Too Soon is no longer a trope, but I am not sure if any trope would apply here:
Too Soon: Invoked in The Meg, after the shark attacks a beachfront and leaves, someone calls out "It's leaving! It's okay!"
Jeremy: It's o-fucking-what!? You mean... aside from the mass deaths that just occurred, it's safe to go back into the water? I feel like it might be a faux pas to say "it's okay" after 35 people just got eaten by a shark. Like, it might be the too soonest "too soon" ever too sooned.
