Not bad, not bad at all. Unlike the majority of Peggy Sue HP fanfics, it's not just Harry getting sent back: rather, it's Harry, Luna, Hermione and Susan. The four of them have basically been getting revenge upon the people who turned their lives into a hellscape for the last decade, and decide to Set Right What Once Went Wrong in the most brutallyviolentways possible. In a very real way, it's a Revenge Fic, or at least that's its main draw: while there are moments of speculative romance, the author seems to mostly enjoy turning those 'long-established truths' of the Wizarding world — and the timeline — into a pretzel.
That's not to say that it's perfect by any stretch. There wasn't enough editing by far, so the spelling, grammar and punctuation suffer noticeably. The pace swings back and forth a lot, and almost everyone is wildly out of character, but that's half the fun: Broad Strokes can sometimes be used for good.
Ultimately, I would suggest this fic for anyone who wants a bit of Peggy Sue combined with some very silly (and frequently disgusting) karma. Especially for Neville.
