A surprisingly fun Action RPG with an enjoyable combat system, quirky and often funny characters (with good voice acting), a serviceable plot with a few interesting twists, and excellent music. The graphics may look a bit dated now but still charming. Even after 10+ years I still like to go back and play through this game every now and then. It's a shame it hasn't been given a PSN re-release outside of Japan as of yet. If you like Action RPGs and you have the opportunity, give this game a try.
