. But in my opinion, she's definitely not one. For every evil act she's done, there are characters who have done far worse—she psychologically tormented Jolyne and tried to kill Emporio, but Angelo has actually raped, tortured, and murdered many more people including children, AND he accomplished most of that before he even had a Stand. Hell, later in the part, most of the villains try to do the very same thing. This means she doesn't really stand out as particularly horrible.
And even then, in this part she would have to be on a simular level of awfulness than Kenzo, who made a cult of a dozen members, made them commit suicide, and was later made as an assassin by killing every other member of the Maximum Security section, which is about 45 kills at the very least.

Does MiuMiu count as a Complete Monster? She’s barely comical and is one of the darker villains.
