The Trained Six fics (listed alphabetically):

    Batmare Beyond

Rarity

Found in a vault of magical items in the Batcave the night that Bruce Wayne retired from being Batman.

Bruce Wayne

The Goddamn Batman. Retired.

    Dante's Little Apple Surprise

Applejack

Found at an abandoned bar by Dante. Raised alongside his demon hunting ways.

Dante Sparda

    Fortresshy: The Nine Fathers/Fortresshy 1. 5

Fluttershy

Found in a paper bag in Team RED's new fortress by Medic.

Demoman (AKA "Boom Daddy")

Engineer (AKA "Dadenji")

Heavy (AKA "Big Daddy")

Medic (AKA "Daddiem")

Pyro (AKA "Mama")

Scout (AKA "Big Brother")

Sniper (AKA "Bang Daddy")

Soldier (AKA "Daddy Sir")

  • Jerkass Has a Point: Angrily points out when the rest are feeding Fluttershy that it doesn't take eight to feed one infant and also makes a rebuttal to Scout's accusation about not getting to feed her that personal feelings don't matter. Everyone actually agrees with him.

Spy (AKA "Poof Daddy")

    The Sparkle in his Eye

Twilight Sparkle

Fell through Ratchet's roof in a basket that he initially mistook for a falling star.
  • Ambiguously Bi: While she is dating a man, she's not above kissing Sunset Shimmer just to have a reason to laed her off somewhere private. She even notes to Celestia how hot her daughter is.
  • Casting Gag: A bit of awkwardness pops up when she meets Talwyn, since both are voice by Tara Strong.
  • Child Prodigy: By age 3, she's already the single most admired and respected inventor in the Galaxy, and rightly so.
  • Dating Catwoman: She eventually winds up in a stable relationship with Nefarious of all people.
  • Gadgeteer Genius: Inherited Ratchet's knack for inventing, which makes her a Child Prodigy at age 3. Most notable among her creations are the RYNOs.
  • Ms. Fanservice: During the brief time she turns human when traveling to the Equestria Girls reality, complete with Sensual Spandex.

Ratchet Gyro Sparkle

One of the few remaining Lombaxes in the universe, he becomes Twilight's father figure from a young age.
  • Adam and Eve Plot: Downplayed. While Ratchet and Angela are the only two Lombaxes currently in a position to breed together (Alister Azimuth is still around, but is well past his prime), Ratchet has three other women in his life to have kids with (which actually removes quite a lot of the normal problems associated with this trope).
  • Balanced Harem: Thanks to Twilight, Ratchet soon has a stable relationship with four women; Angela Cross, Sasha Phyronix, Talwyn Apogee, and Vendra Prog.

Clank Sparkle

A Zoni robot built by Orvus, administrator of the Great Clock, and the first of Twilight's "mothers", despite identifying as male.
  • Mama Bear: Yeah, weird considering he identifies as male, but he is Twilight's mom by choice, and will not hesitate to put the hurt on anyone who would do anything bad to her.

Copernicus Leslie Qwark Sparkle Gyro

Originally a semi-villain, he becomes a big brother figure to Twilight.
  • Adaptational Badass: Becomes the President of the ENTIRE UNIVERSE, and retains that position thanks to having Twilight as a running mate.
  • Adaptational Explanation: His distaste for tap water is explained in this story. Due to spending some time on Florana, a planet that is unsettled and undespoiled, he got used to the taste of fresh water, while tap water has a number of chemicals in it (which ironically are designed to insure the water is actually clean and drinkable).
  • Adaptational Heroism: He gets even more Character Development than canon, especially in Up Your Arsenal where he gives legitimate reasons for why he needs to be in the spotlight while his Q-Force does all the real hero work.
  • Hot Skitty-on-Wailord Action: Defied. After it becomes clear that Applejack is "interested" in him, he immediately goes to Twilight so she can give him a pony form in order to not cause any serious damage to AJ due to his much larger size.
  • Ship Tease: Gets a little with Applejack after "defending her honor".
  • Your Mind Makes It Real: His main superpower is based on his own belief. So long as he believes he can do something, he will literally warp reality so it can happen. Both his friends and enemies are terrified by it, so they don't try to convince him otherwise.

Aphelion Gyro Sparkle

A Spaceship Girl created by Kaden, Ratchet's father, and inherited by Ratchet. Becomes Twilight's aunt after being adopted into the Sparkle family clan.
  • Adaptational Badass: She gets way more upgrades than canon, including a giant robot form.
  • Bigger on the Inside: Her Zoni upgrades create a pocket dimension housed within her fuselage, allowing her to contain a swimming pool, a sushi bar, and an obstacle course as well as a ridiculously large number of Zoni-powered weapons. She even has an Obsidian Eye in her communications array!
  • Cool Starship: As in the games. The Time arc, however, sees the 117,000 Zoni collected by Twilight give her some extensive upgrades.
  • Hammerspace: Has one contained within her canopy .
  • Ninja Zombie Pirate Robot: Is, as Sunset puts it, a "Cybertronian TARDIS".
  • Transforming Mecha: Thanks to the Zoni, she gains the ability to transform into a humanoid robot.

    The Technological Technicolor Technomare

Rainbow Dash

Appeared through a dimensional rift in Tony Stark's lab, deposited directly into his arms.

Tony Stark (AKA "Iron Man")

You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter

Pinkie Pie

Trapped in a crystal by the Fates and found by Kratos, who freed her from it, very shortly after he killed Orkos at the other man's request.
  • All Women Are Lustful: This version of Pinkie Pie is surprisingly sexually eager. The only problem is that she can't find any male horse in the world of God Of War willing to have sex with her. Outside the world of God Of War, however, she has gotten lucky with at least three other known individuals: Big Mac, Daedric Prince Sanguine, and Cheese Sandwich.
  • The Cameo: Makes in one Melody of the Future by popping up inside Dr. Light's holographic projection. She's also holding the "Spoiler" sign normally used by the Pinkie Pie from Another Hatchling, who is not amused by having her sign borrowed without permission.

Kratos

The "Last Spartan" who was bound to serve the gods in penance for his part in the deaths of his wife and daughter, and who becomes Pinkie's father figure.

The Not-So-Bad Guys fics (listed alphabetically):

    Order and Chaos

Discord

Suddenly turned up as Sheogorath was wishing for someone who could match him and would play with him when the rules could be changed. He subsequently bonds with his father and many of the other fifteen Daedric Princes, and ultimately became the new Daedric Prince of Madness. He is later responsible for twenty-two alternate timelines being created in order to give twenty-five others the power they need to defeat Tirek, after unwittingly sending the villainous centaur someplace where he could gain more than enough power to defeat them as they were then.

Jyggalag, Sheogorath and Jyggorath

Jyggalag is the Daedric Prince of Order, whose power was so great that thirteen of his fellow Daedric Princes placed the Curse of Madness on him, forcing him to become Sheogorath, Daedric Prince of Madness, who would become Discord's father figure. At the end of every Era, Sheogorath reverts to Jyggalag, who marches with his army across the Shivering Isles to cleanse them before becoming a new incarnation of Sheogorath once again.

This time, however, the Greymarch happens three years early. Consequently, Discord is able to usurp the Throne of Madness and, through a Psijic Endeavor, is able to remake the two Daedric Princes. By his efforts, Jyggalag’s mind (with logical thoughts and clear thinking) and Sheogorath’s heart (with its love of joy and belief in hope) are combined into Jyggorath, the new Prince of Order, who still has Sheogorath's love for Discord. The other main portions (Sheogorath's mad mind and Jyggalag's still heart) combine into Maud Pie, who is not a Daedric Prince and is subsequently retconned into Equestrian history.

Azura

Daedric Prince of Dusk and Dawn.

Boethiah

Daedric Prince of Deceit.

Clavicus Vile

Daedric Prince of Wishes.

Hircine

Daedric Prince of the Hunt.

Malacath

Daedrid Prince of the spurned and ostracized.

Mehrunes Dagon

Daedric Prince of Destruction.

  • Killed Off for Real: During Discord's game in Equestria, he angered Rainbow Dash to the point where she used his own weapon to kill him, inheriting his position as Daedric Prince of Destruction.

Mephala

Daedric Prince of Obfuscation and Secrecy.

Meridia

Daedric Prince of Life and the Lady of Infinite Energies.

Molag Bal

Daedric Prince of Domination and spiritual enslavement.

Namira

Daedric Prince of the "ancient darkness" and all things repulsive.

Nocturnal

Daedric Prince of the Night.

Daedric Prince of Pestilence.

Sanguine

Daedric Prince of Debauchery.

Vaermina

Daedric Prince of Dreams and Nightmares, and eventually Discord's lover.

    The Merc with the Moth

Chrysalis

Found in a box labeled "The Plot" at Deadpool's doorstep.

Deadpool (AKA Wade Wilson)

Chrysalis' father figure.

Logan (AKA James Howlett or Wolverine)

Chrysalis' uncle figure, whom she refers to as "Uncle Fuzzy".

There's Nopony I'd Rather Be Than Me

Nightmare Moon

Appeared on the moon of Niceland, and then fell from the sky, landing on all fours in front of Ralph.

Wreck-It Ralph

The in-universe villain of the Fix-It Felix Jr. game, he's really quite nice outside of his role, and becomes Nightmare Moon's father figure.

Three Kittens, Two Unicorns, and a BANANA!

The Supporting Characters fics (listed alphabetically):

    Another Hatchling

Given as an egg to the bounty hunter Samus Aran by the Chozo, he was raised by her to become an incredible warrior.
  • Chick Magnet: Every female besides those he claims as family finds him magnificent.
  • Happily Adopted: He sees both Twilight and Samus as mothers.
  • Running Gag: Every female pony (expect for Twilight) who sees him winds up going "Woof" at the sight of his newfound physical form. Though it takes while for Pinkie to realize why.

Samus Aran

The galaxy greatest bouty hunter, given special training, weapons, and genetic enhancement by the Chozo race. However, this left her unable to have children naturally, so the Chozo gave her Spike to raise in order that she be able to experience motherhood.

    Dragon Ball Zeeyup!

GLaDOS

    My Own Wings

On the Corner of Straight and Narrow

Trixie Lulamoon

Pulled out of a magic hat by Max.

Max

A "hyperkinetic rabbity thing" who becomes Trixie's father figure. Violently enthusiastic (and enthusiastically violent) with his work.

A six foot tall anthropomorphic dog in a Film Noir-styled suit and fedora. Somewhat more level-headed and less violent than Max. Trixie's adoptive uncle.

    Sons of Damas

Shining Armor

Jak

Daxter

Damas

Jak's birth father and Shining Armor's adoptive father.

    The Rock in the Gulch

    Three More Things!

The Cutie Mark Crusaders — Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo

All three fell into a scrying potion in Zecora's cauldron when she was observing another being very much like her, but in another dimension. The potion transported them, now reduced to infancy, to that man's location.

Apple Bloom

Sweetie Belle

Scootaloo

Uncle Chan

An elderly antiques dealer and Chi Wizard who becomes the adoptive father of the three Crusaders.

Valmont

A criminal mastermind who leads the Dark Hand.

  • Adaptational Badass: Valmont was on a slow, harsh decline from master criminal to the poorhouse in canon. Here he is much smarter and craftier, always having a plan and careful to cover his tracks far better. He only goes up in this story from where he starts. Eventually becoming the Demon Sorcerer of Light.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: He's still a criminal but he's downright angelic next to his canon self. In canon Valmont was a Bad Boss who was extremely apathetic to whatever happened to his minions and that was one of his better qualities. Here he's a Benevolent Boss who treats his minions quite fairly, winds up becoming something of a Friendly Enemy to the Chans and their allies, shows a sense of responsibility in using his resources to better the world and even winds up starting a romance With Bai Tza.
  • Benevolent Boss: Very much in contrast to his canon self. Valmont here is a fair employer who doesn't mistreat his minions. Tohru's mother gives this as a reason as to why she's not bothered by her son working for the man. He's a dang sight better than criminal groups like the Yakuza.
  • Boring, but Practical: As part of his Pragmatic Villainy he prefers whatever gives him the most profit while minimizing his losses. This means he does what's most efficient, even if it's not as fast or as flashy as other methods available. He still makes a profit regardless and he has the benefit of not squandering his resources or provoking his enemies too much.
    • When freeing the Demon Sorcerers he tries to convince them to simply be on their way as soon as they're released instead of getting caught up in pointless power plays upon escape. The ones who listen wind up pretty well off. The ones who don't get their tails handed to them.
    • Best shown after the incident with the Book of Ages. When delivering his "Reason You Suck" Speech to Daolon Wong Valmont points out that he could have gotten trace amounts of the ingredients he wanted from the Crusaders and with the immense value of what Wong was after he still would have had a veritable fortune on his hands. It may have been mere scraps compared to what Wong wanted but he still gets plenty and avoids a lot of the trouble that his plan of killing the Crusaders to harvest their corpses would have brought and that he did have to face for the effort.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: While Valmont can understand the heroes motives and intentions he doesn't quite comprehend benevolence for its own sake. When he makes an argument for why the Demon Sorcerers deserve to be released from the Netherworld he's surprised when Jackie actually agrees with him. He's just making a case for supporting his clients after all and Chan has good reason to be wary of the Demon Sorcerers. He can't understand why Jackie would actually side with him in that argument.
  • Expy: To David Xanatos. Unsurprisingly the two are actually friends in this story.
  • Odd Friendship: With Jackie of all people. The two form some kind of unusual bond throughout the story, much to the confusion of both.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Valmont is cool, collected and calculating under nearly any circumstances. If he isn't than either things have gone horribly wrong or they're about to.
    • After a very bad series of events that ended with his love Bai Tza trapped within the Netherworld Valmont is furious beyond belief and seeks out the Book of Ages to rewrite things in his favor.
    • When he discovers that the world he's created with the Book of Ages is drawing power from the Crusaders and will Ret-Gone them and their influence on the world which means he and Bai Tza will never have fallen in love with each other Valmont is morose and saddened, recognizing that he has to undo his work and surrender to the Jade Council.
    • After the ordeal with the Book of Ages when Daolon Wong shows up Valmont attacks him. Not that Wong hadn't brought that on himself for starting the mess in the first place. Valmont rescinds the protection he's been providing Wong and notes that while he could hand him over to the Jade Council to try and parlay some good will for himself they idea of leaving Wong looking over his shoulder until one of the man's enemies gets him is too good to pass up.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: Valmont here is a fervent believer in always doing things as legitimately as possible and in never engaging in petty knife twisting. While some of this is genuine preference (his Benevolent Boss tendencies extend further than pragmatism strictly demands) its mostly because the good guys have a harder time coming after you when they don't have any legal backing to do so and you give them as little reason as possible to want to come after you.
