To be fair, Eggsy is actually shown to have removed clothing and be putting them back on in the scene with Clara. It is not actually clear how far things have or haven't gone before Eggsy declines to stay.
Also this is a really bad script and whilst you can go through and point out all the ways Eggsy is made to look stupid/incompetent (and you've actually missed a couple here) - this is really a by-product of this just being a stupid script and no character if you really break it down avoids having at least one or more really stupid or why?? moment.
