates. Later, he led his crew to Tomoshibi Island, believing it to be the location of the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates, and hired Germa 66 to help them wipe out their targets. For some reason, he has a seething hatred for the color white. He has eaten the Gun-Gun Fruit (Ute Ute no Mi), which replaced his forearms with powerful gatling guns, but also allows him to spawn firearms from any surface around him.
- Arm Cannon / Gatling Good: Since he ate the Gun-Gun Fruit, he has gatling guns for arms.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2017.
- More Dakka: His Devil Fruit is all about this. His Great Four-Way Firing move in particular covers his surroundings with cannons and relentlessly bombards his enemies with them.
"Nunchuk Master" Neiro
Devil Fruit: Fat-Fat Fruit
A member of the BIG Pirates who likes collecting swords— even if it means stealing them from his opponents. He has eaten the Fat-Fat Fruit (Pocha Pocha no Mi), allowing him to control the body fat of anyone within range (himself included).
- Balloon Belly: His Devil Fruit power lets him weaponize this— he can control his opponents' body fat to give himself an advantage in combat.
- Collector of the Strange: He collects swords, and he's not above stealing them from his opponents.
- Weapon Specialization: Nunchuks, as his ephitet implies.
"Capoeira Master" Noir
A member of the BIG Pirates, he's a cat Mink who fights with caopiera.
- Dance Battler: He's not called "Capoeira Master" for nothing.
- Shock and Awe: Being a Mink, he has Electro powers.
Hakuto "The Gale"
A former member of the second division of the Whitebeard Pirates. Hakuto had a strong bond with his commander, Ace. He is currently the sole defender of Tomoshibi Island.
"God of Jealousy" Bounty
Devil Fruit: Bana Bana no Mi
Bounty is the captain of the Bounties Pirates who wants to push his already-impressive bounty even higher. With Kaido's support, he hatched a plan to send poison gas bombs made by Caesar Clown to Reverie in order to kill all the kings in attendance. He has eaten the Bana Bana no Mi, which allows him to channel his bottomless jealousy into heat and flames.
He has a bounty of 1,000,000,000 Berries, which he wants to increase to 100,000,000,000.
- Ambition Is Evil: He wants to bomb the Reverie just to increase his bounty to 100 billion Berries.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2018.
- Green-Eyed Monster: His powers are literally fueled by his endless jealousy.
- Meaningful Name: His name is Bounty and his ambition involves increasing his bounty.
- Playing with Fire: He can channel his jealousy into fire with his Devil Fruit ability.
"Cunning" Prize
Devil Fruit: Deri Deri no Mi
A member of the Bounties Pirates and Bounty's younger brother. He's ruthless and fiercely loyal to his captain/older brother. He has eaten the Deri Deri no Mi, which allows him to teleport anything he wants to any specific point he can see.
He has a bounty of 800,000,000 Berries.
- The Dragon: To Bounty.
- Teleport Gun: His Devil Fruit ability lets him teleport objects around.
Mugon "the Two Sword Style Swordsman"
A member of Buggy's Delivery who fights with two swords. He was hired by the Bounties Pirates to capture Igaram Jr. and Caesar as part of their scheme.
- Dual Wielding: Fights with two swords.
"Fish-Man Karate User" Dandy
A vain member of Buggy's Delivery who's proficient in Fish-Man Karate. He was hired by the Bounties Pirates to capture Igaram Jr. and Caesar as part of their scheme.
- Amazon Brigade: Has his own personal one in the form of the Dandy Girls.
- The Bus Came Back: Returns in Premier Show 2019 as part of Balzac's Prisoner Unit.
Igaram Jr.
A disciple of Karoo from Alabasta. He and Karoo learned about the Bounties Pirates' scheme and took it upon themselves to warn the Straw Hat Pirates.
Balzac
Devil Fruit: Boom-Boom Fruit
A Marine Vice Admiral who formed the Prisoner Unit using prisoners and guards from Impel Down and devised a strategy to destroy the Straw Hat Pirates with their help. Joined by his subordinates, Comb and Glass, Balzac set a trap for the Straw Hats on Maze Island as they were traveling to the Pirates Festival. He has eaten the Boom-Boom Fruit (Basu Basu no Mi), which lets him turn anything he touches into a bomb.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2019.
- Having a Blast: His Boom-Boom fruit, which is basically the Devil Fruit equivalent of Killer Queen.
- Recruiting the Criminal: His Prisoner Unit, consisting of several previous Premier Show antagonists— namely Chameleone, Smash, Bürst and Dandy— as well as Diamante and Lao G.

- Co-Dragons: Fill this role for Balzac.
Kardia
Devil Fruit: Nibi Nibi no Mi
An ex-Donquixote Pirate who pursued Luffy and Law to Wano in order to get revenge on them for dispatching Doflamingo. He has eaten the Nibi Nibi no Mi, which allows him to reproduce the appearance of the deceased.
- Avenging the Villain: He wants to get rid of Luffy and Law as revenge for their role in defeating Doflamingo.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2021.
- Treacherous Spirit Chase: His Devil Fruit ability allows him to instigate this. He creates hallucinations of Ace and Rocinante in order to lead Luffy and Law into peril.
Herz
Devil Fruit: Nori Nori no Mi
A subordinate of Kardia. He leads the pre-show and enjoys getting the audience pumped up. He has eaten the Nori Nori no Mi, which gives him the power to force people to dance.
- Involuntary Dance: His Devil Fruit power is inducing this in others.
- One-Steve Limit: Not Herz himself, but his Devil Fruit, which shares its Japanese name with Vice Admiral Bluegrass' Ride-Ride Fruit.
Curore
A subordinate of Kardia. He loves music and often incorporates music-related puns into his dialogue.
- Pungeon Master: He rarely lets the opportunity to make a music pun pass him by.
Musashi
A swordsman who serves as an independent antagonist.
Sarutobi
A ninja who serves as an independent antagonist. Not to be confused with the identically-named member of the Orochi Oniwabanshu.
- Ninja: Of course.
- One-Steve Limit: Shares his name with Sarutobi of the Orochi Oniwabanshu.
Llamaman
A Beasts Pirate Gifter who ate a llama SMILE. He frequently flexes his muscles and strikes poses.
Tigerman
A Beasts Pirate Gifter who ate a tiger SMILE.
Karakuri Dolls
A trio of independent antagonists who look like Japanese karakuri dolls, hence the name.
Yehudi
Devil Fruit: Chuni Chuni no Mi
The self-proclaimed Super Big Great Fleet Admiral of the Age Age Super Marines. He ate the Chuni Chuni no Mi, which allows him to tune abilities and powers to his liking.
- Ambition Is Evil: He plots to showcase the might of the Age Age Super Marines to the normal Marines by hijacking a live performance being broadcast across the world and publicly executing the Straw Hat Pirates.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2022.
- Meta Power: His Devil Fruit power lets him affect the powers of those around him.
Narcy, Katabuti, Kinno and Machi
Four of the higher-ranking members of the Age Age Super Marines.
- Machete Mayhem: Narcy has two of them!
- One-Steve Limit: Downplayed— Narcy's name is pronounced the same as Narcie of the Long Long Pirates from Film: Gold but is spelled differently.
- Smurfette Principle: Katabuti is the only woman among the high-ranking Age Age Super Marines.
- Weapon Specialization: Narcy has twin machetes, Katabuti has a staff, Kinno has a trident and Machi has a hammer.
Shirotsu and Kuroba
Two boys who made a promise together when they were young. However, they go their separate ways before the conflict between the Straw Hat Pirates and Age Age Super Marines begins.
Ven Vendler
Devil Fruit: Mari Mari no Mi
A man affiliated with the Black Kingdom, who ends up at odds with the Straw Hats and Rebecca as they fight to save three captive princesses. He ate the Mari Mari no Mi, which allows him to create and command copies of anyone as long as he has seen them in person and knows their name.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of One Piece Premier Show 2023.
- Send in the Clones: His Devil Fruit power is to create copies of people. However, to make a copy of someone, he has to have seen them in person and must also know their name.
Honnete
A subordinate of Ven Vendler.
