This fic is very fluffy. I especially like how the author has shown England's gruffness and how he starts to become rather maternal around America. It also doesn't fail to talk about the politics of the colonization (there is a bit of un-PC in the fic, fitting for the time stamp) but the occasional disconnect between what England must do and what Arthur wants to do presents a bit of a heart-rending situation.
