There seems to be an All Crimes Are Equal attitude here. Robert Downey Jr. should not be on the same list as Charles Manson. Their actions simply are not comparable.

Yeah, I think that this article needs another overhaul. It should be a list of actual career criminals and people who are most notorious for committing (serious) crimes, not a list of celebrity entertainers who got busted for DUIs and the like.
