Comments: It maintains the Ciaphas Cain style of narrative (and of course, AccidentalFake Ultimate Heroism) while adding a new character and showing things from her perspective. Complete, and the author says that a sequel, The Hounds of Erebus, is in the works.
Comments: Occasionally, the narrator seems to wander dangerously into Mary Sue territory...right up until something happens to change that. A Fun read. It's also worth noting there are quite a few Shout Outs of the Blink and You'll Miss It variety.
