Big Bad list for Metal Heroes. Often times voiced by either Shōzō Iizuka or Takeshi Watabe.
- Space Sheriff Gavan: Don Horror, ruler of the Space Crime Organization Makuu.
- Space Sheriff Sharivan: Demon King Psycho, leader of the Space Crime Syndicate Madou.
- Space Sheriff Shaider: Great Emperor Kubilai, ruler of Fushigi World Fuuma.
- Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion: Satan Gorth, ruler of the Megabeast Empire.
- Jikuu Senshi Spielban: Guardian Spirit Waller of the Waller Empire, though it turns out at the end it was really an illusion created by its supposed Dragon-in-Chief, Queen Pandora.
- Chōjinki Metalder: God Neros, a Corrupt Corporate Executive who moonlights as the ruler of a vast criminal conspiracy known as the Neros Empire, and is an aspiring Evil Overlord to boot.
- Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya: Org Ninja Dokusai, leader of the Sorcerers Clan and the one behind the majority of attempts to obtain the Pako, as well as whatever other shady dealings tend to be going on. Towards the end Dokusai forms a Big Bad Ensemble with Space Ninja Demost, though he still remains the main threat up through the final episode.
- Kidou Keiji Jiban: Doctor Giba/Gibanoid, leader of Criminal Syndicate Bioron, who later forms a tepid Big Bad Duumvirate with Queen Cosmos.
- Tokkei Winspector averts this. Instead of having a central Big Bad all the villains are independent.
- Tokkyuu Shirei Solbrain also lacks a Big Bad. The closest we get is Ryuichi Takaoka after he becomes a semi-recurring foe.
- Tokusou Exceedraft, like the previous two, has no central Big Bad at first. Towards the end however it's revealed Iwao Daimon aka Satan was the one pulling the strings behind several foes faced by the team.
- Tokusou Robo Janperson: A Big Bad Ensemble of Ben Fujinami (The Leader of Guild), Ryuzaburou Tatewaki/Bill Goldy (CEO of Tatewaki Konzern), George Makabe (Leader of Neo Guild) and Reiko Ayanokouji (Head of the Super Science Network).
- Blue SWAT: Mademoiselle Q/Queen, leader of the Space Mafia.
- Juukou B-Fighter: Emperor Gaohm, leader of the Jamahl. The epilogue Crossover between the B-Fighters, Blue SWAT and Janperson has Sorceress Jagul, who was previously a two episode minion of Gaohm.
- B-Fighter Kabuto: Mother Melzard, matriarch of the Melzard Tribe.
- B-Robo Kabutack: Cobrander, leader of a Terrible Trio of enemy B-Robots out to gather the Star Pieces and use them to Take Over the World. Later episodes introduce an even more threatening enemy B-Robot in the form of Sharkler.
- Tetsuwan Tantei Robotack has Torabolt, head of the Gold-Platinum Detective Agency out to obtain the Landtool for their own mysterious ends.

- The Space Squad series of crossovers between Super Sentai and Metal Heroes has the Genmakuu and their leader, the mysterious and unseen Guru Fumein. As he has yet to make an appearance, each of his 12 "Apostles", who seem to all be past Metal Hero villains, fills the role in a different movie.
