Depending on how you interpret Sandor's tone etc. it could be I Was Beaten by a Girl Averted (if you think he doesn't care Brienne is a woman) or Inverted (if you think he actually respects her more for beating him). Agree that it's certainly not a straight use of the trope though.
Edited by Ulysses21 Avatar from here.Well Ray's face after the fact pretty much sells it and Sandor doesn't look happy at all to say it ( swinging his axe again). Also given he went from constantly pissed hound to beat up dog it's not like he took the near death experience well
I see it as a mixture of both. Sandor seems to respect Brienne for being able to beat him and there is no malice when he tells Ray that a woman beat him. On the other hand his tone also seems to imply that he sees that as yet another punishment from the gods. They found the one woman who could beat him in a fight and they put her right in his path.
I'm not saying Ray finds it amusing, and Sandor didn't like being almost killed, but he honestly didn't seem to resent Brienne or her gender about it at all. The fact that he doesn't try to hide or rationalize that he got beaten by a girl is hugely telling for this this trope. It's just a fact.

"Only thing I am good at is fighting and a girl beat me to it". It's him denying Ray's praise that it took a lot to beat him but no he just got beat by one person same way he denied people calling him a ser by saying he is no knight.

Seems like a shoehorn. The name is accurate to what he says, but the trope is about "oh, woe is me for losing to someone with two X chromosomes! My honor is tainted!" Sandor really doesn't seem to mind much at all. Seems like a more fitting trope would be an internal Samus Is a Girl reveal.
