A series with a glaring flaw

I really like this series. It has some really funny moments but knows when to let a serious moment take place. The characters develop in fun if not predictable ways.

My main problem is that villains do not get punished. Probably the most notable of all these offenses is when a group of girls who hate Ichiko kidnap her, take her to an abandoned and condemned school building, and then try and have a group of guys gang rape her. What happens to this group of girls you might ask. Nothing but a stern talking to from the character who saved Ichiko. This is a major problem in my mind. I know this is a fictional series with an outlandish plot and characters, but by bringing in the possibility of gang rape you can't ignore it. All throughout the series the villains are rarely punished, the big bad of the series isn't really punished, nor is the girl who almost killed the toddler brother of the love interest.

It may seem like I really hate this series but I don't, I just hate that specific aspect about the series.
