One episode revolves around a teenager who is arrested for the murder of one of her teachers, followed up by another teacher arrested for sleeping with her. In actuality the "teen" is a con-artist who is in her thirties, and killed the teacher to prevent her from revealing her real age.
A very similar plot forms one episode of Psych.

I've never seen Psych, so I don't know how to fill this out. Could someone who's seen it fill it out and park it in the correct spot, please?

I'm trying to remember an example of this. It was one of the procedurals in the first half of the 90's. There was a one off character who looks like he was in his early teens, but was really an adult, due to a hormonal condition. The character was played by an actor with the same condition.
