As a merchant trading in interdimensional artifacts, you've garnered an eclectic clientele in your travels—one of whom just so happens to be the Emperor of the Demonic Astral Plane himself, Lucifer!

When misfortune strikes and you're forced to throw yourself on his royal mercy, he has a proposition for you—work as custodian of his vast collection of relics in exchange for refuge and a means to earn your freedom. The only catch—you also have to serve as personal maid to his four capricious sons, the Princes of Pride, Greed, Lust, and Envy.

As you adjust to life in a palace ruled by sin, will you be able to resist temptation when the princes vie with each other not just for your heart, but for possession of your very soul?

Main Characters

     Alastor

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6262_7.jpeg
Prince of Pride

Come tend to your prince, and remember how lucky you are to be in my service. Any other mortal would kill for the chance.
Eldest of the princes and heir apparent to the throne, Alastor is arrogance personified—though not lacking a certain brash charisma of his own. The burden of responsibility weighs heavy on his haughty shoulders, though, and there are indications of grief buried deep in his past...

Will you delve into the very heart of his troubles and help him become a true leader?

  • The Ace: He's the talented and prodigal firstborn son who trains to become the emperor of the Demonic Astral Plane.
  • Anthropomorphic Personification: Of Pride
  • Battle Aura: Has one when battling the rebels at the end of season 1.
  • Beauty, Brains, and Brawn: He's the assertive and powerful Brawn to Ifrit's Beauty and Malthus' Brains.
  • Beneath the Mask: He's revealed to be much more than the arrogant and prideful demon he presents himself as, having a thoughtful side as well as anxieties about living up to his father's legacy.
  • Berserk Button: Talk bad about his late mother at your own peril.
  • Breakout Character: He is something of a mascot for the app as a whole, being present on the loading screen as well as the app icon.
  • Cool Car: He drives one when he and MC go to investigate the rebels' hideout.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Specifically concerning his mother and what happened to her.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: He's a demon prince, yet he's one of the heroes of the story.
  • A Day in the Limelight: Gets one in his side story Alastor's VIP Vacation which branches off from his ending in season 1.
  • Deal with the Devil: If he's chosen as your partner, though it's considerably more Lighter and Softer than the standard interpretation.
  • Despair Event Horizon: His mother going missing when he was a child was this for him.
  • The Dragon: As the firstborn and crown prince, he's this to Lucifer. It's why he leads the Legion of Demonia.
  • First Guy Wins: Technically enters the story at the same time as his brothers but he's the oldest, and the first to introduce himself.
  • Hidden Depths: Introduced as the arrogant personification of Pride, but it turns out he's much more thoughtful and loyal beneath the surface.
  • Hot-Blooded: He's loud, arrogant, and obviously prideful, and in the beginning he gets easily riled up. He gets better after his Character Development but never quite sheds his haughty ways.
  • Implied Love Interest: Being the son of Rosaria, the previous owner of the Astronav, and his feelings for the MC mirroring his father's for his mother's, makes him come across as this. You're still given the option to choose any brother without penalty to the story however.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: No one could accuse him of being nice per se, but for all his arrogance he's a loyal and compassionate demon to those he cares for, and wants to become the best emperor he can be.
  • Massive Numbered Siblings: He's the oldest of the seven brothers.
  • Missing Mom: All of the brothers, by virtue of being Lucifer's offspring with various human women, have this. Alastor's is a notable case as his mom was the human woman Lucifer fell in love with.
  • Mood-Swinger: Especially in the beginning, he goes from being open about his concerns as the crown prince and his painful past, to angry and defensive at the drop of a hat. He gets better.
  • Mr. Fanservice: His default outfit's plunging neckline, itself a Rare Male Example, doesn't leave much of his torso to the imagination.
  • Pointy Ears: One of his demon traits.
  • Power Glows: Surrounded by a purple aura when he uses his magic.
  • Pride: Considering he's the Prince of Pride, he embodies this. Alastor is arrogant, haughty, and believes he can do no wrong...at least on the surface.
  • Rank Scales with Asskicking: Implied to be the strongest brother.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: He has red eyes, and he's the firstborn son of Lucifer and the leader of his Legion. He's fiercely protective and loyal to those he loves, but he is invariably this to his enemies.
  • Revenge: Ever since Rosaria's suspicious disappearance and presumed death, he's had this on his mind, though it's mellowed out in the years since and after a failed crusade to find her.
  • Seven Deadly Sins: Represents the sin of Pride.
  • Sibling Team: Forms one with Malthus and Ifrit to bring Valec back into the fold. The second season adds Belial to the team.
  • Stepford Smiler: His Pride, while a natural part of him, is also a case of this, in a sense of wanting to look prideful in front of others to avoid looking weak.
  • Suddenly Voiced: He gets voice acting in his spinoff story Alastor's VIP Vacation.
  • Undying Loyalty: To his father, family, and the Demonic Astral Plane.
  • Walking Spoiler: Not Alastor himself but the fact that he's the son of Lucifer's union with a human witch, Rosaria, and the starter of the human-demon Half-Human Hybrid legacy that Lucifer wishes to create, as well as his mother being the previous owner of the MC's Astronav, are pretty big spoilers.
  • We ARE Struggling Together: Despite forming a Sibling Team with his brothers, they tend to butt heads just as much as they work together.
     Malthus

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6261_7.jpeg
Prince of Greed

Everything comes at a price, if you're willing to pay...
Always a picture of calm and composure, Malthus turns his sharp intellect toward every challenge like a banker weighing matters on a set of cosmic scales. Almost nothing in his reach has exceeded his grasp so far, but what does it mean when he sets his eyes on taking possession of the throne itself?

Will you check his rapacious tendencies and enlighten him on where his true values lie?

  • Animal Motifs: Cats. He's like a cat in his stoic and standoffish personality, and he goes out of his way to care for the neighborhood cats by the palace.
  • Anthropomorphic Personification: Of Greed
  • Badass Bureaucrat: He's in charge of much of the paperwork and bureaucracy of running the kingdom, and he's also a powerful demon prince with magic and combat training.
  • Battle Aura: Has one when battling the rebels at the end of season 1.
  • Beauty, Brains, and Brawn: He's the calculating and bookish Brains to Ifrit's Beauty and Alastor's Brawn.
  • Beneath the Mask: Underneath his stoicism and calculating shrewdness, is someone who just wants to have something that only he can do, and a likeminded person who understands him.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: He's a demon prince, yet he's one of the heroes of the story.
  • Deal with the Devil: If he's chosen as your partner, though it's considerably more Lighter and Softer than the standard interpretation.
  • Gold-Colored Superiority: He's the second of the seven demon princes, and has a yellow-gold secondary color scheme.
  • Hidden Depths: Malthus is introduced as being emotionless and coveting the throne his brother is meant for, which gives way to his I Just Want to Be Special motivations as he opens up to the MC.
  • Ice King: He's initially cold and unemotional.
  • The Dragon: Settles into this role for Alastor naturally, and even more so after Alastor is made emperor at the end of season 2.
  • I Just Want to Be Special: Implied to be the main reason he wants to be emperor instead of Alastor. Once the MC convinces him he excels at something Alastor doesn't—namely the paperwork and day-to-day considerations of the realm and its denizens—he eventually stops coveting Alastor's position.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Standoffish and cold he may be at first, but he doesn't take long to warm up to the MC.
  • Kindhearted Cat Lover: One of the first indications the player gets that there's more to Malthus than meets the eye is when he's spotted taking care of a horde of neighborhood cats. He's given them all names and feeds them regularly.
  • The Lancer: Serves as one to Alastor, being the second-eldest and polar opposite in personality.
  • Massive Numbered Siblings: He's the second oldest of the seven brothers.
  • Missing Mom: All of the brothers, by virtue of being Lucifer's offspring with various human women, have this. Malthus' mother was the only demon woman however, making him marginally less powerful than his brothers, though this is more of an Informed Flaw than anything.
  • Non-Action Guy: Malthus can fight, and well, but he is particularly suited to strategizing.
  • No Social Skills: His cerebral nature makes him struggle in overly-social settings, and he apparently gets along much better with cats.
  • Pointy Ears: One of his demon traits.
  • Power Glows: Surrounded by a golden aura when he uses his magic.
  • The Quiet One: Although it's less that Malthus is so quiet and more that he's just not as loud as his brothers.
  • The Reliable One: By virtue of being the most logical and stoic of his brothers, Malthus can generally be relied on to get what needs done taken care of.
  • Seven Deadly Sins: Represents the sin of Greed.
  • Sibling Team: Forms one with Alastor and Ifrit to bring Valec back into the fold. The second season adds Belial to the team.
  • Socially Awkward Hero: Well, for a given value of hero, but Malthus is much more comfortable arounds cats and books than he is other demons.
  • Supernatural Gold Eyes: He's a powerful demon and his eyes are bright gold/yellow.
  • Support Party Member: Malthus is more cerebral than his physical-oriented brothers, and so tends to serve as the brains of the team devising the plans they put into action. The only one he could probably overpower in a fight of physical strength is Belial.
  • Undying Loyalty: To Lucifer, the Demonic Astral Plane, and the protagonist.
  • We ARE Struggling Together: Despite forming a Sibling Team with his brothers, they tend to butt heads just as much as they work together.
     Ifrit

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6260_0.jpeg
Prince of Lust

You're cute when you're trying so hard. How about taking a break, huh? I know a few ways to relax...
Hedonistic to the point of self-destruction, Ifrit embodies carnal pleasure as head of the incubus and succubus hordes. When all day, every day is a rock n' roll party, even the most gratifying tunes eventually grow old, leaving him wanting more...

Will you resist his ardent advances long enough to school him in matters of the heart?

     Valec

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6259_4.jpeg
Prince of Envy

You better not bore me... I only keep interesting playthings around.
Youngest of the princes and often unruly well below his years, Valec spends most of his time skulking in the shadows cast by his older brothers, neglected if not forgotten. However, when passions fan childish mischief into teenage rebellion, this young princeling may just find himself in the spotlight after all...

Will you guide him past the pitfalls of unbridled jealousy toward a place of inner peace?

Supporting Characters

     Zev

     Lucifer

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6226.jpeg
The Demon King

  • Dark Is Not Evil: He's the Emperor of the Demonic Astral Plane, and certainly not a saint, but he genuinely loves his sons and his first wife Rosaria, a human. He's also never coerced the other human women that sired his sons to be with him against their will, and gave them whatever they wanted in return for producing his heirs. He wants what's best for the realm and becomes something of a father figure to the protagonist.
  • Seven Deadly Sins: Represents all seven in some capacity, as it's stated his sons' assigned sins are associated with the one he most embodied at the time they were born.
     Rosaria

     Amon

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6217.jpeg
Prince of Wrath

     Belial

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_6217_8.jpeg
Prince of Sloth

  • Anthropomorphic Personification: Of Sloth
  • Dark Is Not Evil: He's a demon prince, yet he's one of the heroes of the story.
  • Massive Numbered Siblings: He's got six brothers.
  • Missing Mom: All of the brothers, by virtue of being Lucifer's offspring with various human women, have this.
  • Non-Action Guy: Belial generally can't be bothered to expend much energy fighting.
  • Pointy Ears: One of his demon traits.
  • Seven Deadly Sins: Represents the sin of Sloth.
  • Sibling Team: Forms one with Alastor, Malthus, Ifrit and Valec to fight against Amon. In Amon's Chains of Wrath he forms one with Amon during most of the story, though it's only so he can leave a trail for his other brothers to follow.
  • Support Party Member: Being the Prince of Sloth means Belial is better suited to persuading and cajoling his way through situations than fighting or using magic. Likely not for a lack of power, he just would prefer not to expend the energy unless he absolutely has to.
  • We ARE Struggling Together: Despite forming a Sibling Team with his brothers, they tend to butt heads just as much as they work together. Downplayed in Belial's case as his laidback personality means he lets more things roll off his back.
