"Hiding amongst bodies"

The Developer's Foresight mentions how hiding among dead bodies is a viable way of evading detection. I've been playing since the BETA and I've never seen or heard about somebody actually doing so. Is there some proof for this?

I feel removing the reference to Invader Zim was not necessary, as achievemenrs are counted for tropes. And there's a reason it's there, so...
