I generally really like D.B.Sommers stuff, Avenging in particular, but this one... Well, the characterisation just felt off, and the seriously played overflow of transsexual amazons just creeped me out. Basically, for anyone contemplating reading Jim Bader's stuff, this is a considerably more entertaining, compact, and well-written "entry level" variant, although if you're of heterosexual bent (and don't have a fetish) be prepared to suddenly not find Shampoo all that attractive anymore.
