It's nostalgic, and lovely animated. The fact that it's episodic actually helps make it so great; without a big climax or payoff, it becomes a really cool Slice Of Life movie that's easy on your stomach (Sweet Dreams Fuel, except for that bit about Huffles and Woozles). Also, it's one of the biggest nostalgia-inducing movies of all time.
