Actually, both 5x02 and 5x03 had pages added before the episodes aired.
But yeah, based on discussion from Ask The Tropers, the general consensus leaned towards "fine, you can have recap pages, but make it clear it's full of unaired spoilers and don't put any leaked spoilers on other pages."

What's the rule for Foreshadowing when something is foreshadowed in an earlier episode? Should it go on the page where it came to pass, or on the page that actually had the foreshadowing with the future event spoilered out?

I don't know for sure but I believe there's a rule about not having any spoiler text on Recap pages, so it would probably be wise to put it on the page where it actually comes to pass (if it is a spoiler).
Is there an actual policy against adding recaps for leaked episodes? I can see both sides of the issue, just curious whether there's an actual rule - if so, that's perfectly understandable, and if not it's odd that no-one has done so thus far.
