    Uchiha Sasuke
The heir-apparent to the Uchiha Zaibatsu, and the local popular boy at Konoha High School.
  • Animal Motif: The hawk, not unlike his canon counterpart. He even has a fighting technique named "Nightmare Hawk Stomp."
  • Anime Hair: Styled like a hawk's feathers, again not unlike canon.
  • Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: Comes out during his fight with Naruto at the climax of the Tournament Arc.
Sasuke: I am an Uchiha! We are the strongest there is! And I am the strongest Uchiha of all!
  • Bash Brothers: With Naruto, during the Spa Inferno arc.
  • Beauty Is Bad: Well, he's the school's resident Chick Magnet, and he's threatened to go public with Naruto's Kyuushingai status (relenting only because Naruto pointed out that such a move would backfire on the Uchiha Zaibatsu's popularity). He also essentially blackmailed Shikamaru into staying in the Zaibatsu's tournament when Shika wanted to forfeit, under threat of ruining the Ino-Shika-Cho trio's family businesses if Shika didn't comply.
  • Big Ego, Hidden Depths: He might be snooty when it comes to the Uchiha family's wealth and status, but he does show interest in Sakura getting Character Development even before they become a couple.
  • Blood Knight: Best emphasized during the gang's confrontation with Mizuki and his mooks while rescuing Naruto during the Abduction Arc; despite them being surrounded by gangsters, Sasuke just laughs and says it's a chance for them to have fun.
  • Blue Is Heroic: He's worn blue on occasion, such as a blue jacket during the Spa Inferno arc. The arm-guards and leg-bracers he wears during the Uchiha Zaibatsu Invitational and later in the final arc are blue as well.
  • Chick Magnet: Just like in canon...not like he cares, again just like in canon.
  • Covert Pervert: He has some very...interesting dreams about Sakura, once they become an item. Itachi records evidence of it and teases him mercilessly for it.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Mostly directed toward Naruto.
Naruto: Whew...can't believe it's been two weeks since that time...note
Sasuke: Since the time you lost your brain, dobe?
  • Face Framed in Shadow: He pulls this between Chapters 3 and 16, when he's getting updates from his subordinates who've been tasked to observe Naruto's movements and find out all they can about the blond boy.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He's quite willing to flaunt his money and connections to get his way, even if so doing might screw someone else over such as when he blackmails Shikamaru to stay in his tournament instead of forfeiting, but he'll put bastiches in their place when it's really called for, as he does with Sakura when she badmouths Naruto during the latter's dance with Hinata.
  • Lethal Chef: According to Itachi, Sasuke is still banned from combining tomato juice with milk after something that happened ten years earlier.
  • Odd Friendship: With Hinata, considering that their fathers are business rivals and also the fact that their canon counterparts had practically no direct interaction with each other.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: The blue to Naruto's red.
  • The Resenter: Kankuro assumes Sasuke is this after Fugaku chose Naruto, not him, as the winner of their fight in the Uchiha Zaibatsu Invitational and as the representative for the Zaibatsu against Hyuga Corporation. However, Sasuke subverts this by declaring that, regardless of his own feelings on the matter, his father was perfectly within his right, as the Zaibatsu's CEO, to choose Naruto if he saw fit.
  • School Idol: For most of Konoha High's female population, anyway.
  • Screw the Rules, I Have Connections!: Sasuke makes this boast in Chapter 28 while blackmailing Shikamaru to stay in his tournament instead of forfeiting.
  • Screw the Rules, I Have Money!: Makes this boast during the same above incident.
  • Shipper on Deck: Subtly hinted to at least approve of Naruto getting with Hinata during Chapter 34, in which he gives Naruto a smirk as he goes off to let the two talk more privately, and then he more openly voices it after seeing them dance together at the Hyuga ball in Chapter 39.
    Sasuke: They look good together.
    • He also briefly teases Itachi about Yugito.
  • Sugar-and-Ice Personality: Much more icy than sugary at first, mind you.
  • Tall, Dark, and Handsome: Why the girls of Konoha High adore him.
  • Tall, Dark, and Snarky
  • Took a Level in Kindness: After the Uchiha Zaibatsu Invitational.

    Uchiha Fugaku
The CEO of the Uchiha Zaibatsu, Sasuke and Itachi's father, Mikoto's husband, and Hiashi's main business rival.
  • Fanboy: Of the Shadow Fox comic book series, even playing with a few action figures from the series in one chapter instead of, you know, doing his work. Sasuke isn't impressed.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, he was among the victims of the Uchiha Massacre.
  • Wacky Parent, Serious Child: He and Sasuke, respectively, are a downplayed example. Fugaku is a shrewd businessman, but one scene shows him playing with Shadow Fox action figures instead of working like he's supposed to be; Sasuke is more the brooding type and isn't impressed by said action-figure-obsession.
  • Wine Is Classy: The first time he appears in full in Chapter 32, he's shown with a glass of wine, which he continues drinking from in Chapter 33.

    Uchiha Itachi
Sasuke's older brother and Fugaku's son. He's been keeping watch over Naruto incognito.
  • Adaptation Personality Change: Subtler than most other examples in this fic, but still quite noticeable. In canon, Itachi is known for being an Aloof Older Brother to Sasuke, plus he's quite reticent when it comes to his emotions in general. In this universe, he's significantly more open with his family, much friendlier to his associates, and is even a closeted pervert.
  • Aloof Older Brother: To Sasuke, though not quite as distant as in canon.
  • Berserk Button: Doing, or threatening to do, grievous bodily harm to his little brother is a major no-no. Finding out that Mizuki attempted to shoot Sasuke doesn't sit very well with Itachi.
  • Big Brother Instinct: See his Berserk Button above.
  • Covert Pervert: Yugito constantly accuses him of being this. Itachi doesn't really help his own case when he's using his phone to take pictures of Ino groping Hinata's breasts or of Yugito wrestling Sakura to the ground (both completely non-sexual).
  • Everyone Loves Blondes: He flirted with his fellow agent Yugito for quite a while. Then they took it a step further.
  • Lethal Chef: According to Sasuke, Itachi had a Noodle Incident concerning cod fish and soy sauce five years earlier. Apparently, poor cooking skill runs in the family.
  • Mysterious Watcher: Keeping an eye on Naruto for a period of time.
  • Mysterious Protector: For Naruto, again.
  • Never Found the Body: He disappeared during the 365 days, but Sasuke strongly believed he was still alive because of this trope. Sure enough, Itachi shows up alive and well in front of his father and brother, though he doesn't stick around long enough for a proper family reunion. He's part of a black-ops group led by Minato, investigating the circumstances behind the 365 days.
  • Shipper on Deck: Appears to approve of Sasuke and Sakura, even suggesting to Sasuke that he should ask the pink-haired girl out.
  • Spanner in the Works: Konan's plan to murder the bedridden Roshi via poisoned injection would have succeeded if Minato hadn't sent Itachi to check on the older man out of rightful suspicion that Akatsuki would send someone to finish the job Deidara had failed to do.

    Uchiha Mikoto
Wife of Fugaku and mother of Sasuke and Itachi, she's an actress who's formally introduced in Chapter 153.
  • The Ghost: Prior to Chapter 153, she was often mentioned but never actually seen in person.
  • Happily Married: With Fugaku.
  • Lethal Chef: Itachi makes fun of her for it, though Sasuke points out that she at least cooks better than Itachi himself.
  • Shameless Fanservice Girl: Likely not to Yugito's level, but she's at least not afraid to get into the buff when it comes to bathing at a spa.
  • Stacy's Mom: If Chapter 153 is any indication.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, she was among the victims of the Uchiha Massacre.
