I've played the game myself, and I remember said room in question not triggering any events like that.
It doesn't make sense regardless, as the room in question is also a buildup for Specimen 8's chase.
"Also in a slightly similar manner, there is a 30 out of 50 chance where you'll be chased by all of monsters at the same time, so when you start hearing more than just one noise of ambiance, run."
Can we get a citation for this? I can't seem to find any evidence that this is an occurance that can actually happen.
